Got Ronald and he is the man. i am a college student with little car knowledge, and needed to test my battery and get a new one, as well as replace my blinker. Ronald not only got me in and out within 5 minutes, but also didn t try to upsell me and told me which battery was the best for the right price. will come here for any car needs while i m in school in columbia

I went into the store on two notch road looking for an oil cap for my car. The gentlemen who helped me were very professional and very efficient in helping me to solve my problem. They guided me to "pull a part " where I was able to get the part I needed.

Some locations seems to always have customers waiting for a long time before checking out. Ten minutes plus is absolutely entirely too long. Positively sure not the only one to experience this. Please remedy the checkout wait time. Thank you!

Mistakes happen. I was sure I had a dead battery, took it in 4/18 to check, but, no, the guy there swears it's the alternator, had tested it, etc. So I get the alternator. It's not the alternator. It was the battery. People make mistakes, but it did seem like the guy was fumbling around with the equipment. I don't mind the mistake. On returning the alternator today, though, the guy at the counter was like, "Oh, yeah, haha, that happens all the time!" Uh, a simple "Thanks for being nice about it, we're so sorry you had to go to the trouble" was all that was really needed. Again, don't mind the first guy, needs training. The second guy really probably shouldn't be in retail.

This rating is based on customer service, as opposed to automotive knowledge or stock. Staff were polite, engaged, and beyond helpful. Explanation follows for anyone who wants more detail.I've been clearing out old, forgotten items in the back of a garage... Found ancient, half-used bottles of antifreeze and oil. Like, two boxes worth. Called several local auto parts stores that take used oil & other fluids, asking if they'd be able to dispose of them for me. Two competitors nearby were curt and refused to take them. A third competitor was polite, but also said no.O'Reilly said yes, helped me dump them all in minutes, and offered to deal with the trash leftover for me.I wasn't shopping this time, but I know where I'll go next time I need something

Slack as store this my 3rd time calling for a part they say they have get there and no one know anything and don t have part manager is a older white lady that s rude she don t help customers she walks off as talking to do other things then come back asking what you need like change the employees and definitely the manager

Went to get a simple license plate screw for My little Geo Metro. Staff did not help me find it when I politely ask them to nor did they try to find the right size screw. Also couldn t find the interior light I needed.

Went to buy a maintenance-free battery for a 1994 Dakota. Took the old maintenance-free battery with us. The staff's database chose a wrong battery (the top of the battery was too wide for the clamp holding the battery to the base plate). Staff was trying to be helpful, but battery selection was poor. There were no maintenance-free batteries of the proper size for our Dakota. We went to Auto Zone instead.

If I could I would give zero stars. If a customer not sure what goes in your car you suppose to check if you ask them. I don't know his name but I asked 3 times and he didn't answer he just kept on looking at the computer trying to find what I asked for and saying what don't go in my car, what won't fit etc. Get another job if you can't provide good customer service.

I bought brakes, struts and a control arm assembly kit. The mechanic discovered once he took my old parts off that I was given the wrong brakes. I ended up going elsewhere for brakes that day because I was out of town and originally had to travel over an hour to this location - - they were the only parts store within a 50 mile radius that had all the other parts I needed in stock. Fast forward a week later after I tried to return the brakes to the O Reilly s closer to me in Irmo and was told that I had the right box but the wrong brakes. So they refused to accept the return. They told me I had to go back to the location where I bought them since the item inside was wrong. What an inconvenience! I took them back two weeks later and received my refund. I wish I could give the entire chain 0 stars for the experience alone but clearly they aren t connected. So 2 stars since they did have the parts I needed in stock.

The guys here are super helpful. I went there awhile back for some antifreeze and they did the refill for it. They also noticed and informed me about the condition of my battery and cleaned it up for me too!

the customer service personal were friendy, upon entering this location I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome to O'Riley's, I had just visited a competitor prior to going into O'Riley's it was the difference o between night and day i was assisted by a new hire by the name of Stacato he was patient and knowledgeable, I thank him for his assistance,

They have most of what I need and I can order what is not available. They also offer a military discount, but you have to ask for it.
