Amazing environment and outstanding workers! they perform fast high quality work at a perfection level! the mechanic james is amazing, alignment tech brandon is precise and quick, and the tire techs are highly trained and experienced! I recommend to everyone! and the managers (erin and jennifer) are helpful, friendly and caring in everyway possible!! they understand problems from cars to just general problems and will help find the best solution possible. PLEASE GO VISIT FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS AND FOR A PLACE THAT ISNT SHADY LIKE MOST PLACES

Do not look any further if you are looking for great service and people that want to take care of their customers. I brought my truck in for new brakes and an oil change. Jennifer and Erin were beyond helpful and broke everything down to a level I would be able to understand. They didn t try and give me more than what I needed and communicated everything when it came to price and parts.I was so happy with my experience there, I immediately went back home to pick up my Jeep to get an oil change done as well.10/10 would absolutely recommend

Mrs. Jennifer was amazing she was probably the best help I've had concerning tires and etc in a long time. Although everyone in the store is great she tops the cake. Will definitely be back!!

Mavis tires & brakes is a great place to get stuff on a car done. They have a great environment and so friendly. I had to get new tires and they were very honest about what tires I should get and got me in the same day! My friend recently got her brakes done there and she also loved the service!

I would like to thank Mavis Discount Services for their great customer service and honesty. I went there for brake pads, oil change, and tire rotation. Normally, being a female, I'm sure advantage would of have been taken along with my money. The mechanic checked and my brake pads looked good, he just added brake fluid to prevent squeeling... Also, my oil was clear so he topped me off. Thank God there is still good people and great service around. #5stars

Second time I ve been here! They are so sweet and are willing to drop everything to help you out immediately! Please if you need your tire plugged and or anything else fixed, you NEED to come here! Richard is the gentleman who helped me! He was so sweet! I highly recommend.

I came in today with a hole in my tire and Erin and Billy were so helpful! I highly recommend this location and their services. They made sure to explain everything to me and give me all of my options. When I needed the air level in my tires leveled out they were able to help with that as well. I would definitely return for future needs.

Had a wonderful experience when we stopped in to have our brakes looked at. Erin is incredibly kind at the counter and they were very honest. Didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't need. Looked over the car throughly to see if there could be a problem eleswhere. Very trustworthy! We will be back if we need anything.

Jennifer and Erin were the BEST. Super quick and easy tire fix, they even filled my tires so I could run and grab lunch before sending my vehicle in. I was given consistent updates and it made the process even more enjoyable, would definitely return in the future!

While traveling from Charleston, SC to WV, my tire started losing psi. I was so happy to find that Mavis was open on a Sunday. I received honest, excellent service, and was in and out in no time with a new, fairly priced tire. Thank you so much, Rich, Jennifer and team, for helping me get back on the road.

Mavis Tires and Brakes is a great place to bring your car for any troubles. I had a flat tire and Rich was able to help me out and get my car ready to drive again in just an hour. I have had multiple friends use their services and it s always been great! I would recommend to anyone.

Great service! No one else in columbia had the tires I needed but Mavis. As soon as i showed up, they got me in quick, put my tires right on and I was out in a flash! Jennifer and Richard got me right!

I came into this location for new tires before making long distance travel up to NY. Rich was extremely helpful on the phone and in person to make sure I get the best tires for my safety and comfortability. Mavis never disappoints to deliver high quality service and satisfaction guaranteed. And even better, there s many locations across the country to help no matter where you travel. Cannot recommend Mavis enough!!

Rich, as well as the rest of the team were very nice and helpful. I came in with a screw in my tire and the spare on. Rich asked if I wanted it fixed from the inside and outside, and when I asked what the difference is, he explained and I didnt feel dumb for not knowing! The other guys are super nice too. Not sure of their names but yall rock! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for services. If Mavis does what you need done, might as well come here! Good people and good vibes.
