We ve gotten two vehicles all new tires and they ve been nothing but open and honest about everything! We paid exactly what we were quoted, and the customer service is amazing! I recommend going when they first open, they get busy quick! 10/10 recommend Nutall to anyone! Thank you, and you ve got life long customers from us!

Cannot recommend Nuttall enough! I was recommended to go here for a leveling kit. I called late on a Friday evening to make an appointment. Jeremy gave me a quote (very affordable) and ordered parts right away. They received the parts and had an opening the following Tuesday. An alignment was done as well as balancing my tires. There was some additional work that was necessary. Cody called me before performing to make sure I was okay with moving forward. Towards the end of the day Cody called and gave me an update that they were finishing up. I wasn't able to make it back before they closed, they allowed me to pay over the phone and arranged for me to pick it up. I will be returning for future work!

After a rough 12 hour shift in the ER, I walked outside at 7:30 AM to find a completely flat tire with a giant screw staring me in the face. I called roadside assistance to put on my spare and as soon as 8 o clock hit I was on the phone with Nuttall. Joey was so empathetic and told me to just get there when I could safely and they would have me taken care of. Not only did they patch the tire (FOR FREE) but they neatly and properly replaced all of the spare equipment, which is not easy with the full-size Audi spares that pop in and out. My only regret is not discovering this amazing family business until three years ago. I will never buy a tire anywhere else!!!Your patron for life,Nurse Brooke

Loved these guys. Definitely loved my set up for my chevy had 33 venom tires put on with 2.5 lift even threw in some spacers. Great customer service and handled everything so well!!!

Great place for a fair, not so inflated price on tires. I also recently had some work done on my brake system here. Everyone from Ron and his guys at the front desk to the tech that worked on my truck were very friendly, professional and genuinely seemed to care about getting my truck back on the road and not destroying my pocket book.I have already, and will continue to recommend Nuttall.

I ve used Nuttall for the past few years for tires and their service is always exceptional. I ve had a few instances where I ve had a nail in my tires I bought and they ve always taken care of it. Always great to support a locally owned business that s invested in the community. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for tires. Bonus is their prices are very competitive.

Nearly 20 years, Nuttall Tires has ROCKED as far as I m concerned. I ve never had a bad experience. I ve never had a questionable experience. And that didn t work out at the time they always made right. I wouldn t go anywhere else. I appreciate you.

Needed oil change and tire rotation, and I asked them to look over the car I was about to sell to a friend (didn't want any surprises after the sale). Nuttall said the car was in great condition, and discovered a nail in one tire that I didn't know about. So glad they found it and could replace it with a reasonably priced new tire. Friendly, professional service; waiting area had a nice atmosphere (though internet service was off and on). Glad I chose Nuttall.

I ve been a faithful Nuttalls customer for over five years. It s the fist stop whenever I have a an issue. 9 out of 10 times, they get me back on the road in a matter of hours. But when it s something outside their expertise, they refer me to specialists who have the same work ethic and morals. I trust them completely and you should too!

We had an issue with a rotate and balance. We voiced our concern and Jeremy contacted us the next business day to address it. So, even though we were upset initially good customer service and responding promptly speaks volumes. I really appreciate their attention to customers and willingness to correct problems. This is the only service shop we use and would like to continue.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. I don t even live in Columbia anymore and still go to Nuttall when I need tires because they are so efficient. I needed 3 new tires last minute and they got in done in like 2 hours. Love them!

I had a bulge in the side of my run-flat tire. The average backlog for ordering those were several weeks, but Nuttalls was able to get it the next week. They called me as soon as it came off the truck. I rode over there immediately and 30 minutes later my tire was changed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I knew that my car was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend that all for any of your automotive needs. I know they have my business.

Nuttall Tire is run by honest people who do quality work and discourage unnecessary repairs. I trust them. Last week, two of my tires were losing pressure, and I could see a nail in one of them. Jeremy told me the nail had not completely punctured the tire and wasn't the problem. The problem was the two pressure sensor valves that weren't sealing well with the Tire valve. Nuttall fixed the problem, didn't charge me, and made me an even more loyal customer.

