I was traveling and was 4 hours from home. This amazing employee came and helped me on the side of the road so I could get safely home. God bless him!!!!

Tonight I went to O Reillys because my car started sputtering out of nowhere. As a single mom with very little wiggle room for finances I was PANICKING. I went in crying and George walked me through everything. George tested my car and although we originally thought it needed a tune up, it needed a new part and he walked me through it, helped me install it and made sure that was what we needed after it was installed. He spoke to my baby and was very friendly. He told me it was going to be okay while I was crying. We need more George s in this world. He absolutely saved me from a full blown melt down. So George, thank you! I will remember you always as the man that saved my car (even tho it was the simplest of fixes!) If you stop at this O Reillys you better hope he s working, because he will get you back on the road. I was able to finally go to Walmart and get my baby her dinner This man deserves a raise!

Do not order online for store pick up. Worst customer service experience ever and I usually love this location. I placed an order and saw it come out of my account but they failed to send a notice that it was ready for me to pick up in 1 hour. Fast forward over 12 hours later I called to check in, got placed on hold long enough for me to drive to the store and be standing in the line when he came back. Asked about my order and was told "they didn't pull it yet"....... if it was supposed to be ready yesterday afternoon it should've been pulled since the previous day right? Well the excuse was "I'm the only 1 in right now". Again, that does not explain why it was not pulled yesterday. So now I have to stand there and watch him shop around the store for my parts. I could've done that yesterday why waste my time putting in the order and waiting when I still have to come inside to and do the exact same thing?Save yourself the trouble and just go inside. They're slack when it comes to online orders.

Very professional and helpful. Great job management keep these guys they are great. They were all but fighting to be of service. Every store manager from the other stores should have to come by and see what a store is supposed to look like and what customer service is and looks like.

Now thos place took the time to help my daughter and I get the parts we needed, they even went above and beyond ensuring we had someone to replace/repair the problem.

If you re looking for a job and think this is the place, I d think twice if I were you. The management is terrible. They don t pay attention to anyones pre-established needs when making the schedule, they fire people for being sick, the manager of the broad river rd location is former military and tries running the place like he s got a bunch of yes sir soldiers working for him, and it s just an all around terrible place and environment to work.-Former employee

The guys were very helpful in getting me everything I needed in a timely manner. They handled my battery replacement on a cold day while my baby and I kept warm in the store and even offered to carry my bags out for me.

Had an awesome experience on today 11-21-19 . The guy Jeremiah was amazing and very knowledgeable with what I needed and had tools on hand that he could loan me . I love coming to this place better than any other auto parts store because I don t feel ignored and I m satisfied with all my outcomes thus far. This guy Jeremiah needs a raise cus he goes above and beyond.

I received excellent customer service from this location after receiving bad service from another location. I needed driver side turn signal light replaced. The store associate replaced the lightbulb in an matter of minutes. thanks, jrbryant

I've had a problem with my head lights on and off, and have gone there a few times. I give it 3 because the last last was very helpful as much as he could be. I went tonight and never felt so guilty for coming in there at 8:43 to by the same part last time. The guy said why u don't just go to a mechanic, as if he was being bothered and let me know quit when asked what time u close. It wasn't t that bad, but I definitely got his point. I definitely would feel awkward if I have to go back in. Felt like a fool for buying the part at 8:55. Sorry for the trouble!

Service was superb! Needed some spark plugs and a valve gasket! Didn't catch the guy name but lite eyes, good hair chin strap was braided...yea him! Go see him for help!

I will be back, the nicest lady helped me there. I gave her a tip too for putting my battery in my car. There was 4 men in the backroom not helping.

I understand that some people don't like mornings, but I didn't tell you to work there!� I am not a mechanic and if I ask a question please try to help as much as you possible can. Jamie was not helpful at all!! I will try not to go back to Broadriver store if I can help it!!!

Very knowledgeable employees, you never have to wait long for help, and their prices are usually lower than the other auto parts stores. Convenient location and store is always clean and we'll organized!!

I was told that the spark plus I ordered would be at the store by 12:30pm on 9/6/20, I was told this on 9/5/20. I showed up to the store and a delivery vehicle was there but nobody was in the store, which made me have to cancel my order and look for the parts elsewhere.Unreliable location.

The employee helped identify the spark plugs I needed for my vehicle and was happy to answer my questions and explain the different brand options. When the spark delivery devices I asked for were not in stock he recommended a equivalent brand.

Ordered a part told me it was there Saturday. Tuesday and was never ordered. Make sure your phone number is in the system or they will not order it no matter what you are told over a phone. The only reason they did not get 5 stars.
