This is definitely one of my favourite rest/truck stop! Lot of space and everything here was nice and neat. Store has some warm food for one in a hurry and much more! Few restaurants in the same building as well. Addition to it is bowling alley and a bar. This is a great place to rest and entertain!

This place is such a great stop for drivers even for family. Bowling alley to do your daily exercise. Food is good. Big problem. Half of the parking is paying for trucks and the other half is full of local trucks that parks there overnight and leave their car during the day. This is unacceptable and they should do something about this situation.

I'm disappointed in this place. Pay to park. 90% the other 10% dropped trailers. Cars parked. Saving spots. You want to "save" then make them park in reserved and pay for it. OTR drivers need places that don't cost us. I asked the manager apparently on duty. Oh we can't do anything about that. REALLY? Tow them. She says oh can't Corporate won't let us. Called Corporate they said talk to manager. So pass the buck. Nothing gets done. Wonder why nobody spends anything in your restaurant? I wonder

Bathroom was clean. Store seemed somewhat clean. But if you looking for a nightclub you re in the right place.This review ifs for the Petro section and not the restaurant or bowling alley.At 7:00 pm, 3 Turkey legs and a couple hotdogs that s it. No other hot food. Half the milk and juice section empty. Staff wouldn t even check if there was anything in the back. 4 music was super loud club music. 4 staff members and 2 other outside gentlemen standing around talking so loud you can hear them outside. Out dated cold sandwiches. PB&J bought on 7/8 out dated on 7/6. Place is slowly going downhill.Parking anymore is stupid out of control. Plenty of $20 parking spots. No wonder there is 25 illegally parked trucks. Cars saving free spots dropped trailers everywhere. Very disappointing.

All the free parking spots are taking by the locals that park and go home, so only thing left is the reserve spots. I don't mind paying but hate when locals think they own the place by parking there cars in free spots so nobody can use them. I went down the road to pilot and got a reserve there.

This rating is based on the quaker steakand lube restaurant if I could give it zero stars I would the waitresses all they do is walk around and talk to each other like the customers are an inconvenience for them my husband had to send his meal back twice bc they couldn't cook it right and my oldest daughter ordered a blue raspberry lemonade and we had our drinks and part of our order before she even got it bc the bartender apparently makes those and we was right across from the bar and all she done was talk talk to other waitresses and they should really wear their hair up if they want it to be that long bc we found hair in our food. We definitely will not be back and not once did a manager come ask what the problem was when she was standing right next to our booth and seen how upset we were. Very poor service and quality in food

Called the truck service at 10:09 and asked if there was a wait time. I was told no by Ashley but they closed at 11:00. I said all I need is a 3 in 1 replaced mine has a hole. She informed me that their tech is not qualified enough to change the airlines. This quite possibly be one of the easiest tickets that they get all day pretty sure they just didn t want to do it. The truck stop itself is great but the service shop is garbage.

It is a good place to hang out if you have a bit of time on your hands. They have plenty of refreshments and chips. There is a bowling alley to kill some time while you wait for a load or whatever. I had a good time here. I hope I can stop off here again soon.

What a great truck stop. It's like a Chuck-E-Cheese for truck drivers. Has plenty of parking, a good restaurant, tons of video games, and it even has a bowling alley. That's right, a truck stop with a bowling alley. And while I I don't necessarily agree with it, if you're doing a 34-hour reset, they even have a bar.

Great place to stop and relax where you can feel safe, as the Facility is patrolled regularly. Restrooms and store are super clean. You can sit down for a meal or grab a quick bite to go. There is, also, a bowling alley for those who want to stay and have a little fun. Everyone is super friendly and will go out of their way to help out where they can. We look forward to future visits and highly recommend this stop.

