Great mechanic shop. Car broke down Friday night. Got it there Saturday morning he called me back in less than hour said it was the radiator and it would be done same day. It was indeed done same day along with an oil change since I was overfilled and a coolant flush. They don t play around here. Very professional and have my maxima back on the road very quickly.

I started my truck a few mornings ago & it felt like it as running on 4 cylinders & it's a large V8. The engine light came on & I was worried because I've had this 2006 for only 3 weeks & it had been running great until that morning when it wasn't. I started calling around & one of the other shops told me to give Josh a call telling me how great & knowledgeable he was especially with Ford's but when he mentioned Precision Tune, I had my doubts thinking they only do oil changes & simple tune ups, brakes & stuff. Josh assured me he would get right on it & take care of this problem & within 30 - 45 minutes he had keyed in on the problems my code reader had detected so I knew when I left my truck was in good hands because in todays world, you got so many shops telling you things are wrong that are not just to take your money & Josh did not come back later with all these extra charges. He told me what he needed to do & he did it. He even did some extra work & didn't even charge me for it. Josh & his team created a life long customer out of me & I'm pointing my finger in his direction when people ask if I know anyone they can trust. This is a nice looking truck for a 2006 with only 107,000 miles so I really didn't want to take it to just another one! It's running even better than it did before it acted up thanks to Josh & his team.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Would like to thank Austin, Johnny, Austin Neely, there is also another young man. However I don't know his name. But thanks for always taking care of my vehicle. Ive gotten a couple jobs done to my vehicle by them and they've never failed me. They are respectful and the service is top notch! Thanks guys! Def recommended!

The manager Johnny Cox was amazing and very personable! He explained the additional issues my car was having and broke it down in a way I could understand and I didn t feel pressured. The customer service is better than most and the pricing is one of the cheapest in town! I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I got right in with no wait and was out in 30 minutes.

This place is amazing. Austin N. And Johnny were true life savers. I Arrived in Columbia from Atlanta, GA and both of my headlights died on the way here that night. The store where i bought the bulbs sold me the wrong ones and they told me that it was no problem and that they would wait for me to get the right ones. When I returned, they took the bulbs I had bought and installed them in 5 minutes. I am truly greatful for these 2 men saving my life. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Precision Tune and especially recommend Austin & Johnny. You two are the BEST!!!!

I am so impressed with the services I received from the staff at this location. I needed my brakes done and an oil change. The price for both services were excellent and they also offered a military discount. Additionally they reached out after the services were performed to make sure I was pleased with the services provided which is a rarity these days. I appreciate you all so much. Thank you. They were great! I couldn t get Walmart to replace my battery i got from them but Precision Tune Auto was able to swap it out in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention prices are completely reasonable. 10/10 definitely recommend!Service: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement

Johnny Cox and the Precision Tune Team were PHENOMENAL in finding issues fixing the issues and getting my vehicle back to me in excellent condition. They went to extra lengths to make sure everything was taken care of and then some. 5 stars isn t even the number of stars I would give them. It WOULD BE 10!!! Great Service!!! Keep it up guys!!!!

If I could rate this zero stars I would! I went to this place on Wednesday, 7/26 for a car diagnostic. Dropped my car off and left it there for them to check. Got a call back a few hours later with what they found. I needed both O2 sensors, upstream and downstream, spark plugs (which I just changed two months ago), and front brakes and rotors all totaling $1,400.00. I already knew about the sensors being bad because it was bad when I bought the car 4 and a half years ago. I really needed to find out why when I went to brake at certain speeds, my steering wheel would shake, this explains the needs for brakes and rotors. I declined having them do any type of work to my car as I can get all of it done for much cheaper by buying the parts myself. I go to pickup my car, and an hour after leaving the shop, my car begins to overheat. In the 4 and a half years I ve had my car, this has NEVER been a problem. Never had any issues with my radiator, thermostat or hoses. I ve always been told that my car is in very great condition for being a 2005 Honda Civic. My car also began to leak coolant. Again, something it s NEVER done until that day. I called back to Precision and they tell me that the O2 sensor is to regulate the temperature in the car and since it is bad then it can cause my car to overheat and that is sound like my catalytic converter, I then asked wouldn t all of this have been found in the diagnostic? I then asked what they did to diagnose the previous issues and said that the looked over everything and test drove it, and that because I came in about the shaking that was all they were concerned with (then why are you mentioning spark plugs) I am no mechanic, but googled my O2 sensor and found that it has absolutely NOTHING to do with my car overheating. This was even confirmed by a few other mechanics that I met in AutoZone after purchasing coolant. Come to find out; they left a screw off by my spark plug and after just an hour my car is overheating and I m on the side of the road, and my radiator is cracked. After trying to put coolant in my car, my mechanic noticed all of it was coming right back on to the ground. Again, NEVER had an issue with my radiator until I went to this place. Long story more long, there was NOTHING on the results from the diagnostic that said I had a bad thermostat, something was wrong with my hoses or that I had a cracked or leaking radiator. Why all of a sudden is this happening?I will be back to this location come Monday morning to speak with a manager and corporate for compensation on their negligence. There is no way anyone can tell me that all in one day I start experience problems that weren t already present. If I don t get the answer I want and need, which is fixing my radiator and all issues resulting from whatever they did, I will be taking this to small claims court.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

