Come experience RUDENESS AT IT'S Highest here with Ms. Liz working at service. We arrived the service as planned and waited in the car as we usually do for employee to be available and approach us in the line. This lady with at most attitude came and had a time with her nastiness. No customer should be treated as we did. Will be addressing this soon with someone!

I worked with Lisa today to get my car's oil changed and tires rotated. From the moment I walked in at 8:30 AM to the time I picked my car up at 5:30, she was lovely. She was so kind to me, and she made me comfortable to return to Quick Lane in the future. Oftentimes, cat maintenance can be a bit overwhelming, but I found working with Lisa to be a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!

Terrible first time experience! Purchased a new $80000.00 truck a few months ago from this dealership and made an appointment for its first oil change online from a link that they sent me on my phone. After receiving 3 texts reminding me about my appointment at 12pm on Friday 12/29/2023 I showed up at 11:45am and was told that the system shouldn t have allowed me to make a appointment at that time and I would need to wait at least 2 hours! I live 50 miles from the dealership and would like to have the services done where I bought the truck. Looks like I will get my service at a local Ford shop what a shame.

Never coming back. Showed up and had to cancel my appointment the first time because technicians didn't show up to work that day. Rescheduled for the following week, but they had lost the information on my intake form, so had to fill it out again. They took all day for an oil change, and supposedly investigated the noise I reported, but the mileage in/out remained unchanged. They stated they could not hear the sound - even though every passenger I've had has been able to hear it, including my 85-yr old grandmother... They didn't bother to investigate the engine recall I just received for the vehicle, even though it was on the intake form.They then didn't have a shuttle available to pick me up since it was past 5pm on a Friday, so I had to Uber in Saturday morning to pick it up. I then had a $160 bill even though I had written on my form TWICE that I had coverage under the Ford Maintenance plan from my new vehicle purchase this year. Also - $160 for a basic oil change???? I have zero trust in this place and would not recommend anybody taking their vehicle here. I will drive to a different Ford location for further service.Service: Oil change

Would like to thank Classic Ford for my second oil change. The dent and scratch in my door today was free of charge. Classic Ford Quicklane not taking fault for the incident. Apparently I haven't seen the scratch and it happened off property. The dent is only in the drivers door. The door I get in and out everyday 5 times a week twice a day I missed it. I bought the truck from them exactly a year ago tomorrow June 23rd. Please reconsider your choice for a full service Ford dealership as I plan to my self. Still Ford loyal. This dealership has left a scare on my pride and honesty.

Definitely will never come back. Was told tires needed changed soon and they would call back when they get in. No call and I called multiple times to find out what's going on, no answer, left several voice-mails and still no call back

Alright so far, last oil change they charged me for adding oil yet forgot to change the oil. Had 30 quarts verses the normal 15 quarts.

Went in and I needed help and from out of town and they were very nice and helpful I was just pleased with the time and effort to get me back on the road