I'm actually rather disappointed . They don't have very much for food options. If you're a diabetic or on a budget or just trying to eat a little more healthy, keep going. Don't stop here. You can't even get a salad. I guess it's because they have a restaurant next door but I've eaten there 3 times and it's the worst tasting food I've ever had and the prices are ridiculous. And if you shut down here on a Friday night good luck getting sleep. They have all these people with these souped-up cars circling the parking lot for hours blasting the thump music and racing around. They don't take in consideration that there's pedestrians walking in and out of the store. I guess the only saving grace for this place is that their employees are polite and they're always doing something so you know they are working but everything else Is the reason why I gave 2 stars.

The Truckstop is great for the drivers but I wouldn t put my trust into the shop for any repairs maybe a tire change but don t let the mechanics touch your truck you have been warned

Very very very bad experience! I checked in on Saturday at 9:00 PM at the TA shop to buy a new Michelin steer tire and replace my old one and wanted to do oil change. They called me Sunday at 12:30 PM replaced my tire and the guy informed me that I can not leave the bay someone else will come for oil change. Now 6:21 PM the tech called another truck and bring it to the bay for oil change while I m waiting! Terrible customer service! Will never ever come back here for service in my truck! The mechanic like doesn t care about me

Friday 17 Nov...... The cashier Alley was very helpful and friendly. She above and beyond to help me with my trailer issue. The experience definitely started my weekend off Right ...... Loved the Lasagna, gonna come for the stir fry.....

Clean restrooms, awesome selection of travel and convenience items. Pizza, a bowling center, and Starbucks. There is a Santa Claus!:)

Beautiful Newer Facility...Would have give full s, however, my shower room wasnt cleaned properly. There was still a used bar of soap in the shower and the wrapper was next to the garbage can, which mean, the Porters are doing a Half@$$ job! I uses the room dispite my findings because it would have taken taken all my break time to go report it and get another room assigned. Eveything else was very nice.

It's nice on the inside but the outside you got Drop trailers at the fuel line and you got Drop trailers parking dropped in front of the scales can hardly get in it don't make no sense that ain't no drop yard

Great place. Laundry, showers ($14.50 if you have no credits), convenience store, Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant, massage chairs, drivers lounge, fitness rooms, truck shop, 100+ parking spots.

Not bad place for 34 reset. Showers aren't very nice but get the job done. Restaurant was good. Food was definitely delicious. Lots beer on tap. Need more free parking to much paid. Bowling and arcade are fun.

Time to do my 34!!...can't ask for better timing to be in Columbia SC!On a Saturday when the Gamecocks are playing football season...this truck stop turned into a pretty darn place to be.With all of the troopers out front directing traffic keeping the football fans out actually brought more in...made for good people watching too!There's a fair enough amount of parking with a few reserved....talking to the bar tender,the shop is pretty weak though.This is my second time staying overnight and even though is by the highway it's pretty dang quiet at night.The place is really clean and the staff is always helpful and kind.There's a bowling alley here too along with a big game room and big screen tv's.I always have this place on my mind when I cone to this past of SC.I'll be back!

Kudos for the amenities and the spunky decor. The showers was my first stop and they were really clean. Matter fact, as I was walking to my shower, an employee was seen visibly spraying/wiping down toilets. That s relieving to see! Starbucks was so good and fresh at 6 a.m.!Minus one star for my overall experience at Quaker. I left a separate review specific to my dine-in.

The truckstop is good was here for a 34. Went in around noon had lunch at the bar, food was good. Went back in around 9 for dinner. A different bartender she was terrible. Slow wait 20 minutes to get a drink, 45 minutes for her to take my order for food. After dinner she asks if I would like another drink, I order and after 30 minutes of waiting for that I just asked for the check. Mind you it was me and 2 other people at the bar. So she wasn't busy. The locals that came in from the bowling or arcade didn't have a problem getting a drink as soon as they walked up though.

It s all good. To good to believe. Truckers if you have extra time definitely stay here. Biggest game room I ever seen. Sports bar. Good coffee s at Starbucks. And good and professional employees. Oops I almost forgot the bowling alley. Very nice.
