I came here today because this is the only place that always has hard to find tire sizes. Tires are usually around $50-$60 here and always great tread. Today the guy comes and says hey I got these high tread tires I gotta get $80 for these shows me a PIRELLICINTURATO P7 RUN FLAT tire. I said cool brand new this tire is like a $400 tire easy! 30 min later he comes back with the tire on the rim I look it over once but didn t notice it was a different tire get home there is a plug in the tire! I really depended on this business for quality. I am beyond disappointed. Where will I go now for quality used tires at a price that I can afford? I did leave 1 star because in the past they have been great but the quality of service is going down.

JR is top shelf he will go above and beyond to figure out what s going on with your tire would not wanna go anywhere else. And got 4 used put on in less than a hour :)

It would be nice if he was honest and didn't waste people time. I called and asked if they couldn't close because i was 3 minutes down the road and just needed a hole plugged. He asked what size tire and said okay. I got there 1 minute before closing and and waited 20 minutes foe him to finish up someone else. Other guy left he quickly closed the gate and walked off, didn't closed the shop door, and acted like he didn't hear me talking to him. Its the not the fact that he closed its the fact he didn't have the common courtesy to say he didn't want to stay open. All I'm saying is be a man and say on the phone you were servicing your last car for the day and not have me wait and i could gone somewhere else. Its extra annoying because he's done that to me before.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Sold me 2 USED, but SOLID tires. $100 for both + labor included in the price and yeah, I don't know these tires history but they're not leaking and the tread is good, which should be the main concern. Was out in under an hour. Will definetly pass on the word and would return again if needed.

Worse customer service ever!! I asked tire prices because I was shopping around. When I returned he chose not to serve me and claimed he was closing but served 2 other customers after me and even served someone that pulled up as I was waiting.

I purchased two front tires for $100 total. First of all, what establishment only accepts cash in 2023, but I digress. I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. The tires were OLD (2017 to be exact). One, I had to keep getting air in. The dude got smart with me on the phone. When I brought it back, they tried to get me to pay $40 for a patch! I bought the tire August 7th. Needed it replaced August 18th. A nail was in it, but I'm convinced I rolled over it at their place because of where the nail was located. HORRIBLE, DIRTY, OLD TIRES!

Great customer service and everyone was kind and we enjoyed our time there. So unusual for some tire places, but they made a stressful situation, so much better. We weren't there too long, they're turnarounds are fantastic. We will be back and tell others.This is our second time and they are amazing and well knowledgeable. We will be back.

Great experience with these guys! Knew to the area and I didn't know what was going on with my car. Had been told it was the wheel bearing, which is an expensive little repair, ESPECIALLY if it is NOT the problem. I took my vehicle by there, and JR (very nice, and extremely Knowledgeable) knew right away that WAS NOT the problem, the other gentleman Brent/Brett (can't remember for sure) but he rode with me and said within 2 minutes EXACTLY what the problem was. Unfortunately it's not work they do there, but JR referred me to another place to get it fixed! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a honest, knowledgeable Tire Shop... I even thought I was due for new tires (per Firestone) and This TIRE SHOP said they were good, and I didn't need them YET!! I KNOW I WILL BE getting my tires from them in the Future!! Great to know there's still honest people out there, and didn't try to take advantage of my situation! Thanks Guys!!

My Supervisor sent me there for my tire. He said he has been there a few times to get used truck tires and they are a reasonable price 35$. I went there in my van they said they couldn't patch my tire I need another one so I asked how much for a used they said 50$. I couldn't afford that I literally only had 30$ so I said I couldn't and before I left another guy said when I get paid to come back and they will give me a tire for 60$. So I got 2 different outrageous prices. I can get a new one for just a little bit more. I feel like if I wasn't a girl they wouldn't have done me that way. They just assumed I wouldn't know any better.

Terrible. Please stay away. This dude is crazy. If you go be sure to walk up to the shop fast. Sad there's nothing below a 1 star. Bad news. #whitesonly.

