I highly recommend coming to O'Reilly Auto Part Store...Plenty of items that you need for your car , truck or whatever transportation you own...I had a part to return, easy peasy... walked up to the counter... the Auto parts guy , processed and was put back on my credit card...Clean store ...Well stocked shelvesEasy access off Garners Ferry Rd/ 378... Bolton Street...

I ordered parts here. Called several times and FINALLY got through. I told the lady I would be there in a couple of days to get my parts. I called and called several times to inform them my wife would pick them up, but NOBODY ANSWERED the phone for 2 freaking days and OReillys sent my parts back?! They reordered my parts and I refuse to get them, will get a refund, NAPA Bound!

Counter person , young white guy in a baseball cap, very unprofessional and smart at the mouth, and has no knowledge about auto parts, just hire anybody i suppose.

Andrea and Drew helped me out with a warranty issue on a windshield wiper during a rainstorm. They were extremely professional and courteous. I am perfectly capable of installing a wiper blade, but they were insistent that this was their job and they were happy to help. They made the company look very good that evening!

Phenomenal customer service. Wasn't rushed. Female assistant manger really took the time to assist in finding parts form my vehicle. Much better service than Autozone where I normally go to. Hmm. I may switch.

So very grateful to have this opportunity to rate this O'Reilly. We had some of the best service ever! The wonderful female manager took the time to make sure that we had the correct windshield wipers, by coming out, in the rain, and helping install them. She was above and beyond nice as well as knowledgeable. Sorry we did not get her name.

Went to buy something and asked sales person to help put a wiper blade on my car that I bought from there. He literally said it was hot and to look it up on YouTube. Then he didn't return to assist at all. Such poor service and I won't be returning there.

My check engine light started flashing while driving through South Carolina.Covid-19 Note:**This is only auto parts store in the area that will check engine light/codes.* Dustin was the best staffer at the location!!

My experience was filled with lies and deceit from the cashier Landon and the commercial manager Brandon. I walked into this location to make an exchange of brake pads. Landon viewed my receipt and asked if i still had the card ending in what was the receipt. I did not have my wallet on me so i walked outside to get it to check which cards i had then i walk back in and i said i don t have that card, i want to do an exchange Landon looked at me and said oh, i already hit the return on the keypad. You will have a refund in 3-4 days. Let me remind you LANDON pressed the X button on the keypad for a return while i was OUTSIDE. He tries to reverse the refund. Of course, it did not work. He calls the female employee over to fix the problem and she was no help. Then the commercial manager Brandon comes and says that there is nothing that they can do because once the barcode on the receipt is scanned it gave me an automatic refund. Landon already was apologetic about making his mistake and also told the female employee he made the mistake. Brandon lied to me and did nothing to fix the issue at hand. And when i called the cooperate store immediately after they spoke to Hunter and from my understanding Hunter lied as well. I am an active duty service member with several businesses in the Sandhills area and I could not believe the customer service that i received at this location. I hope the district manager John will ensure this does not happen to another customer.

The Store Is losing business. Like 10 people are sitting waiting and the door is still locked. And it's after 8am. The sign on the door say 7:30. Very unprofessional

VERY RUDE 'ladies' there during my most recent visit last month. I literally turned around as the lady with the brown hair rolled her eyes. In my opinion the older lady had a terrible attitude when I asked for assistance.. Once I asked who the manager was, she offered to assist!! Previous experiences were definitely better. I'll return to this location if needed when the nice gentlemen return that actually show that they don't mind helping.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who will make sure you get what you need. I have also used them to check the codes on my car last time the dreaded check engine light came on. She mentioned what the fix was and sure enough, the light cleared itself after changing the gas cap (original was 15 years old).

Boy they won all my confidence when I got something from another auto parts place then I also need some else but the price was high so I checked O'Reilly to check the prices it was still kinda high but guy say if you get what you got and what you want we'll give you a deal so I returned the stuff to the other place and got everything for under a 100 rather than 200 for all the same place. Definitely mad love there

Usually my experience here is good.. I'm not happy about my last visit. I went in for transmission fluid and the young man was helping me... The guy next to him bolt off and went to get it before the gentleman at the computer could finish typing my car in.. Slam the transmission fluid on the counter. I wasn't even talking to him in the 1st place. Long story short it was the wrong sh*t. I was better off looking for it myself.

Dustin went way above and beyond. His advice and assistance saved me from going to a mechanic. He not only found the right part but also showed me how to install it on the spot. I'm officially switching from Advanced Auto Parts to O'Reilly's!

Great experience from the staff member named Andrea, what I thought was a bad battery, she was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to assist with what was actually just a loose connection which she assisted with correcting.

I was standing in line at O Reillys when Miss Terri Said next in line please and the gentleman was talking to the man behind him and said you go. She was very impatient and Said next in line again A little loud. Then when it was my turn I made a joke and said don t holler at me. I m coming. When I got up I asked for windshield wipers. She told me where go to and what size. Didn t offer to help me find them. A customer help me find them. And then when I went up to pay for them I asked her what she please put them on. She said of course. And then she told her coworker I m going to put on windshield wipers the highlight of my day. Excuse me was that necessary to say?Then when she gets out to my car she says they have been on a long time and I said yes that is the reason why I m getting new ones. Did not like her attitude did not like her service. Seem like a unhappy grouchy old woman. If my main man Dustin was working I wouldn t of went through that.

It was great.Mr. Rusty assisted my brother and I.I needed a new battery. He was very attentive and courteous. He removed the old battery and put the new one in for me.Will visit again.

O'Reilly just don't care who respresent their company. Ain't no way Robert is at a store where different culture of people entering. I will be shock if y'all haven't got a complaint on this guy. He's very disrespectful I said thank you twice you think he said anything. Put my receipt in my hand and greeted the next customer(causian male). Hi Sir. How can I help you today. What are yall company values? He respresent O'Reilly.