After my parents had a flat a few weeks ago I had a tire slowly leaking air, and they suggested Nuttall. After never going before I decided to give them a try. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, timely manner, and on top of that they kept me up on what was going on. From when it went back, the tires needed to be replaced in the future as they were rather low but not quite time. So safe to say I ll continue going back to them, and plan on getting some new tires soon lol

I called Nuttall tire this morning and talked to their representative Cody. He gave me a reasonable price on five tires and I purchased them and had them installed the same day. The tires I purchased were 10 ply tires for pulling a camper. I was pleased with their workmanship and the price which included free rotation of the tires for the life of the tires.

Nuttall Tire is Great ! They re very courteous. From the people who greet and take care of you at the front desk to the mechanics working on your vehicle. This was my second time going to Nuttall Tire.I have large off road tires on my Super Duty. 38X15.5X20. The first time I took my truck in because I wanted my wheel s balanced they inspected it told me their tire machine wasn t large enough to balance my larger Mud Terrain tires. Some shops would have tried to find some thing else wrong with my vehicle, and charged a lot of money instead of doing the right thing and being honest with the customer. On top of that, when I went to leave, (even though they had spent time checking out, my truck ) they told me I didn t owe them any money for the diagnosis. Even when I ask them if they were sure? Because they had definitely spent their time and effort to let me know what was going on. The service manager told me No, no charge today . We like helping the community and we like what we do. This time I went in for an alignment and everything went smoothly.I was in and out quickly not to mention the complimentary coffee & breakfast bars ! I will definitely be going back for any future issues.2/20/24 - Took my wife s Toyota in to have new brakes and rotors installed. They did a great job without having to stay there all day. Plus, the final bill came in less than the price they originally quoted me ! Great place. Definitely trustworthy.Service: Wheel alignment

They're always very kind, professional and helpful. I came in because I suspected I had a nail in my back driver side tire. They confirmed it was a nail and got my tire patched very quickly, considering they had many customers ahead of me. I wont go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Took my car in to have a tire repaired after being screwed with a screw. They also fixed another tired that had developed a slow leak. They determined the tire was leaking around the rim which required the tire to be removed and remounted. All was done very quickly while I waited and I was on my way no charge free on the house. Will continue to go to Nuttall again in the future! They are honest and trustworthy which is almost impossible to find anywhere anymore.

Excellent experience! Wonderful communication, super efficient and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that I was getting the best possible service for my car. My car is running better than it ever has! I was a first time customer, referred by somone because I needed someplace new to go in a pinch and will be getting all of my service done and my tires here from now on.

I went there to get my brakes checked and thought they needed to be fixed but they were very honest and told me the brakes were ok and nothing needed to be done for now. They gave me a good deal for tires and alignment so I got couple of new tires and now my car doesn t go aggressively to the right. Great people they even explained to me why new tires should be in the back. Did not know that. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Nuttall is THE VERY BEST and has stayed our #1 vehicle service provider for many years. Team members have always been professional, knowledgeable, hospitable, and hard working. In my most recent visit, I was especially humbled by the great lengths the staff went to in ensuring my car (and my family) were well taken care of. They were kind and transparent about a few unexpected and emergent repairs needed and they gave extremely fair pricing. I am so grateful for these angels who had us safely back on the road in no time! You cannot find another full service vehicle repair center that offers higher quality and service than Nuttall!

Call at about 3 PM due tire losing pressure. I was planning to drop off the car. Even though it required a new tire, the car was ready in 60 minutes! And they reminded me I had road hazard insurance. Top notch service.

The staff was great, they were upfront with all the prices. When they found a problem during the alignment they let us know right away and the cost of the repair. Backstory: my wife hit a curb that blew out the tire and bent the rim unusable so luckily Nuttall found the busted part and replaced it. We went with all new rims and tires, plus they got us in the next morning and had the vehicle back on the road before lunch. This is a great tire and auto service center. I would highly recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

They do really good work had them install my power running boards and bought some 33s from them they install my leaving kit balanced everything price was right and they had it back in timely fashion. Definitely my go to spot
