The manager (Charlie) and staff at the Fairlane location went above and beyond for me. To make a long story short, I needed rear brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. NAPA gave me the wrong pads in which I was willing to just put the wrong pads on the car and come back with the correct pads within two days. The manager and his staff discuss the situation and said that they wanted to place me first and as well as my safety and go above and beyond. With only less than 40 mins to closing the manager took it upon himself to go to the nearest part store and get the correct set of pads. I never experienced customer service like this before and I am truly bless for Charlie and staff for going the extra mile.

Seriously, I will drive across town to come to this specific location. I recently had to buy two vehicles in two months and needed some parts checked out, updated and so forth. Every time I visited this location I am met with a smile, pleasant attitude and very helpful staff. As long as the customer service stays at this level I will be a forever customer.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were from out of town, and they went out of their way to help us fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Awesome customer service.

Horrible customer service. The older man who works there won t install batteries even though the website says they do. He said before i left that he hoped i didn t have far to drive because the battery has no juice the lack of concern for my safety as a whole is completely baffling. He did this to a close friend of mine also. He needs to be retrained or fired.

I got a few 6000 psi hydraulic hose made on a Saturday..... They fit, back up and running......priceless. I would call first to make sure the guy that makes the hoses is working.

When a customer calls to see if you have something, don t get all wound up because you have to get up and go look. All I asked was if they had SilGlyde and you would ve thought I asked the man to walk to china and back.

If it was 10 stars ill highlight all of them!!!Very helpful and acurate service . Mr. Hugh was awesome help !!! .. He Knew what i was buying , he knew what he was selling and he knew exactly what i needed. Favorite auto part store.

I came in with a lot of issues for my vehicle and Travis helped me TREMENDOUSLY. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would most definitely recommend this location to any of my family and friends.

John is amazing! He helped us diagnose the problem, figure out what parts we needed and even lent us his personal tools so we could fix it ourselves. Outstanding customer service

Skip this place and go to the one in Cayce instead. Been here a few times and they are pretty clueless. Sold me the wrong things every time. Some training wouldn't go a miss. I was also the only person in the store each time and you still hang around pulling your hair out while they are all busy doing nothing. Takes about 20 mins to drive to the other NAPA store which will save you a whole load of time and frustration.

Went in for some windshield wipers. The staff were very engaged and helped me select the proper items. I was in-and-out in under 5 minutes. Good service overall.

Online ordering. Same day pickup avaliable within 30 minutes - as stated. Vast availability of what are special order parts for other stores. Recommended retailer.

Can you folks please answer the phone with anything besides, "NAPA, can you hold". I get this everytime I call but still have reps coming in to my business to waste my time. Put more people at the counter, help customers, and stop putting people on hold. Or stop sending sales reps out to try and get business when you can never get someone to help when you call this place. Use CARQUEST, you've been warned!

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. The store manager was VERY friendly as well, they had everything i needed for my 2015 Jeep patriot AND my 1978 el Camino.

Went in for an oil wrench. The one on the shelf was less than $10 but it didn't fit. The one I needed was over $30. This is to change oil in a mustang, standard equipment. When I commented on the price difference the staff became very snooty stating that the price was with a discount. They can keep their discount and their wrench.
