Amazing customer service and professionalism! I frequent this establishment with any issues I have with any of my vehicles, including my foreign whether it s tires/brakes or even mechanical issues. Love the fact that they accommodate customers even on busy days and are also open on Sundays! The staff and the mechanics are honest, friendly, and trustworthy. Five stars hands down

From the front desk to the mechanics in the back Juan and Dylan are very informative and helpful! I came in 2/18 to get a nail out of my tire and they discovered the TPMS was not working. They were very practical with explaining everything to me so that I understood what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a great price! I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes on Hard Scrabble Rd. Going forward, I won t go anywhere else! This is my go to!

Just got 4 tires put on my Mothers car and it was a fantastic experience! Louie was very helpful on the phone and in person, they ordered our tires had them the next day and installed them very fast and correctly! They went above and beyond taking care of my Mom and I appreciate them so much!

I had the greatest experience at this location. Jennifer was so kind and helpful. Very experienced and presented multiple options giving me the flexibility to purchase my tires and oil change to a great price. Jennifer, if you see this msg.. thank you for a great customer service.

I have been to this store plenty of times . However I called to check specials on a certain service. The person who picked up the phone responded with the same thing you see online. if I wanted a generic answer I would have stayed online. His attitude & tone did it for me. I don t even want to spend the $800 I would have spent . Customer service takes you a long way. You never know who is on the other end of the phone. Manners will take you where money can t.

Quality service, reasonable pricing!I walked in expecting to spend an outrageous amount of money to get the brakes done on my SUV, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was advised that I did not need to get my brakes done at this time.They were honest, and did not try to get a sale anyway.Nick was very helpful, courteous, and professional.The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

I needed to replace the tire. I bought somewhere else. They were polite and courteous and were able to help me putting the tire on the rim they noticed my TMS center was cracked and replaced it free of charge. Excellent service.

Juan took great care of me, made a good effort to make sure i was aware of the prices for everything and was noted of what my vehicle needed to be back at 100%. The crew in the back took amazing care of my car and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Will be telling others to go here

Really, arrived at 11:00 am on a Sunday. I could have simple put a spare on and done this at another place. But, they were open thought it would be worth getting it done. I have been her 2.5 hours and truck is still in the parking lot. I will update this post when it s done. At anytime there were 4 customers in the Lobby.Regrets!!!

Great service, nice young man DeAndre, very knowledgeable about the brakes and rotor service needed. This will be my go to place for brakes and rotors. The ladies that handled the front desk were nice and accommodating regarding services and wait times. Overall great service.

Unbelievable how unprofessional this place is. Made an appointment 2 days prior to coming in and still waited an hour before I had to say something in order to get my car taken back. Once my car was finally taken back the mechanic driving my car was constantly revving my vehicle. Once I asked to pay for my tires and go somewhere else the mechanic asked me if he could take my car for a spin. He continued to argue with me and said you don t like how your car sounds? . After several minutes of arguing and blaming me for their lack of self control, I was able to take my car and go somewhere else. I cannot believe how unprofessional and disrespectful these employees were. I would never allow such unprofessional employees to ruin my business like this place has. Very disappointing. Wouldn t take my car back here if it was the last place on earth.

Manager Jason and his staff need to be recognized for their professionalism and great customer service. I ve taken my vehicles to this location for years, and will continue to do so in the future. I m a regular customer, and I m always satisfied to fullest with their maintenance when I bring my vehicles to this location. They are true to their profession, and I know and have heard others express similar. Every time I come to Mavis I get quick and extremely reliable service; the mechanics are knowledgeable and take their time to sort out any issues with my cars, as I have brought in different vehicles for service and I have never been let down. Thanks again for being the best in town!

I have been a customer for over 3 years and I always go when I need new tires or air put in them. The workers are nice but the manager was rude to me when I pulled up to get air put in my tires. I was going to make an appointment to get a new tire or get the one that was giving me problems patched up but I will not be doing that.
