I had a slow tire leak diagnosed (that the car dealership couldn't locate), and a small metal pin was recovered. This Midas repaired tire and I was not charged. The staff was professional and courteous. I recommend this business for not just tire, but also oil changes and other maintenance services.

I received quick and excellent service. This was my first time trying Midas and I will definitely return. Derrick and Andrew provided wonderful customer service. As a woman with very little knowledge about vehicles, it was so refreshing that there was no attempt to upsell products or services I didn t need.

I appreciate the quickness and efficiency with the Midas on Harbison Blvd. I came in with a concern and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue we were having with my daughter's car. They also took in my car for an unexpected oil change since I was already there. The team was super nice and didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need. I will be a return customer.

I have and am still very pleased wythe service that this facility continues to offer me but especially my children. Hart and her sweet perfessionalism assistance when my daughter needed new tires (literally on their last wire) my daughter is now save on the road. Thank you Hart, Shawn and Midas association

Great service!!! Derrick made sure my under arriage was resecured since I was druving with it hanging down. I already went to one oil chanfe provider last week who just pushed it back and didnt secure it enough. I ended ul not havi g to order a new one to replace it after all. Everyone knows tgw hassle it saves from gaving to order tge part tgen wait on it. In addition, coming back for install. Time us valuable and our money on all itens is going up!!! Thanks again!!!

I've always known that Midas does mufflers but I'd never taken my vehicle in for an oil change before. I enjoyed my visit. They were warm and welcoming when I arrived. I watched them look my car over from top to bottom before they changed the oil. And was pleased when they rotated my tires. I'm a huge fan of great customer service and that is what I received today on my visit.

Took my car here about a week ago and wound up having an oil leak shortly after from a bad oil filter gasket.Brought my car back in today and they fixed it for free without giving me any trouble. Great customer service.

Bought my car and brought it in for physical inspection. They gave it a clean bill of health, WHILE knowing I didn't trust where I bought it (the Mechanic anyways). Any shop that doesn't try to upsell you on the worlds easiest upsell by claiming something is wrong on a used car is a pretty honest shop. Love this place.

Listen, I was a little stressed about having to buy a new tire but James was so welcoming & friendly that it ease my stress. They replaced my tire very quickly and it was affordable; he also communicated with me on the status of my vehicle since I dropped it off. I really appreciate his customer service over the phone & in person & the service his team provided me. Thank you!

Had a nail in my tire today - they saw me right away and since I had purchased the tires from them they were under warranty and were able to repair the tire! They made my day 100% better today, thanks so much for being awesome and so nice!

I have been a loyal customer for this location for over 10 years. The customer service is always amazing and they are always helpful in explaining what is needed and why. There is one person in particular what I would like to give special recognition to, JASON. He is the one person I have 100% trust in through all my years of owning a car that he will make sure the job is done right.

Brought my car in today 7/28/23 at 2pm for an oil change and they noticed my tires were in desperate need for replacement. They showed me where the front left was actually starting to tear apart. My son just had major surgery and I m having to travel a lot more than normal to Charleston so thanks guys (Dan, Andrew and Brad) for keeping me safe so I don t blow out on the interstate. The staff was so helpful, polite and more importantly very knowledgable and go above and beyond just servicing your vehicle. Very impressed and a customer for life!

First time here and I was blown away. Andrew was so welcoming at the front desk and made everything a breeze. Dan did a great job explaining to me everything about my car and was very thorough. I waited was in and out of the shop in under an hour for an oil change. Best car shop experience I have had to date. 10/10 recommend

I talked to Derrick this morning about one of my tires I had gotten from that location. That tire was a result of one of their awesome mechanics looking out for me when my car needed an alignment. My tires needed replacing! So when my tire went flat unexpectedly (nail that we didn t see), Derrick was able to get us in with no wait! They not only fixed my tire, they put the donut back and put our tire back on! They did us a real courtesy at this location! Highly recommended! They really do look out for you!