My Bf went to get a tire it was our first time there. He got out the car to walk towards the building and was told to stand outside the gate. He was also told that he had to remain in the car you don t see anyone else out of their car is what he said to him in a very nasty unprofessional way. My bf proceeded to say he only wanted to ask a question the guy said it doesn t matter. My bf was not aware that he had to remain in the car mind you the car had a flat and could not be driven to the tire place. There were no signs or anything posted stating this was the protocol. For a business to treat people that way is a shame. Customers are the ones who keep the business going but I don t recommend anyone to come here to patronize. There was no greeting and very poor customer service. There was no excuse to be rude and unprofessional can t use Covid because if that was the case then they should have mentioned it somewhere for all to see. The thing about it is the sign says on the gate that EVERYONE IS WELCOMED which turned out to be false.

Great service. I needed a tire for my car and I got a pretty much brand new one mounted and balanced for a great price. If you're looking to get tires for your vehicle definitely stop in. You won't be disappointed. They do great work

The men at Mike's Discount Tires are very professional and very good at what they do. They were very helpful and considerate of my situation. They went beyond the call of their duty for me. I recommend them for all of your tire needs. #Millcreek Estates

Sold me a bad tire with a knot in it. Bought it back and was blamed for it, told that I hit something when I did not. They would not replace it. Poor customer service. Money wasted. Tires aren't really under warranty because they will blame you for whatever the issue is. The men who used to work there were much nicer and helpful, been going there a while but will never go back now. Found a better place off Farrow Road and will go there from now on.

Came here for 2 used tires paid $80 for both. As I drove out the lot and down the street not even an hour passing my tire was flat, came back to the shop to get them to replace the tire because there was something wrong with it before I left. Tried to say it was my fault for the tire going flat and that he would plug it up instead. Being that I paid for a good used tire I demanded another one.

No customer service at all. Walked in there to get new tires. See one employ with a customer, so I decide to look around 10 min passed still no greeting. Another customer walks gets greeted and started to be served. It's all fine, he a veteran I let it slide. 2 more walk in the same thing getting greeted and served. At this point, I am just leaving because I waited 30 min. Getting my tires done else where.

I had a flat tire and was recommended Mike's Discount Tire via a friend. The man running the shop was courteous and efficient at plugging my tire and remounting it in about 10 minutes. I would recommend this establishment.

Bought 2 tires there for my 2014 Challenger R/T. Got 2 really nice used tires for $60 apiece. That included mounting and balancing. Can't beat that. Definitely will be using only him for now on

Amazing place! In and out in 10m. Came here in desperate need of 2 fronts cheap. Tech were excellent as far as my experience goes, just how a tire shop should be in and out for a great price. We paid $400 less then the NTB the exit up. Techs there were full of themselves and inexperienced.

"Somehow" my hub cap was "broken" before I arrived at his shop, despite the fact that I normally rotate my own tires and maintain my own brakes etc and they were perfect then. And somehow it made it to the shop I drove to, while "completely broken". I could forgive the slow service and I understand how rough it is working by yourself. My hats off to the entire service community which I'm a member. But there's never an excuse for lying. All he had to do was say I'm sorry man and I'd have said eh, no biggy, it happens. I can't stand a lyer.

Worst I've ever been talked to as a woman, and as a woman that worked for Goodyear for 10 years, was treated like I didn't even know a tire from a hole in the wall. Very unprofessional staff. Rude and degrading to every customer that was there at the time. Staff talked to each other about drinking and partying the weekend and was complaining about customers continuing to come in. Would never step foot back in the place. I would walk right by to get a tire fixed and go down to 10203 tires instead. Worst experience ever

Got 2 tires from here recently and they showed so much love and made sure I was satisfied and everyone was friendly even the dog that strolled through lol. These guys are professional and the real deal, I'll recomend this company to all my associate's.

Talk to owner to get price for my girlfriend. I said ok , I'll send her here to get some front tires , only to have him hit on her when she came by herself. LOL, way to do business considering I was going to get four more. Tires weren't that great anyway. Pretty wore out. No respect.
