This place is great! I had to get a tire sensor fixed and not only are they great female mechanics but the waiting area is very nice! You have a place to charge your cell phone. They have free drinks and snacks. The furniture makes you feel like you re at home. And they have cable tv. And the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about what you want or need for your vehicle.

Had another shop perform a repair on my vehicle & they botched it. Then a second shop, and the vehicle's actual dealership couldn't resolve the issue. All told, between the three, my vehicle was in their possession eight (8) weeks. Minnie's resolved the issue in a matter of hours. Service was quick, professional and thorough. I even noticed on my receipt there was a discount, 10% I think. Maybe they Know I'm a Disabled Veteran? Only outfit I'll use moving forward. Called to get a quote for repairing a brake line I knew was leaking. They said they needed to see the vehicle to be able to give me an estimate. Was told the vehicle would be looked at the day it arrived. Had the car towed and dropped off first thing in the morning. Called before they closed and no one answered so I left a message. The next day still no response. When I finally did get someone to answer the phone they said they still didn't have an estimate. The car then sat over the weekend untouched. On Monday they said all the brake lines would need replaced and it would be $1500. I stated that I only wanted the one that was leaking replaced like I had asked. They insisted that the fuel tank would need dropped and they would have to do all of them. Which is just not true. I then arranged to get the car towed back home and when I called to let them know it was getting picked up they told me I had to pay $75 diagnostic fee. I was never told I would be charged until picking the vehicle up. They were incredibly rude and deceptive about the whole process, and I left feeling like I got scammed.

I got my car back from them less than a month ago, and when I checked my oil there was none in the tank after I was charged for an oil change. I took it into a different shop and there is no leak. What the hell? I was charged several thousand dollars for repairs, what else did you not do?!! And what's more, it must be a requirement to be extremely rude and condescending to work here.

Prompt, friendly customer serviceI came into the shop office at 3:45 pm and Sara greeted me in a friendly manner. She quickly checked and assured me they could replace my bad battery before closing at 5:00 pm. Both Autozone and O Reilleys just down the street refused the job saying it had to be done by the dealer. O Reilleys technician recommended Minnie s.

Minnie's has gone through a lot in the last year. After working through severe damage on the front of a building from an accident, the auto shop is back in full swing. I always recommend Minnie's as they have the best prices around.What is more important is Minnie's will not price gouge the average consumer.

Great service. Super friendly and honest. They even fit us in in one day! We called in the morning and they found time to sort out our car and get us back on the road by the afternoon.They replaced our brake rotors and callipers which is something we would normally do ourselves but being without tools and short on time we dropped into Minnie s and they did us a great service.

Wonderful service and staff! Made me feel comfortable while projecting high level of competence. I have been using Minnie s for over three years and wii continue to do so! No complaints or concerns. Hard to find great auto service with integrity. Since I ve been coming to Minnie s they have went above and beyond each time! Almost 5 years and counting .. I came ready to change some parts today and they weren t needed .. Minnie s was honest and got me on my way more than satisfied .. the techs they have are amazing and everyone in that place makes my day ! AMAZING. I went here after seeing an article in the paper. As a 21 yr old female and being ripped off by other auto mechanics I thought this mechanic suited me. Went to Minnie s got my distributor fixed cost only $100 for my Honda Accord 96. Took less than to about an hour. Really polite and nice people. My friend who needed her AC looked at also left her car. They diagnosed the problem and called her ahead of time regarding the price. They also fixed a engine exhaust rattle for free that other mechanics were going to charge $200 for. Very polite, nice, helpful and efficient. Don t try to rip you off with prices or added extras

Minnie s ROCKS! I just had my car serviced there after a friend referred me to Minnie s. My AC had gone out and I also needed my brakes checked and an oil change on a 2017 Passat. From my initial contact with Sara to the point in which I picked up my car the entire Team at Minnie s kept me informed and totally OVER PERFORMED!! Entire staff was kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MINNIE S!!!! They have a customer for life in me!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement, Brakes

Minnie's did an amazing job for me! I had to have my entire side mirror replaced. The dealership quoted me over $600 for the part and labor. I ended up finding the part online for $40. After looking around, Minnie's quote was at least $100 less than everywhere else. In the end, they did several things, including replacing my mirror and changing my oil and battery, for less than the original dealership quote! 10/10 would recommend!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Side view mirror repair, Battery, Oil change

Took my car in to Minnie's Auto Repair to fix a flat tire. They were timely in getting me in for the appointment time given. They also had it fixed in the time that they told me. Honest, trustworthy, quick to get you in, wonderful people; I will only take my car here going forward. I have had other companies tell me they were going to charge me thousands of dollars for something that wasn't even an issue upon getting a second opinion - not here. I had the pleasure of dealing with lynette and she provided me with details and pricing over the phone because I had to have my car towed there. She was very helpful and the price for the service was excellent. My truck drives better than it ever did!!!!

Not my first review of Minnie's and as always I went there today and although someone ran through their business and ruined their lobby Sarah and the staff were still amazing. They are fast considering they had a bunch of cars before my work Van. I like that they explain everything and communicate with each other. No need to go anywhere else just go to Minnie's they are truly the best.

I can't say enough about the customer service Minnie's has shown my family for the last 4 years. I appreciate that no matter how many times my 80 year mother pulls in not knowing why the tire pressure light is on lol they always treat her with care and advise her and put her at ease. There's other times in the past when my children would take their vehicles there and I'm never disappointed with the service. Thank you!

I had my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan 60,000 mile service performed at Minnie's. Loved the service from the initial point of contact via email all the way through the service process. The dealership (will remain nameless) service person brushed me off and treated me as if I didn't need to have my van serviced, which I knew was totally incorrect. Found Minnie's through the F-Suite magazine. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM!!!! Great service, great prices, great staff. The mechanic (name started with a K but I can't remember, SORRY) listened to a concern I had, explained to me the process of investigating and then how to move forward with dealing with it. Lindsey was great and made sure I understood everything. I will now make them my official auto service shop and I will also be getting my son's vehicle serviced through them as well. Loved the waiting area!! Very welcoming, clean, comfortable. Made me feel like I was at home in my own living room!

I had my first experience with the team at Minnie's last week and I was not disappointed. My partner has been taking her car here for years and always had a great experience. Mine was no different. They were diligent and quick at locating the problem with my car. They also informed me of other issues that were both present and future problems. There was no pressure to do anything more than the minimum to get me back on the road, but I decided to take care of everything. They kept me up to date on the progress and got my fiesta back up and running. I'm so grateful. They were even extremely patient with me when my frustration got the best of me at one point. Shout out to the whole team, but especially Ryan for having to deal with so much from my Fiesta. We love Minnie's! We've been using them for years, even when they used to be Mickey's Auto. The service is always done well and professionally and the Lindsay and Sarah are both easy to work with and are always willing to be of service. We count on them to help us maintain our, now pretty old vehicles. They help us keep our vehicles on the road and in great condition mechanically.
