This is a great place to go for tires and service. They have a friendly, professional staff and the cleanest shop I have ever visited. You really should check them out. I stopped for air because I had a leaky tire. Now I'm a permanent customer with new tires and a lifetime alignment and very happy!

Always a great experience! Tia and Travis greeted me the moment I pulled into the bay and were there to answer any questions I may have had about my service. The waiting area was clean and service was thorough and quick- I love that they provide a digital vehicle inspection so someone not car savvy (like myself) can understand exactly what s being done and where any future services may be needed. I couldn t ask for more!

It was my first time using this location and I was very impressed. Although they were very busy my advisor Jay was so calm and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I definitely will be back.

I was impressed! It is such a clean shop. The people I met were very courteous and helpful. Even though I might get the tires I need cheaper somewhere else, I want to do business with them.

I ve taken both of my cars here. The first time I dropped my car off at 8am. When I came back at 530pm to pick it up, it still want ready. Over 9 hours and they weren t done with an oil change and tire patch.I tried again with my other car and when I got there to pick it up, they had spilled oil all over the engine. They were like - it will burn off and it will. But I m highly sensitive to smells and have migraines. My car wreaks and I ve had a headache every day for the last four days just from driving my car around.Do not recommend this place.

excellent service- both w my car and the customer! i rolled in at 515 with grinding brakes. they checked it out and fixed it by 6pm. each and every employee was beyond professional and courteous. my daughter (student at usc) has been using this repair shop for 3 years- we just talk to them over the phone and they give details of what needs to be done. i would give them a five start rating every time!!!

I have been taking my car here for a year and am always impressed with the service. The staff are exceptionally kind and professional and always take time to explain things. They always make taking my car in a good experience.

The staff at Midas is absolutely incredible. You could not ask for better service. They even picked my car up from my job since I didn't have time to drop it off. Highly recommend!!

The staff is incredibly friendly, work is completed quickly with a detailed inspection that includes photos. The price is spot on. I can't think of a better option for regular maintenance unless you know where to get free oil changes.

I recently had a great experience at Midas. I bought in my car for a general inspection and they did not only complete it earlier than expected, but also waive the charges given that my car is new and had no major issues..Appreciate their honesty and quick service!

Very professional shop... Great people Tia service advisor and Travis store manager are two of the best folks around... This is a 5 star professional shop. I've had all my service work done at PGW Midas from Florida to South Carolina for the past 3 years they are truly the best.I drive a lot of highway miles from Florida to South Carolina they haven't let me down in 150,000 miles 3 years including tire 5 star by far... We took our Honda Odyssey van (2014, 130k miles) in to be serviced for a ticking noise in the engine bay. I told the staff I believed it is the timing belt and tensioner.They reached out the next day and said the whole engine needed to be replaced (quoted $12,600 for a remanufactured engine)There were no performance issues, no check engine light.I drove our van to a reputable local mechanic for second opinion. The staff said it was in fact timing belt and tensioner. They replaced those things, water pump, and drive belt for $800 and the noise has been eliminated.I understand people/companies make mistakes but the fact that I encouraged them to take a look at what the problem ended up being concerns me. Especially when the incentive to create more than $11,000 of additional revenue off this job for us wasn't needed.We will not be back.

Everyone I meet was nice and had wonderful customer service. Being in a wheelchair it's hard to get good service that understands my accommodations. My new permanent tire place.

Sent my daughter here for her very first oil change, and I couldn t be happier. They took excellent care of her and her vehicle, and made her feel very comfortable and not intimidated at all. I highly recommend this location, and Midas in general. They always conduct themselves professionally, are quick with the services they offer, and don t try to rack up unnecessary charges. Do you like surprise vehicle inspections? Ones you didn't ask for, or, more importantly, didn't authorize? Do you like price-gouging?I went in to Midas for an oil change. When they were done (two hours later) my cabin air filter was lying on the dirty shop floor outside my car. The passenger door and the glove box were wide, open and the rep, who had informed me that this unauthorized inspection had just been completed, walked me around the car and told me how I needed new tires, a wheel alignment, a new rear wiper blade, an A/C refresh service (?), and a new cabin air filter. All toll, an expense of $651.91 (including the $42 oil change).Just out of curiosity I asked how much the replacement cabin air filter would cost and he said, "Oh, just $59."I politely refused the offer for further service and the rep told me my car would be ready in 5 minutes. I was led back into the customer waiting area and I sat down and looked up cabin air filters for my make of car on my phone. Seven dollars and ninety-nine cents. No wonder they call themselves Midas. King Midas and the Golden Touch was a Greek myth about greed.Personally, I'd answer no to the two questions I asked above. If you agree, you probably won't want to give Midas your business.Service: Oil change

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help as fast as they can. I had to have my car towed there late at night and they have a safe parking lot in the back with plenty of open spaces. Only thing that was wrong is they do not have a drop box for keys so I had to come back first thing the next morning to give them my keys. Would be nice if a drop box was available for situations like this. Other than that, I was highly satisfied with my experience and will be using Midas from now on!Service: Battery

I must say the folks at Midas have been most helpful regarding my Toyota Camry 2009. I feel total confidence in their work, sharing what is necessary and what can wait as well as their friendly, kind atmosphere. They put in refurbished motor so it took some time; however, I was provided a courtesy car which I was most grateful for. Thank you, Jay and the crew at Midas!

So this Midas is in my neighborhood, I have visited a few time and I left $8.00 in my car and one of the ppl that worked there stole it. Sad experience I like this Midas but I won t be patronizing this business anymore and you shouldn t either. It was my $8.00 today tomorrow it s you kids school lap top.

Had a great experience with Travis and Jessi, I needed an oil change with oil that would be good for 5,000 miles, not 3,000, so I knew it would be more expensive than a regular oil change. It was $100, but it included a tire rotation, and an inspection of everything on my vehicle. My dad is an auto mechanic, and he thought that $100 was a decent price, and because I do not live near my dad, I trust his judgement when it comes to my vehicle repairs/maintenance (I have worked on cars with him since I was 3). The best thing he taught me is to make sure you re vehicle gets an inspection at least once a year and to ALWAYS get your oil changed when you re supposed to, so I m happy to pay $100-$200 a year on my vehicle than having to pay thousands because I thought an inspection/oil change is too high of a price. And to top it off, while waiting on my vehicle to be finished, I got to watch Harry Potter in the waiting area! Not a bad experience AT ALL! Thanks you guys!8/5/23 Edit: Wanted to update my review, took my car in for an oil change and Jay was great! He even talked me through something that he suggested I get looked at, but he mentioned that if my car is still under a warranty (which it is), he suggested that I take it to the dealership because it may be free there and he didn t want me to spend money on something that could be covered under my warranty. I just thought that was honest and kind that he explained that to me. You always hear of mechanic shops trying to scam people for money, but I did NOT get that vibe here, he actually helped me out and let me know my dealership could do a diagnostic test because I have a warranty and he didn t want to mess that up for me. Honestly, I m incredibly happy with the service I get here every time I need to bring my car in. Thanks, Jay!Service: Oil change
