I had the best service experience I have had in quite a while! Ray did such a great job of making sure I was HAPPY with the result, that I was offering to feed him on my next trip there. I wish every business where I spend my money had a "Ray". He did an excellent job of installing the product, and walking me through every aspect of how it worked without me having to ask! If you need stereo equipment, go to Norton's on Two Notch Rd in Columbia, and make sure you ask for Ray!!!

I had two cigarette lighter ports converted to dual USB charging ports. The technicians did a fabulous job and the wait wasn't too long. I loved that they are first come first serve. The other 2 locations had schedules out to next week. I'm going on a family trip and being able to get in next day was a dream. Plus this is a Christian estate so it was a very pleasant experience and lots of peaceful positive vibes here!

I am very unsatisfied with my installation at the two notch store. Not to mention how rude they were when I called in with concerns about my install. They are over priced for the quality of work they do. I took my other vehicle to Best Buy in lex and they did a GREAT job for a very reasonable price. My installer name was Chris.

Over charged items and to install your sh8 200 really ? For an install oh no I m good an amps for 500+ but only can push 300 to 1000 that s ridiculous nort and stargues custom over price they stuff for no reason that s why I buy offline

Definitely the best car stereo place in Columbia. Very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions, and gave me a lot of different choices. Installation was quick and very professional. Will definitely go back again!

Called early this morning.. said what I wanted... was told a price... came in and told the exact same quote... was gonna have to come back for installation but Miss Jessica made room for me when I said I was a truck driver and really needed my daughter car done ASAP and didn t know when I could be back...great friendly environment here ... I highly recommend you come here for your car audio needs... very reasonable prices...I will be back with my truck soon....

Showed up at 8 and and was out with a new system at a great price about an hour and a half later. Great sales staff and no attempts to sell me things I didn't need. Highly recommended.

Quality work done reasonably fast. Star off for the price on my work which seemed high for the labor involved (I was quoted 150-250 over the phone, and of course they ultimately chose 250, although they had done the same job for a friend at 150).

Two Notch has very caring technicians and front desk personnel. I've had two Spyders that they've worked on. I recommend you take your bike, car, or automobile to Two Notch Norton Stereo. If it's something they can help you with they will. Very patient loving people

Scam Artists At It's Best !Charged me $280.45 .. to hide my wires for my amp , They did NOT change any wiring ( after they told me that was included in the $280 ) My amp is cutting off , told them about it , they just turned the power lower and said " Its Fixed !" I understand that they are in the field to make money , but ripping customers off is not the way !!!

I have experience with this Norton's location as well as the main Norton's store located on Broad River Rd. I always seem to have issues whenever I have equipment installed at Norton's. I bought a Pioneer Double Din at the main store. Install was fine except that the installer forgot to plug in the harness for the emergency brake lights. The Dodge dealer fixed that.I had another Pioneer PRS 880 installed in another one of my vehicles at the main store. The deck had a dreaded pico fuse issue so they put in a PAC RCA noise reducer without asking me. This got rid of the noise, but severely degraded the stereo signal from the PRS 880's RCA outputs. I also had a four-channel amp installed at the main store. There were no issues except for the fact that they used cheap speaker wire. I brought in my own Kicker amp install kit and Monster 404 XLN patch cables which are good products and probably better than anything Norton uses in their amp installs.Between the deck install and the AMP install, I was left with hideous screwdriver marks on my dashboard from where they extracted the OEM deck, as well as numerous scratches on other areas of my dashboard.I used the Norton's Two Notch location for a deck install and a component speaker install. The charge for the deck install was ok, but I was charged $199 bucks for a component speaker install in an 2010 Toyota Tacoma double cab with no drilling required since there's already a factory tweeter on the door sill. I called up the highest rated google reviewed car stereo shop in North Charleston and got quoted $75 bucks. This shop is Auto Sound Specialists. I will be using them for my next big car stereo install. From April on, be prepared for the sales staff to warn you about other customers using their tax refunds on stereo equipment here as an excuse to not being able to install your gear right away.I was so turned off by my experience with Norton's that I started using Lawson's in Augusta for all my car stereo install needs. Lawson's has good google reviews, and I can attest to the fact that they do good work. They are also cheaper than Norton's and substantially cheaper than Freeman's.

They weren't able to help me with my factory installed CD player but I have a slightly loose USB harness clip which I may have them service replace.
