I stopped by this location on Thursday 4/18 around closing time and I was greeted by Louie and Brandon. I expressed my concerns about my alignment and they took the time to explain possible solutions to have it corrected. I was scheduled an appointment for 04/20. Upon completion and testing out vehicle as advised by Brandon my truck is now riding to my satisfaction. I was also advised by Louie about additional services. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to take him up on the offer due to a tight travel schedule. I would like to thank the staff at this location for their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Great service. Prices are fair and competitive. Service plans are worth it and can help save you money. The location on Harbison is convenient with plenty of parking and things to do nearby if you need to kill time while they work in your car. I really appreciated Russell taking the time to help me know what was wrong with my car and to explain services NTB has to offer. I received two tires, brake pads, and alignment in just over a hour. Great service at this location.

I needed shocks/struts on my vehicle and was quoted 1726$ by a different location, I came here and paid way less than what the other shop quoted me for the work.The young lady at the front desk (ASM) worked with me on the cost and had me in and out without a long wait.I will continue to bring my vehicle here and ONLY here! Absolutely recommend 100%.

Getting tires is such a mundane task. The team at NTB - Harbison was a breathe of Fresh air. Louie and Marky were beyond helpful. I wish they where more than 5 stars to give the two of them. Then, my mom picked me up and Louie recognized my mom from a couple months ago. That's Customer Service and it's greatly appreciated!

Took vehicle in on a Saturday. The front office staff was amazing. I spent half they day at another shop before being told they ordered me the wrong tires I have been waiting a week on. Left went to NTB they had a million things going on but still took the time to help me. I have a fleet of vehicles they have definitely just earned all my business both company and personal vehicles.

**ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE** Came in for a tire repair, the young lady at the front counter (Markie) was very helpful. Unfortunately my tire wasn't fixable but Mrs. Markie worked with me on the cost of a replacement tire plus three more and an alignment for my vehicle. This is an honest shop with honest people working there, I will be back for brake work but this was THE BEST experience I've ever had at a repair shop.

December 2022 I had an excellent experience at a NTB in Shelby, NC. Fast-forward to this winter, I called around to a couple NTB around town, and Harbison answered the call. At the time there was a temporary store manager, James, who was very accommodating and helpful. Now we re in January and the store manager in place is just as helpful! Got 3 new tires ordered within a day, and I was paid & back in my car within 30 minutes. Can t beat fast AND friendly.

Everyone at NTB was so kind and helpful when i came to get a flat repaired! Jerome was the tech and he took the time to explain everything to me, including additional safety hazards i wasn t aware of, and was so kind. They gave me a reasonable estimate for the work and didn t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, which has definitely happened at other shops before. The store manager was Tim, along with Markir as the service manager. I m 100% satisfied with the service i recurved and will definitely be coming back when it comes time. Very grateful they could help me :)

Russel, the service manager is very professional. He took the time to hear my problem and found a solution to it. He rescheduled me two hours early so I did not have to wait. All employees truly care about your service and experience. 100% recommend.

Nothing went like they promised. Tires had to be ordered , supposed to come in am of next morning. Didn't show up. Kept my vehicle overnight because they will be here tomorrow.Supposed to come in am of next day. I stopped by at 10:15 and supposedly the tire just arrived. So you would think that i would be at the top of the list after 2 days waiting, WRONG. I was informed that there were 2 in front of me.OK maybe 1.5 hours was what i was informed. I called because i had a ride to the shop at 1:00 , thinking this should be plenty of time. So when i called at 1:00 was informed maybe 1 to 1.5 hours before it would be complete. I showed up at the shop around 2:30 and was informed they just got it in and it would be about 45 minutes. They were changing out the tires then had to complete the front end alignment. Could not complete alignment. I finally got out of the place around 4:00 clock . 2 stars is being very generous.

Definitely the best NTB in the area... I got screwed by the NTB on garners ferry so I went to this one (I had road hazard on my tire and needed to replace it). They gave me a decent price and didn't pressure me too much to get all the extras. They found some more issues with my car and Russell brought me out to see the issues instead of just telling me. They wrote me up an estimate and I was on my way. There was not much of a wait time, I was in and out and the people there are the nicest crew I've met in a while. Big shout out to Russell for taking the time to help me understand all my car issues!

You cannot beat the prices at NTB! I visited the store location on Harbison to buy a new tire, the ASM (Markie) and SM (Louie) were so helpful and advised that I only needed to have the tire plugged which saved me a few hundred dollars. The mechanics, Larry and Brandon, were quick and very helpful. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience Harbison NTB!!

