Literally go anywhere else. They damaged my rear glass and refuse to repair it. Created a case with the BBB and they didn t answer. I spoke with another tinting business to ask about the damage how it could have happened and they said the heating grid is normal but the deep grooving in the glass was caused by friction from their tool against the glass. If they would have informed me about the heating grid prior to service I would have understood but they didn t and it doesn t account for the grooving in the glass. They claimed that must of been there before and they didn t use abrasive materials but I have pictures with the old film on that proves otherwise. No accountability. Not to mention the heating grid is also the antenna so my key fob doesn t work either unless I m 10 feet from the car. NOT TO MENTION THE TIME I SPENT CLEANING THE INTERIOR BECAUSE THEY DIDNT. ALL THE SHAVINGS FROM THE OLD GRID EVERYWHERE AND THE GLASS WAS DISGUSTING. Also, false completion time estimate. I sat in that place from 1-5pm while Tom kept saying yea almost . For 4 hours! Brought my car in for two front windows and a strip on front windshield. Got there about 1230, asked how long the wait..was told "not long". 3 hrs later my car was ready. Tint on passenger side started peeling up in corner within a day..drivers side had bubbling,3 hrs it should have been perfect. Went back the following Friday, it couldnt be fixed and i had to come back on Monday. They ended up having to redo Both windows and i was out in an hour not 3 this time. Long wait when i asked and having to come back for do over are reasons i give 3 stars.

Waste of money and time. Ridiculously expensive for poor work. Probably had someone tint my vehicle that does not have enough knowledge because they took way more time plus they said it was ready and then have me wait twice as more. Then I knew something was wrong. When i picked up my car and drove for a minute, I heard wind noise. And when I pull up my windows, they make noise. Obviously they used cheap and thick film that does not fit my window. Now the film is coming off. I hope someone reads this review and reconsider your taking your business somewhere else.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Mr. Tint did a great job on tinting our dining room windows for our restaurant. It made a huge difference in the afternoon glare and the quality was top notch. Used Mr Tint for many years but they have lost my business forever. They've tinted about 30 cars for me over the years but the last car i had tinted the inexperienced installer cut the window moldings inside my car trimming the tint. I let it go as someone learning is going to make mistakes but i just recently called to get a quote, i have a regular cab truck that has four windows total, and they quoted me 500 dollars. That's the last straw for me. Back when Tommy was tinting the work was awesome and the price was good but they have lost everything that was good about the company. They went from good pricing with quality work to high pricing with poor quality work. So there's no confusion I was with them when they were tinting down in the hole on two notch and then when they made it out of the hole across the street into the strip mall on two notch. Those were exciting times for them but they have just grown to much and lost what made them great in the first place in my opinion. It was a good run but I will no longer consider Mr Tint for my tinting needs.

I am looking to tint the windows in my home and I came across Mr. Tint. I called to request to have someone come out and give me an estimate and the receptionist who answered told me she would have the sales representative call me. I waited a few days as I know they are busy and still never received a call. I called back and spoke to the same lady and she said she would have the sales representative call me. He finally did and we set up a time however I became sick and asked to reschedule. The sales person Thomas said of course and that he would call me once he got back to the office to see what he has available. Well again I never got a call back so I called the main number again and the lady said she will reach out to him to call me. It s been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls and I have yet to get a phone call back. I understand things happen but I should not have to chase you now to give you my business and money. It s also rude.

I recently have had Mr Tint, tint the windows in my Lamborghini Murcielago and my Ferrari F430. This is hands down the only place that I would trust to touch my cars. Absolute perfection on both cars. The installers are the best in the business! From start to finish everything was first class. Such a great group of people. If your getting the windows tinted in your Lambo or your Honda, this is the only place I would ever trust to do it right! Highly recommend!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Beware of their promises and warranty. If you are really serious for the Good work, see their reviews on other sites as well. They will not do anything what they promised after the payment. I had a worst experience with Mr Tint. There were some scratches on my driver side window so I went there for tinting two windows only but they intentionally started tinting the 4 windows and the rear window as well so that they can demand $400 for it. When i asked i only wanted two windows they left the residue and glue as it is on my rear window. The person lied to me when i made a payment of $150 to get my car.. that residue will go away automatically but it never went.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Reply on Owner Comments:I never instructed to tint full vehicle and you yourself made your mind. Your staff returned uncompleted vehicle saying it is completed. What a fraud you are speaking here. He said the glue will go away. Is this your kind of professionalism? You are a big fraud.You have just one form and that you fill yourself during the initial work order. Do you give any pricing estimate? No, never. I have visited your store twice but you just told me the same garbage $400 and did not try to listen what i asked.I am not going to get any service from you as i have better options and get this done in $50 instead of $250 you are demanding to just remove your unwanted work.

