My van has been at this place since Oct. 2022. Yes, that's right 2022! I broke down on the highway when my transmission went out and Myers Motorworks was who I chose to call after doing a google search. Being on the highway and I didn't know who did good business and who did not do good business but I wish I did because this situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. The timeline of events are too much to type here but long story short, I learned from code enforcement that he was shut down for not having the proper business license in February 2022. I could not get in contact with him for months! Finally in May right before Memorial Day he contacts me and tells me that my van is fixed, all to say that he is going to charge me storage fees; this is on top of all the other money already sent to him for parts and his mistakes that he made in this process. He is not honest with his customers and just wants the money. Very selfish behavior! He still has my van! This shop was out of business for 9 months working on people vehicles. It s seem all the good reviews are people he knows and everyone is white.

I used this company before & was very pleased. However, this time I set an appointment for my husband just to get an oil change. First of all, the mechanic was not there when he 1st arrived-he came in 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment & it took over 2 hours just for a basic oil change. I like using local businesses/ but I think I will have to rethink getting another oil change here.Service: Oil change

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. He was able to get my car in for a brake job on short notice and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. It ended up costing less than I anticipated, with no diagnostic fee AND a military discount. He even changed my front headlight for free -- very generous! The waiting area also has very reliable Wifi, so I was able to get work done on my laptop throughout the process. I will be returning for all my future car-related needs.Service: Brakes

I just received my car back from Myers Motorworks and I can not say enough how happy I am to have found them. First they charged me 1/2 what the dealership was going to charge and saved me over $1.5K. Second the dealership wanted to keep my car for a week while they ripped me off. Myers had my car back to me in 2 days. I have a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 and this car will only ever be taken to Myers. Mark came out and introduced himself to me when I picked up my car and spoke with me in detail about my vehicle. These are very good honest people and they have earned my trust. This is not something very easy to do. Good honest mechanics are hard to come by and I am so happy to have found them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Mark is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I met him last Friday night around 7:30 PM in front of O'Reilly's Auto Parts because my A/C was blowing hot air and I was trying to recharge it. He offered to fix it, but I told him I was in town only one night and had to leave the next morning by 9. He gave me his card and I left. I called him a half hour later and he said it would only take an hour to fix. I asked if he could do it right then, but he said his shop was closed but he would open it at 7 am for me. Then he called right back and said he could do it that night. I went to his shop (that's right, Friday night around 8:30 PM) and he opened it up and started working on it. He got my A/C working within 45 minutes and even took $50 off the price.I highly, highly, highly recommend Mark for your auto repair. He made time to see me and at a discount too. My air is now blowing as low as 62 degrees. Thank you, Mark.Service: Air conditioning

Very honest shop that has outstanding customer service and does quality work for a far price. They are cheaper than the dealer and don't recommend things not needed for your vehicle. It's hard to find a shop like this nowadays.

My 2001 Toyota Sequoia died at a stop light, My heating hoses busted , but to my luck Mark Myers was coming out of the filling station that I broke down in front of. He hopped out of his car immediately and helped me, ran and got a fire extinguisher, he got my car towed to his shop and took good care of me mentally and repair wise. Can't recommend his kindness and Willingness to help enough. Top notchService: General repairs & maintenance
