On 7/26/23 at 2:15 I needed lug nuts for my car they are trying to charge me $128. I told them I can put them on myself then the manager said they was gone call the police and I can t get my car back. I went to in today for a diagnosis for my car they told me it would be $19 . Then said if it is simple I will tell you if not we can add to the labor. Jawon and dan the district manager is the one who told me he would call police. As a war veteran that has been to Afghanistan twice for this country. This was the worst experience ever. I ve been coming to the same location for 2 years and never had a problem. Then after I paid they didn t give me a receipt. Strange

On 11/24/23 I got my oil changed for my vw jetta. On that same day the mechanics told me hey there s a yellow dashboard light on and we don t know what that light is Red flag because you re a mechanic find out. So I look at the light I say that s the engine oil light, why would that light be on if you just changed my oil? I ve never had that issue before, so I ask are there signs of leaks? No maybe it s just your sensor we can reset it, I say okay but with a question mark. Not even 2,000 miles and 30 days later my oil light is back on saying I need oil, I go to autozone and buy more oil and ended up adding 4QTs of oil in my tank now why in the world would I need that much oil when I just got an oil change. I work from home. I do not drive more than 20 miles round trip most days because everything is local and fifteen minutes away and even if I did I can get up to 10,000 miles after my oil change for the year !!I paid $99+ on 11/24/23 and another $30 just this weekend !! I am pissed and highly disappointed because I paid for an oil change that was never completed in the first place !! I want my money back and I will never in my life refer this company to another soul and I will never be back. I will stick with Midas on Gervais street. NTB on garners ferry is money scammers and not professionals do not get your oil changed here !!!

I had a very pleasant experience at NTB on Garners Ferry Rd after purchasing a set of new tires. The manager Bill was professional, courteous, and made sure the service was efficient. I would recommend this location to others and also will return in the future if needed.

Bill and his team were great!! Got our work truck in for new tires and out in about an hour. Bill and his team were polite, gave excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this location for your tire needs.

Had a nail in my tire. Called ahead to see if there was a long wait. Jahuvn answered. Told me to come on over. I did. Got me in and out in no time. Appreciate that great customer service. Such a nice young man.

Great service and comfortable waiting room. The techs were friendly, the service was fast and the location was very clean. But the real star is Monique! She greeted everyone with sincere kindness and was FANTASTIC at multitasking her busy location. She acknowledged everyone in the store while managing appts, walk ins, and phone calls. I will absolutely be back!!!

The team was very friendly and took time to solve an issue I'd been having for over a year which previous dealership mechanics had passed over. I was also given tips on vehicle maintenance and how to find a part I'd needed for a good price. A good experience

The guy at the dedk refused to put air in my tire because it was drizzling. He said it would have to go in a bay and that would take at least 30 monutes even though I saw 2 bays. Luckily the guy in the service area told me me would do it. He was done in less than 5 minutes.

Don t do it. They will do a rush job on your car . Might break or damage something and then refuse to fix it and claim they can t find the invoice to prove they ever performed a service on the car to start with. DON T DO IT. Spend the gas and extra miles, visit Mavis Tire on Woodrow in Irmo.

If you want high quality fast services done to your vehicle head down to NTB Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, SC! Billy, Joe, and Jahvon (the whole team) will get you right for sure! And in a timely manner. great service and respect for the customer is just some of the qualities you ll experience. This just past visit was for one new tire and I ended up getting two because my boy Joe couldn t let me leave out on a bad tire unnoticed Those guys mean business Thanks again to the team down at NTB Garners Ferry! See y all soon for the oil change!

Very good experience with the 1st time. Yet, I returned for the same issue less than 4 months and had to repay for the same issue what was supposed to be covered. They got me real good yet the results of cheating people shows by them being closed down months afterwards.

I had went this place the day before looking for tires. I had been to several other places and no one had any in my size but could order them and would be in either the next day or week at latest. But I walked in and talked to Jahuvn and he had explained me that the tires could be here this evening or in the morning, the same with some of the other places. We talked about having them shipped to another closer to where I would be on the evening but could not. So I told them I would go to the other store and get it done there. I had left the store and proceeds to the finish my errands and such. Then I decided to go back to this store because the people were very nice and upbeat and felt welcoming. So I pulled into the parking lot and walked back onto the store and just had them order them and they scheduled me for later the next morning. Showed up the next morning and was only there for about an hour total. Some of the best customer service with me and other people as well. I would most definitely recommend this place and the people for great work and customer service

The staff was friendly, efficient and fast. Went in for an oil change, tire balance/rotation and alignment. I was in an out in a reasonable time at a reasonable price.

My experience at the NTB on Garners Ferry road is that they are dishonest individuals relying on that the general public does not pay attention to what they are being charged for. I have bought tires several times throughout the years and have had similar results. This visit simply confirmed that I would rather pay more at another business than to continue dealings with this establishment.

The manager Billy gave me exceptional service. Usually I have to drive across town to get an answer about my vehicle repairs. He gave me an honest answer and told me what I needed to do. That says a lot. I took my car there to have other things done and the manger Billy was just as polite and professional in person as he was over the phone. Will definitely keep going there.

The guys that work here are fantastic! Very friendly and informative. They get work done fast and efficiently. They have a new manager at this location, Billy, and he is very professional and hospitable! The place is clean and organized and gives me a sense of comfort when taking my car here. As always , NTB has great deals on tires BUT the staff and management here are more the reason to return!

The two men that worked on my tire was amazing they gave me a lot of helpful information and if I need to know anything I can simply just call and get the help I need . lord knows I don t know anything about my car but I was secured knowing my car was good. Thank you for your amazing service!! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME HERE . ITS LIKE ALLSTATE.. YOUR IN GOOD HANDS NO CAP

The manager Billy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. During my services he was training a young man on the use of SilverRock coverage, he was so engaged and fun to watch. 5 star service! Thank you

The staff was very helpful but their master mechanic wasn t efficient. I had a thumping sound when making turns. He said it was because my tires were new and to give it time for them to get broken in. Thank goodness that sit well with me. I ve had a set of new tires before and never experienced noises when turning. I needed my rear end replaced. He never even looked under the vehicle!

I come to Mavis on Garnersferry rd for service and Jahuvn Benson does a wonderful job with customer service. I would recommend that you come and see Jahuvn.

Wow! I had a 12 o clock appt., called in about an hour early to verify and the manager Billy was so understanding and accommodating. He said just come on down . I came in, greeted at the door by a very nice respectable gentlemen, Joe, and they took care of my issue right away, with no wait time! Now that s what I call good management and great customer service!Time to change my primary auto service provider!

Made an appointment online and received confirmation. Arrived on time for my appointment only to be told the balance machine was out and wouldn't be repaired for a week. Would have been nice to get a message notifying me about this since I had an appointment. But, everything worked out. I went across the street to Firestone and got a better price for a better product/service!

The representative in the front desk stated that it was Company Policy for the tires to be in "immaculate conditions" in order for them to do an alignment, therefore he deny me service. He said that in order for them to get an alignment with them, I will have to buy some of their tires. I then drove to the same company at a different location and asked about if such policy exists. The representative laughed and said there's not such a policy. He inspected my tires and said that they were good to go. And by the way, I had just replaced my tires with brand new ones the day before at Discount Tires. Discount tires doesn't do alignments. This place was a terrible fail.
