As I walked and was looking for want I needed I could hear in the counter personal, over the getto rap on the store speakers, talking loudly with lots of profanity. When I approached the counter I was told we aint got dat. That not a welcome that I want for sure.

Awesome Customer service, very caring. The representative looked up the part I needed and compared prices for me. Gave me advise and analyzed the problem first. Was happy when I left, This is the way.

After standing waiting for an employee to finish a personal phone call and complaining to another fellow coworker, asked to get battery tested. Was told their battery tester doesn t work very good. They told me to go to autozone. If you offer battery testing, I would suggest fixing your testing equipment.

I was having problems with my car and went in here unsure of what tools I would need to remove a part. The employees were incredibly helpful in helping me get the correct tool and ensuring that I didn't purchase some that I did not need. The prices were comparable to other parts stores in the area.

Sales staff are very helpful and efficient. They often have good sales of equipment that's often needed like windshield wipers and motor oils.

Always have received quality, dependable auto parts with great warranty. Napa stands behind it's parts. Yes I use the other parts houses, but when its important I choose NAPA!!

Came 30 mins away just to see they wasn t open shouldn t be closed till 7 been knocking on the door last 15 mins