Please do yourself a favor & read the real reviews, not the fake ones done by friends of the owner.Mr. Tint is a terrible business, if you make the mistake of leaving your car with them please don't forget to empty it to make sure the workers don't steal things out of your car.Also if you are worried about your interior getting scratched don't take it there. The workers aren't careful at all.I brought my brand new 2021 Ram TRX over there for a tint & my door panels & center console all have markings & scratches.Very disappointed with the business, also called the front desk for the young lady who referred me over there & after she brought the issue up to his attention she got fired lolTom, I can see why your business isn't successful at all, you still have a lot to learn as a business owner.Service: Sun control window tinting

Mr. Tint is a wonderful business to get your window tint done. They are very professional and attentive. I have had a few cars done by Mr. Tint. Just recently got my vehicle tinted and could not be more pleased with my overall experience. Krista , their office manager, was very helpful throughout the entire process. They only use high quality 3M tint. May cost a little more than other shops, but you ll be more than pleased with the results! You don t wanna be the guy with the purple, peeling, bubble tint. Be a winner and go to Mr. Tint and give you car what it deserves!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I liked how my original 2 front windows turned out when my tint was done in November of 2022. However, I noticed that the front passenger side window tint was beginning to flap in the top right corner just after a month and a half.. It got worse with the window going up and down. Therefore, I called them and the guy told Mr to bring it that same day. I did make it there by 3:15 pm that day and my car was done by 5 pm. It looked okay, but only time will tell.

I am FURIOUS at Mr. Tint. My 18 year old son went there today February 28th, 2023 to get tint installed on his car. He told the lady that this was his first time ever getting tint so he didn t have any knowledge of tints and the percentage. He chose 20 percent Obsidian. He was NEVER told a price before installation. This lady TOOK ADVANTAGE of my son and charged him $432.00 for this tint. She RIPPED off my son. As they were about to close I called and Mr.**** answered the phone. I act as a potential customer and request the price of the 20% tint for a 2020Malibu and he said it depends and when I mentioned the 20% he said under $300 to $300. My son and I arrived and he seen the lady that charged him $432. Just by the look on her face I seen guilt. I ask to speak to Mr. **** because I just spoke to him on the phone. He stated that he was not there when my son had his tint installed. Not once did she come to us with any concerns or explanations. I was told that the manager I m assuming will be giving me a call regarding this matter. I am not a confrontational person but I dislike when a business tries to rip off customers hard earn money. You block your blessings doing that. I will say the tint does look good but $432 come on. I will be the bigger person and change my review if this matter is resolved. No one wants to leave a negative review.Update: My son was refunded $92 of his money making the tint job $340. Mr. Tom was very professional and respectful with our conversation. The first conversation I misunderstood the entire plan. Honestly he said what he said but I interpreted it wrong and I did stated that I would change my review but that s before clarity but $340 to me was a bit pricey still. Mr. Tom called me today 3/6/2023 regarding the review. He was not rude about it but I m not going to keep going back and forth. I just lost my mother 4 months ago and it s clear that I misinterpreted what was said. Yes I still think $340 is a bit pricey. The lady behind the counter can brush up on her customer service skills. Everyone has different views. Although I feel $432 or $340 both are pricey the next customer may not feel that way!

This Company lied to me stating that they will have my car completed in an 1 1/2 and they had me waiting for 4hrs and it was very disrespectful they had me waiting so long

