We called to have brakes pads replaced and they said they do not replace brake pads and will only replace ALL rotors and brake pads. So instead, the price was DOUBLE. It s a nice new car and I m sure the rotors are fine, but they have a hard set rule, which is ridiculous. Another place is doing it for 1/2 (AND despite their response below, the other place said the front pads are FINE. Do Not need to be replaced) . It seems like they re taking advantage of the young college drivers. We won t go here anymore.

Amazing service. They helped me when my car died in an extremely tight parking lot. My parents are in PA so I didn t have anyone to help and they made it so easy. The tow even gave me a ride back to my apartment and was so kind. They fairly priced us to fix the small issue and got my car back to me same day. The self service lock boxes are great. The staff was super nice, and great at communicating! My car has a known issue, and they even called the dealership for me to see if there was still a warranty that could fix the issue. I will definitely be back!

My son goes to the University of Carolina and had a car issue. I had to find a local shop to take care of the issue and Redmonds took care of the issue in a timely manner. Excellent service, very professional. Exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend them.

Everyone at Redmond s was extremely helpful and friendly! They helped me fix my car door latch and communicated with me through the process as my car had to stay at the shop for a few days. I would definitely trust them again!

They replaced both catalytic converters on my work van. They're still on and the van is ever so slightly less noisy, so yay. But seriously, they do good work.

Redmonds Garage is outstanding and has been a gift for our family. Four of our children attended USC, and Redmonds provided peace of mind knowing everyone's cars were safe and in good repair to make the journey through town or back to NJ. This was my second experience with Redmond's Auto. Each time has been amazing!! They are very professional. The keep you in tune with your vehicle from the time you get it dropped off until you pick it up. I recommend anyone who wants a job done on their vehicle to check them out.

They always find a way to fit your car in and do it in the most timely manner. Always go above and beyond and are honest with if there is a better solution for your car. Highly recommend!! I've always been intimidated by car shops but at Redmond's, you'll feel respected and cared for while being educated from the start! I really appreciated how kind and patient Eric was as he explained why my engine & traction control lights could be on and what parts are affected. The entire team was so welcoming and detail oriented. When I picked up my car, they even protected my seat & carpet from mud! Thank you all! Friendly staff. I had an eight o clock appointment to have the oil and filter changed on my wife s Mustang. They started to work on it right after I arrived. Work was completed in a reasonable time. They always check other things on your vehicle when servicing them. Tires, air filter, wipers and small things like that. They asked if I was having problems with my wipers that they looked as if they needed repaired. I didn t know because I wasn t the one driving this car. When I got home I asked my wife and she informed me that she had meant to tell me they were not wiping the windshield off good when it rain. All employees at Redmond's Auto are so kind and willing/ready to help out with any of my needs. I have been coming to them as a college student the past few years as I am many states away from home. They are very responsive and help as best they can whenever I need something fixed, or my oil changed, etc. As a young college student, I cannot recommend them enough!

Redmond s was highly recommended by many folks on the college pages. When my child s car broke down, I called. I spoke to Colby and he couldn t have been more pleasant. He did let me know that they were backed up with about a week s worth of work but he would do his best.It took my child a few days to get the car there due to issues with roadside assistance and then the weekend was upon us.But, my child needed a new battery and brought the car in at 8:30 on Monday and I was pleasantly shocked to hear that they were driving to class by 9:30 am. I was told by my child that they were really nice. These guys understand under promise, over deliver!Thank you Redmond s! I called Redmond's when my car wouldn't start late one afternoon. They told me options for having the car towed and delivered to their shop after hours. They gave me a report the next morning and the work was finished in the afternoon. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I will continue to use their services.Service: BatteryService: Battery

AC not working, hot air. Redmonds was nearby and repaired it while I waited. They were very professional, nice and saved me on a hot day. Reasonable price and will use them again and recommend them to others.
