I was pleased with the work Vance did on our car. After replacing the clutch and mass air flow sensor, our Corolla is running better than ever. We checked with a few other places to get quotes and quality automotive was by far the most reasonable. Thanks for your service. We will definitely be back.

I've used Vance at Quality Automotive for years. I've referred a lot of business to him, and have had lots of happy friends who have continued using him. He's honest, up front, doesn't try selling you stuff you don't need and he stands behind his work. He and Bill do excellent work! If you want to supply your own parts, this isn't the place for you. Most shops don't allow this, because they can't guarantee parts that they don't purchase. I highly recommend Vance and Quality Automotive!

I have been going to Vance for a couple of years and have sent several of my friends there, as well. Vance has always been very straightforward and honest with me. Several times I've taken my car there to have work done only to be told that it didn't need to be done or that a less expensive solution was available. I challenge you to find anyone that will turn away work or purposely provide you a less expensive alternative! I highly recommend this shop.

Honest, competent work at a fair price. I have been going to Vance and Bill for years, from everything to oil changes to 'funny engine noises' and broken locks, etc. Quality Automotive is honest and will show you exactly what is wrong with your car and explain the best fix for it. Extremely happy to have these guys in my corner. You won't regret trusting them with your vehicles.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a mechanic. I can honestly say after a year and a half of getting ripped off by mechanics this gentleman has my car running better than when I first bought it. On top of that he beat a national auto repair chain by several hundreds of dollars with the price. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent quality of service, pricing and, most importantly, Turnaround time of repair. Extremely courteous. Owner run. Take your car here, you won't go wrong. Honest, quality service that is very hard to find. Not a paid reviewer.

I had a very good experience today with Quality Automotive. My check engine light came on this weekend and I went to Advance Auto Parts and they did a basic and free diagnostic screening for me. The code PO441 concerning Evaporative Emission system came up. However, for details I needed to visit a service shop and they recommended Quality Automotive. I checked them out on the internet and found only 1 review but it was very negative and concerning the same reason I would be visiting. I called to talk to them first and was told what to expect in price. I did not tell them about the review and was ok with the quote. I went in the following day with my 3 year old and was promptly and politely served. I was told that the light could likely be on because my gas cap was not on tight. He turned off the engine light and recommend that I wait and see if it comes back on and if it does he informed what the other causes could be and the potential prices. He certainly could have told me I needed a new gas cap (or another more expensive repair) and earned a few dollars but instead charged me nothing. It was then that I told him about the other review I read. I feel compelled to write my own review because I know how important these are for us as consumers but my husband also has his own business, so I know how detrimental a negative review could be, especially if there are no other reviews. All this said - I was very pleased and will certainly take my car back in the future if needed.

We love Vance. He's honest and always calls before making a decision to repair anything without our knowledge!!! Hard to find a great auto repair shop that's great and honest!!!!!! If you need a great auto repair shop try Vance at Quality Automotive Service!!!!! You will not be sorry!!!!!

I went to Vance based on a referral from a mechanic who does not service Nissan...Vance does. He did the repair efficiently and at considerable savings compared to a quote I received from a dealer. I will return for service and repairs.

Excellent, speedy, and responsive service. Larry is the knowledgeable tech who provided expert service to my AC. The shop is off the road a bit, but Google Maps provided good directions. This was my first time there and will recommend this shop to my friends. Thanks for an outstanding experience.

Everything went well Vance is a great mechanic and very personable. Vance will give you the info you need if he can't fix it he will point you in the direction you need to go he is honest and trustworthy

This is THE place to go to for all of your automotive repairs. Vance is a great mechanic and a very nice guy. Quality Automotive is the only place that I take my vehicles to be worked on.

These guys go out of their way do a good, honest job. You don't worry about driving off and wondering if something else will go out. They'll tell you if they don't know exactly what the problem is and what your next options are. I wouldn't take my 14 year old car any where else!

Told them i had ran a diagnostics and told them what the problem was. They ran there own diagnostics and found the same problem then charged me 75 dollars for the test. When i left i was told it was going to be around 173 for the labor and parts and the oil change. In the end i ended up paying over 300 dollars to this company. I will never return nor will i ever recommend them for anything whatsoever.
