I had an issue with my Samsung television. I spoke to Matt and he was able to diagnose my tv and advise me on if a repair would be worth it. He was honest and helpful. He did not feel need to make a few extra bucks just to look at my tv and tell me he can t fix it.

I just called Matt and he was super helpful about my tv he said it was my back light In the tv and it was very common in those tvs will be useing him in the future thanks so much Matt you was a great help keep up the good work

I paid for the part and waited over two months for him to show up. He kept scheduling times and not arriving several hours after he had said he would arrive. He said Lexington was out of his way which would have been nice to know before the initial charges occurred for parts 68 days ago. Ultimately it ended with a dispute on my credit card and him yelling at me over the phone. With the number of hours I spent waiting on him to arrive I could have bought several new TVs.

Called about getting my lights replaced in my tv he gave me the run down and honest opinion about where i bought my tv from and a lot more he s a real honest man with very good customer service ! When I get a new tv I ll be looking forward to have him put it up for me !

I am an extremely picky person who is big on customer service and quality work. He exceeded my expectations on both. He is also a very honest person who is not going to just take your money on something that s a temporary fix. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT FOR MOBILE TV REPAIR.

Had a very quick turnaround. Reasonably priced. Extremely knowledgeable. Did an outstanding job on my 65 inch 4K smart TV just mounted it and it is working like a champ. Would highly Recommend and I m going to Point some of my friends with TV problems his way. Had not even gotten the TV to him but was explaining the problem I was having with a constant reboot loop and he figured it out before I even have the TV to him. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with a subwoofer for a surround sound that was loudly humming. Matt was to the point about why he doesn t work on those (which I can completely appreciate), and he talked to me about what I could do to fix it. The fix is probably outside my lane of capability; however, Matt took the time to try and help me without making a dime. Very much appreciated.

Very rude and not professional at all! My husband and drove over 30 miles for his services for him to be rude to my husband. He didn t fix the tv after my husband called several times with no answer after being dropped off over a week 1/2. Once he finally answered he wanted the original remote but still could not fix. He put the TV on his porch and closed the door in my husbands face after we would not leave the tv once again. Had a horrible attitude! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Outstanding. Matt knew exactly what was wrong with my tv in the first two minutes I spoke to him on the phone. He even knew my model number of the tv by the issues I was having. You want to talk about knowledge and expertise? Matt has it. He even came out on the same day and made the repair in my home so I didn't have to load up the tv in my car and drive across town. Excellent.

I contacted this business & left a message about my problem with my tv. Within 5 minutes they returned my call, helped me figure out the problem ordered my part that fixed my HDMI ports problem! Thank you for fast and professional service. Would highly recommend!

He Came by for the initial tv check and stayed about 15 minutes. Charged me $100 and said he had to order part to fix it. Said he would send invoice and tracking number and would be done by end of the week. He did not do that either until 2 weeks later after numerous calls and text. It has been a month now with no response or answers when I call and my tv was never repaired. Seems like he diagnosed the tv just to take my $100 and run off. Do not recommend this guy at all.

Matt was extremely convient and affordable. After going to many other TV shops for quotes Matt was able to troubleshoot over the phone and give honest assessment of the problem. This saved me the price that many wanted for the diagnostic alone.

Back in April our Samsung LED TV lost picture. Contacted Matt, brought it to him to be repaired. He ordered the part, fixed it and when it was returned the screen wasn t put back together properly. The glass was off centered leaving a gap of light at the top. We had to drive the TV all the way back to him to be put back together properly. It is now July 4 and were back to the same problem- a blinking light and no picture. Either the part he used to repair it was faulty, or we paid for a temporary fix. This is not a TV that stays on very often so it s not like we burned it out. Super disappointed that we paid for a band-aid of a repair.

His review "Why your number is disconnected?"He posted similar idiotic reviews in Orlando.now if Malcolm is foreign born and English is not the language he has grown up with, then... continue classes.

He was helpful until I asked for the original receipt for the equipment I bought from him, he sent a nasty text in reply. Now he will not he doesn't answer my text or calls. The equipment doesn't work and no address to send faulty motherboard back so I am out of a lot of money. Very nice fellow until you start asking reasonable questions pertaining to charges..he charged me 346.00 for a board that you can get for 199.00 and said it was a deal. I found this out after I already over paid. He gave me a warranty but won't honor it. Don't trust this guy, shifty and assumes people are stupid. His ad says 24/7, he got mad because I texted him one Sunday. Even the ad isn't honest.

Well if you like them stealing your money trust them. I ve texted multiple times SINCE NOVEMBER 23!!! Don t trust them.Also just got off the phone. He was extremely rude. Said it costs $100 to diagnose my tv (which was never discussed) and it takes 6 weeks to get the part. Part was here on December 18th. He said he called on December 22, which is not true. Also, said he sent me the tracking info, but it says in the screenshot to either resend or delete (guess that didn t go through). First of all I m not sure who he thought he was talking, but he picked the wrong one. Don t trust him.Just spoke with him again. Won t refund my money, because i left this review.And now he is threatening to take ME to court for HIS lost wages. I m confused as to what money HE lost?He still won t refund my money, and says that now he is charging me the $67 to hook up my sound bar. Lol what a joke. He says i canceled my order, because i couldn t wait until Monday. Umm how do i know you are coming on Monday when you ve had the part since the 18th of December. What a joke.

Matt did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. The service was excellent, and he got it done fast. All I had to wait on was a few days for the part to get in and he came right back and got it done. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WORK