Russel, the Service Manager, did an excellent job handling the Chaos! I showed up at roughly at one and Four other people came in at the same time. Russel handled everyone smoothly, And got All five of us written up and sat within 15 minutes. Even better, He calmly explained it might be a long wait as he has one mechanic today. Immediately after he wrote the last person up, He jumps in the back and starts helping his mechanic Rishod! I love seeing managers caring about their workers! He even came and showed each of us what was wrong with our vehicles AND HAD ALL of us out within an Hour!

On my visit today I had a great experience with everyone here today. I was to get get assistance from the Manager Tim and Service Manager Markie on selecting tires on my f150. The tech installing my tires even double checked with me to make sure I liked the new look of the tires!! Great experience here today

Guys & lady at Harbison were great. Purchased tires for Tacoma & Infiniti FX35. In at 10am out before 1pm. I'd done the research on what I wanted. They made some suggestions without decreasing what I wanted, saved me $200. They have all 3 of my vehicles.

Thank you so much for the excellent service and quick turnaround! During Christmas shopping I ran over something that had a nail in it and my tire started making a very loud noise. I pulled in to NTB to see if they could help me and the Service Manager, Markie, was quick to get me in. While she was getting my information, the Tire Tech, Rashad, started working on the tire. You guys had me back on the road in no time. I can t thank you enough!

I would not come here, nor trust them with your vehicle. They broke a piece off my car.I had a flat tire and I went there to get a new one on and when I went to pick up my car the next day I noticed my stick was broken and i immediately turned around and talked to the assistant manager named Edward, he looked at it and said we didn t break it my word against yours . We didn t even touch this . looks like you glued it on . I was shocked that he would not listen to me, so next week my fianc� went up there to talk them too about the piece they broke and Edward still acted ignorant saying again that it s his word against mine.I just expect if I drop my car off in a certain condition I expect it to come back in the saw way I had it before.All I wanted was an apology for breaking my stick on my car.

I just visited NTB/Mavis Tires in Harbison (Columbia, SC) and James and Chris made my day so much better. I was traveling out of town for a conference and had a flat. I came here to have my tire checked for repair or replacement and to my surprise, my alignment was off and that damaged both back tires. James and Chris gave me peace of mind in knowing that they would take very good care of me and get me back on the road safely. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for making my day better! I was impressed with the service I received from Jerome, James, and Ramiro. Jerome met me at the garage and addressed my appointment. I arrived 30 min early and my tire rotation took less than 30 min. Jerome even rotated my tired with black and purple Jordans on. James was very courteous. No one pressured me to buy anything which was great. They got me in and got me out.

Needed an oil change and possible new brakes as well. With the help of mechanics Mike and Rishod, they explained what issues are going on with my brakes and tires. Then Russel and Markie worked with me to get some quotes on how much certain services would be for my car. They all are very gracious hosts taking care of me and my car. So I would advise to anyone looking to get anything car related is to come see them at the Harbison area. They are very knowledgeable about the in's and out's of cars.

I had a screw jammed in my tire (bummer) in a spot that could not be repaired! They did not have a tire in stock but was able to get to me the next day! (Yeh)! Technician was Jerome and Store Manager Tim were excellent! Thabks!

I came in to NTB on Harbison Blvd in Columbia, SC to get an oil change. They discovered that my CV axle on the driver's side was leaking , they showed me what the problem was and informed me of the dangers and hazards of a leaking axle . I was so so grateful because I'm going to be traveling with my family for the Christmas Holidays . They changed my oil , ordered , received and installed the axle in approximately 1 hour . I was Thoroughly Impressed ..... I WANT TO GIVE A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND HEARTFELT APPRECIATION TO THE NTB TEAM AT HARBISON ..... TEAM WORK , SERVICE , AND EFFICIENCY WAS GREAT ... He spoke English. I speak English. Ask for oil changed ,fluids top off. . 16.99. Why was yesterday price 49.99$ . The difference they just looked at fluids an said yes u need some. Can or will u do it. Sorry I don't know what Power steering u use. How about the oil. Well, what do u use.. not filled. so no..how's the air in my tires? I will be happy to take care of that. He did.O yes,handed him a 20$ bill. Sorry I don't have change. 4 guys standing there. Not 1 person saw how crazy this was. I must have sounded crazy. Repeating myself. walked out. An he had the nerve to say I ask for them to look at my fluids. I call customer service # . The area Mgr,?Mr.Dan called me last night. Redoing the truck. Asked if they could handle an make things right. So here I am.. the Mg.Dan took care of all this the very next morning. Michael was also very helpful. I will use them again in the future.

No appointment walked in forBrakes done, tire rotation, alignment and spark plugs. I was quoted 1300 at a dealer and was able to do it here for less than $500 for those services! James was helpful and very understanding!