A car lost its tire on the highway and I hit it damaging my van. I went to auto zone and asked them where I could take my car to get looked at as I was from out of state. They told me Precision Tune Auto Care. They not only helped very quickly but also inspected my vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive home for my 10 hour drive back home. I would highly recommend. Chad was super friendly. Bright personality. Was confident to take care of my auto needs the day of. Took care of my oxygen sensor replacement with no problem and my truck is running like brand new. Will always recommend these guys for service.

Had a tire blowout coming right off the interstate the guys there are very professional and helpful will definitely be back appreciate the professionalism from the staff there they could have easily refused to help change the tire and referred me to a tire shop. Thanks guys

Honest, affordable and good autocare. Had a sensor issue with my brakes and they fixed it with honesty and integrity. This will definitely be my new auto care place and I recommend everyone to give them a chance.

Update 07/05/2023 The new management at this location is fantastic. The service I received this time, compared to a few months ago was night and day. The new team is knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Resetting with a new staff was the best thing this store could have done. I will definitely use them for any future services.01/12/2023 Misinformation given over the phone. Drove to the shop and the person I spoke with denied speaking with me.Update 2/25/23: Once again I called this shop inquiring about Aachen recharge and was told on a Friday they could perform the service on my specific vehicle. On Sat I arrived at 8:15, and at waited 3 hours. At 11:19 the Asst. Manager comes and tells me they can't do the service. When I asked why he said the mechanic didn't feel comfortable. The inexperienced mechanic didn't know where the low pressure ac intake was and too embarrassed to have me show him. The manager told me I have to take it to the dealer. I told him he needs to hire better mechanics because my BMW has been getting serviced at the Precision Tune in Pineville, NC an hour away since I bought it. I have an appointment with that Precision Tune to get the work done. This is the 2nd time they lied and takes no responsibility. I will never let this place touch my car. This shop is a joke and shouldn't be in business.Service: Oil change

Because I had very limited time I did not have repairs done, but the manager at this location was willing to do what he could to get the car in that day.He also recommended a second location with another company that may be able to help.Great customer service.

Great experience! I went for an oil change, they did an inspection and saw that my rear brake pads were severely worn but not to the point where I needed new rotors. They took my car immediately when I got there and perfomed the oil change and brake pads within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Precision Tune for your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Today I got my car serviced at Precision Tune Auto Care on Two Notch Road in Columbia, South Carolina. When I entered the facility, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and greetings by friendly staff members. Mr. Bash and Patrick took the time to introduce themselves to me and gain background information in order to further assist me. In doing so, they were able to effectively assist me with my automotive maintenance. Both Mr. Bash and Patrick walked me through deficiencies and quickly corrected the shortfall. In addition to finding and working through the deficiencies, both employees researched cost efficiency that decreased labor and customer cost. After the vehicle inspection, I left knowing that my vehicle was properly regulated. Because of the overall quality care of the friendly staff at Precision Tune Auto Care on Two Notch Road, I plan to make Precision Tune on Two Notch Road shop my primary automotive vendor.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Incredible Service and Customer Care! Josh and his team took really good care of me during a very difficult time. My car's transmission went out and had to be towed to their shop. Josh was very personable yet professional and "broke the news to me gently" that I would need a new transmission. He searched for the part and gave me a quote along with his recommendation. He was very patient with me and allowed me time to make the very hard decision to let my car go. He took great care of it until I was able to get it towed off of the property. Josh made me feel like a very valued customer even though I decided not to get the work done. To top it off, when I arrived on site some days later to clean out my old car, Josh and his team offered to help me. WOW!!
