We bought a Mercedes 2016 e350 a couple weeks ago a beautiful car. Very low miles on it in mint condition. Nicole was amazing she gave us the keys we took it for a test drive it ran perfectly. When we got back she had already looked at my ford F 150 with high miles on it. When I ask what she would give me for a trade I was blow away we were at 2 other dealerships she gave me over 2000$ more on a trade and said if you want the Mercedes you owe me nothing. ????? I was like you mean I don't even owe you for paper work or anything she said no nothing. I didn't know what to say except OK. Then a week after having the car the brake lights were malfunctioning . She told me bring it in she will take care of it ..it's being fixed and we pick it up in 3 days .. I can't say enough about this company Nicole her dad always got back to me and bent over backwards to make everything prefect . A++++ COMPANY.. THANK YOU PHILLIPS. THEY EVEN GAVE US FREE TSHIRTS .. AMAZING

Well I spent over $2,000.00 for them to put a Contol module in my car that lasted a week. They assured me this was the cause. Then sent it back and put another one in and that ran 2 days sent it back. Now they are telling me $2,700.00 to fix a whole other issue. It cost me 750.00 to tow it there and this has been going on since January. Now not sure they can even get the right parts.Let me state that you had Vin of car the entire time. Along with a detailed list that I put in the car when we dropped it off. I was assured by you that the CM was the issue. I didn't hide anything from you.

I am so thankful to have found Philips. They conducted all the services rendered in one day, were fair, professional, and reasonably priced. I will never take my vehicle to the BMW dealership again. They have earned a life long customer in me.

I have a 10 year old Mercedes that I have religiously had serviced at the Mercedes dealership since I got it. However, I wish I had switched to Philips years ago! For a fraction of the price I paid at the dealership, I got the exact same regular service I ve always gotten. As well, the folks are polite and communicative. From now on, I ll be taking my car here!

I've tried several import specialty repair facilities around Columbia. This was my first time at Phillips. They did a great job on my repairs to my Merc Benz SL 500. Prices were in line with other quotes I'd received, but no attempts to up-sell. In fact when I mentioned I'd be replacing some other parts, I was told that there was no need. Definitely feels like a trust-worthy and honest place.

Dropped off my wife's car for an oil change and they had it done within 2 hours. What I really liked were the recommendations they gave me for future service. It is an older BMW and if you have owned one of those you know how that is. Jason took the time to tell me which ones were more pressing and even gave me the order he would have them done in. Side note, Jason and I actually grew up together and had not seen each other in years so that was cool. Great people all the way around and will definitely be back.

Great customer service from check in to pick up. The communication was excellent regarding diagnosing problem and recommendations for repairs. Their prices are fair with no hidden costs. Per usual, Philips Auto Tech did it again. Took my Audi A4. in for her (Miracle) oil change and low and be ho I was called and told I had a flat tire. Philips Auto Tech not only changed my oil but took very good care of Miracle and changed my tire. You guys are so great. If you are looking for great service , a warm hearted atmosphere , great prices by all means bring your love one (car) to Philips Auto Tech. I promise you will be happy that you did. Honest!! Good people! They know their stuff. They told me every repair needed but at the same time helped me sort through what was worth fixing and what might not be. I ve compared them to other places and they are better and less expensive.

I received exemplary attention and service from Nicole and Jason. They went above and beyond to help me and they really know what they are doing! They made everything so easy and everything went exactly as promised. If you have a foreign luxury car, you need these folks! Don t risk taking it to unqualified mechanics.

I'm retired military and retired corporate employee which means I been around the block dealing with many different attitudes, beliefs, egos and types of human behavior.Where do I start - 10yrs ago I let Phillips service my BMW for regular maintenance without any issues. Fast forward to today 2024 - The issue is crank no/start on 2013 Volvo. Just went in to ask a few questions on the possible causes from their experience with these cars. Hoping they could answer what percentage of crank/no start with this type Volvo that come into their shop where related to emc, fuel, electrical, or timing issues. The customer service turned really horrible after I presented my Autel scan report on my vehicle and a parts list from another company- RockAuto - that offer some of the same parts (brand and part# matchup identical) which Phillips sells to their customers at much higher prices to fix crank/no start related issues. The service manager and his office assistant were really confrontation during our conversation and did not remain a professional posture in my opinion. I done with Phillips.Lesson for Phillips - They could have earned business again but forgot rule number#1 in business - increase shareholder value. Which mean increasing revenues and decreasing costs. Improving customer service which promotes and encourages return customers is critical to increasing revenue. It is typically much cheaper to foster customer loyalty than to try to capture new customers.

I ve been coming to Philips for 30 years. I ve bought 3 cars from them in the past, and now rely on them for BMW service. They are honest, highly skilled, and communicative. I also love that they still operate like a local family business, where a real person answers the phone and goes out of their way to help you out. 2005 S500 transmission fluid change. They failed to tighten the bolts back to the protective plate that protects sensitive electronics under the car. It tore lose within an hour of leaving the shop with the bolts still in it. When asked to replace it, their response was we normally just rip those off and throw them away anyway. Not sure I d let these people touch an expensive car.Service: Transmission

If I could give more stars for a rating, I would!! Car repairs are never fun, but they made it not unpleasant. Everyone there was so professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They explained everything in detail. They communicated with us and kept us updated (eta for parts that were ordered). I will not take any of my cars anywhere else!
