I have been here twice and it has been a great experience each time! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night after hours and they had it ready by 3pm the next day. They are also very, very kind and talk you through everything that they are fixing. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!!

Todd was great communicating with me options and how fast he could get my vehicle fixed. He's honest and fair and 100 percent won't try to overcharge or up sell you on something you don't need. I will be going to him from now on for all my car issues.

This place can handle any & all problems since having my Subaru I ve been getting my vehicle fixed here for 3 years now. Never had any problems Mr. Todd is so patient has a lot of experience with all vehicles. Highly recommend this place!

Me and my family was on our way to Myrtle Beach from Tennessee when my sister somehow got a screw in her tire. We were at a nearby Hardee s when a nice gentleman offered to lead the way to Professional Tire and Radiator Service. Everyone there was so nice and the service was fast and affordable! We felt like part of their community! So thank you to the gentleman for taking time out of your day to help and thanks to the amazing people there for getting us back on the road fast so our family of 17 could get to the beach!

On an out of town trip, alternator died, these guys were able to slip me in even when they were clearly very busy, replaced all 3 belts too as they were so old and rotted out, Professional Tire and Radiator managed to get me in and done very quickly and offered a good price then additional discounts. While I waited, I witnessed them helping others resolve issues and recommending services instead of taking advantage as others might. Service was fast friendly accommodating and professional. Thanks so much for getting me home sooner than later.

Had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and fixed my tire quickly. Was treated with professional courtesy during my trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone with car trouble from A-Z.

We started to break down in Columbia on our way to North Carolina. 4 hours from home and 4 hours from our destination. Todd was extremely helpful and got us in and figured out the issue and got us a quick fix that got us to our destination, all in under an hour. I am very appreciative that he was able to get us back on the road and let us know what we need to do in the future. Didn t feel taken advantage of like I do at most car places. This shop has been keeping my 2005 vehicle alive and well for years now. They are personable, fairly priced, and get the job done quickly! The team at Pro Tie and Radiator are amazing. I've been bringing my car here for over 4 years now and they always look out for me. It's clear that they care about their customers and aren't just looking to take people's money. This shop is great. Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion after getting a ridiculous quote for repair from the dealership. They diagnosed and repaired the vehicle in about a day and saved me alot of money. I had a really good experience here. The guys were able to take a look at my car really quickly and the fix was done within an hour, granted it was not a major issue thankfully. But, the cost for service was very reasonable and everyone was nice, friendly and helpful.

I've always had professional tire & radiator to care for my vehicles every since 2012 being a customer. I have always gotten good customer service as well as good sound advice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Total rip off and he does it with the most sincere smile. Charged me 300.to replace a coil in an 09 Nissan. A week later I took it in with the same problem. With the cutest smile he said it was a different coil.and that it would be 300. More, I took it to a different shop.the man showed me how one of the coil had a piece inside that had been bent down .he replaced the coil an I was charged 40.00 at Killian auto God is good.

My 2013 Kia needed a new engine. Todd noticed that my car's engine potentially had a recall. I called the dealership, they ran the tests and replaced the engine for free. This saved me thousands of dollars. Can't thank him enough! Will definitely go back.

AWESOME AWESOME employees, great service. They took care of my youngest daughters car in an emergency now they are doing my truck tires. Next up is my older daughters AC service.

We have used professional tire for a couple years to service our fleet vehicles. I have been nothing but happy with the service they have provided. Also use them on my personal vehicle as well, have a lot of confidence in them doing quality work.

My co-worker bought his Mercedes truck in due to a rattle in his rear tire.....He was told that he had 2 bad motor mounts that needed to be replaced so he okayed it he said $600 not even an hour later He received an call about them not having the right lock key to his rims.....He asked why do they need the key if they re fixing engine mounts.....when he picked his car up had the same rattling so he went to Dr. Tire and explained the same thing to Doc and he was able to identify and fix my problem at a fraction of what he paid here! I will never return for business nor will I refer anyone to this company!

The name fits; Professional is an understatement!!!!! Todd, the owner, REALLY knows cars. When I asked him to balance my tires, he actually asked me, "Is it shaking?" And when I said, "Yes." He then asked, "At what speed?" WOW! If you go anywhere else, they won't ask anything. I will never go anywhere else.

Called ahead and spoke to Mr. T who was very helpful & nice. Got there & they helped me right away. Git me in and out quickly. Mr T even dropped some knowledge on me. Lol I would definitely return & recommend them.

These guys seem really down to earth, however I don't think they are as genuine as they seem. I brought my car in for an alignment. A few hours later I get a call saying I need a ball joint on the drivers side before I could get it aligned and that they could do it for me. I thought 'fair enough' but wanted to save some money so thought I'd do it myself. Got the car home, up on jackstands and the balljoint was fine - no play up and down or side to side- no knocking or strange noises. So I left it alone, took it to another shop for an alignment and they aligned it no problem without mentioning a need for a ball joint.Two stars (as opposed to one) because they seem like better people than you'd get at a firestone/goodyear/jiffy lube, etc.TLDR: They wanted to replace a part on my car that simply wasn't necessary.

Trustworthy and fast. Just had my tire service there by Paul. He found a screw inside my tire and a dented rim. He even showed me the tire before servicing it. He was honest and fast. I will be back!

Very helpful. They explained exactly what was going on without condescending, which you don t get from a lot of mechanics. And I felt the price was fair.

Went here for a coolant leak 5 months ago. Haven't had a problem since. Great customer service. Very professional and honest. Will definitely go here again if need be.