If you need your windows tinted! This is the place to go!! Customer service was excellent! I called early in the morning because so need window tint for my drivers side window 2013 Chevy Tahoe PPV. The rep even squeezed me in! Cost me only 50 bucks! If my check wasn t tight this week I would have given a great tip. Hopefully this review will bring in more business because you guys deserve it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Paid $200 for Mr. Tint to tint my front windshield. The installer installed the tint incorrectly leaving trash behind the film causing a bubble near the top of windshield. I was told my the girl at the front desk that if the tint was installed incorrectly they would fix it. I returned to Mr. Tint to show them the mistake. When the installer saw the bubble he said he understood it was costly and to come back next week to have it fixed. I didn't give them a hard time about it and was ok to just have it fixed. When I took it back to get fixed they refused to fix their mistake because the bubble was at the top of the windshield and not obstructing my vision of the road. I was told this over the phone and I got extremely upset. When I got to Mr. Tint to get my truck back Tom the boss met me I asked him is this how you treat customers by charging them $200 for bad work. He told me he would maybe help me if I didn't have an attitude. He stated that the bubble I was "b ing about he didn't really see it as a problem because of its location. He told me he would fix it. No one should have to go through this to have the job done right. Common sense tells you that a poorly installed tint with bubbles will prematurely peel. I would not recommend Mr. Tint as they believe it's okay to charge customers a premium price for bad work.UpdateTom from Mr. Tint saw that I had negatively reviewed their shop and called me from cursed me out calling me a punk . He believes he hooked me up by replacing the tint they messed up that I paid $200 for. When I got to Mr. Tint, Tom had my truck illegally parked in a lane in the middle of the highway on the side of their business. Tom threatened to respond to this review falsely accusing me of calling his phone girl a c . Don t spend your hard earned money with these sorry people.

The quality of service was great! The Speed of service was great! and the customer service was great! It's been a while since I got a car tinted but I wanted to get my Dad Chevy Impala tinted. When I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile by Alexis W. I told her what I wanted to get done to the car. And she shared with me the options they have and was very detailed in the information she gave me. That was really important to me because I wanted to make the right decision on the type of tint I wanted. The cost was very economical. And actually for the value of tint that I was getting I thought it would cost more but the price was right within my budget and not expensive at all Needless to say as soon as I dropped off my Dad Impala within 5 minutes the guys started working on it and in less than 2 hours it was ready to go. My dad was very happy and satisfied with the tint on his car.

I love the job these guys did on my new Nissan Armada, made Mr. Fancy Pants look very very nice, the service was excellent and straightforward. I didn't even know about window tinting and I told them I wanted it dark but legal and to do their thing and that is exactly what they did. Things to look for when getting your vehicle tinted: clean and professional INDOOR environment out of the wind and dust, reputable film company that has the best film for your ride that won't bubble, turn purple or fade, and a dealer that has a lifetime warranty that includes the film AND installation process (and honors it). This place has all of these things. They may not be the cheapest around, but then again you get what you pay for. Think of the saying "Good, fast and cheap service. Pick any two, and you won't get the third."

My family has been serviced here for all of our tint and they give great service.I initially had a few problems but the owner reached out to me to understand them and ended up fixing them. I had an issue with some debris in the front windshield, and the window behind the driver seat had peeled up at the corner less than a week in to having the tint applied.BUT the owner, Tom, really handled these problems with great professionalism and customer service. I would absolutely recommend this shop for any tinting needs.They do really great work and take care of their customers. I will continue coming here when i need any tint work done in the future.My car looks really sharp with the Tint they applied and i couldn't be more satisfied.

Have had different vehicles tinted at some of the less expensive places in town but always had issues.Not the case with Mr Tint! You may pay a little more but the quality of their product and their service is worth it. I am definitely impressed and would recommend for anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced right.Go in and talk to Alexis and get a quote and you will not regret choosing them for your tint needs!

Great service, fair price, and, most importantly, a superior product. Mr. Tint does a *great* job, I promise you. I have used them to do three vehicles and every single window in our house. And I am very very happy with the quality of their work. They come with my highest recommendation.

When I read these negative reviews sometimes I wonder if someone has it out for this place. I have been multiple times (multiple vehicles) and my house. Every single time they have done an outstanding job. The guys that I deal with most times (in the shop in Columbia) are the best I have ever dealt with. In fact, I just had my brand new car that was done (and redone) somewhere else in there for Mr. Tint to fix. I would rather pay out of pocket to Mr. Tint than to deal with anyone else. My experience was extremely different than what I found posted here in these reviews. Professional / Detailed / and Courteous every time I have been.

GREAT PLACE!!! Staff couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. They walked me through all my options but ZERO pressure to get the super expensive option which made me feel so good. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and by 1, it was 100% ready to go. My car looks AMAZING and have already told multiple people you guys. 10/10, A+, must go here!
