One stop.shop all of your auto needs. The owner and the front desk lady are super nice. Always willing to help. They saved me so much money. I highly recommend this place.

I called for a quote and immediately decided I didn't want to bring my van there. The woman that answered the phone wouldn't let me complete my sentences and she kept interrupting me when I try to explain what I needed. She has poor customer service skills and no empathy no consideration. I was looking for cheaper more affordable services but that's okay, I'll pay the expensive price elsewhere where the customer service is better.

Great mechanics. Fair price and will not try to cheat you. Bring your car here and leave confident that your car is in great working order and will not break down. The only place I take my vehicles....

I have been taking 3 older cars there for about 4 years. I have had great experience. The main aspect I like is dealing with honest people who can guide you on what really needs to be fixed, versus some long list of "maybes" and so-called risk items. I'll keep using these folks. Prices fair, work is quality, and they honor their word.

If I could review them with no stars I would. Very unprofessional and nasty towards customers. Took my vehicle down there for a diagnosis and to be fixed; was told I needed to leave it over night so I did. They ended up having it a week and still said they were trying to diagnose it. She was very rude and tried to be a "know it all" by using mechanical terms. She cusses at customers, lies about what she thinks is wrong, and speaks to you in a very unprofessional manner. She never calls you like she says she will either, you have to call to check in on your own. She will interrupt working with a customer to have a friendly conversation with a coworker, or to text or talk on her phone. She will also have you standing there waiting to be seen while carrying on conversations that could wait until she has social time instead of on the clock. They are pricey also. Had my vehicle moved to another shop and they knew what was wrong with it and had it fixed within 24 hours.

The service was awesome. The manager Jimbo was very helpful in my time of need. I well be recommending them. They offer towing as well at a cheaper price than I called around from other places too. Great work.

Let me start by saying that Viki was great. Her professionalism and knowledge is spot on. The timeliness of the service was great as well. So why the 3 stars?I looked at over 15 trucks before settling on the one I purchased. I was aware of the issue that it had before buying, but decided I'd rather pay for the repair rather than deal with the cigarette smell lingering in all the other choices. Needless to say, I'm extremely upset to get my truck back with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke the mechanic(s) left in my vehicle. A total lack of consideration for others... Way to ruin an otherwise pleasant experience.

I took my son's truck in for a fairly significant repair after getting several estimates and some recommendations. The work was done well and for the price initially specified. The only issue I had was that it took longer than I was originally told. After a couple of frustrating phone calls, I found out that they were unexpectedly 2 mechanics short so it caused a backup in work. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication regarding their mechanic problem. I will say they were extremely apologetic and ended up not only adjusting my bill but gave me coupons for 2 free oil changes. Since that time, they have done work on a friend's vehicle (after I recommended them) and he was quite pleased with their work. I understand that problems arise and Robbie worked hard to keep me on as a customer. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need some work done.

Great service, fair prices, and honest owner. This is a great shop that always provides excellent service. A friends father (who was a mechanic) diagnosed my vehicle with an expensive repair. I brought it in and requested the repair. When I came back he told me the fix was something cheaper (by several hundred dollars). He could of easily done the repair I request and I wouldn't have griped about dropping a few hundred dollars. Instead, I only paid $35. You can trust these people.

They should charge for entertainment! Very nice crew, always laughing and in a good mood. Knowledgeable about the vehicle and really work with you. Good with the older ones which is great for those who can't afford a newer car.

Look no further for your mechanic! Excellent repair work, excellent service. Its difficult to find a great mechanic. AND a shop that treats women with respect. They do great work, deal with you honestly, and do so with "TRUE Southern Hospitality". They will treat you right and take VERY good care of your vehicle. They helped us in a jam and also after making an appointment to check out a problem. We will be using them as long as they are in business and we are in the area!

Great service! I have been doing business at L R Automotive for at least 10 years, and they have always given me great service, on time and at a good price. From oil changes to motor work, Robbie and his people have been doing a great job for me and I expect to continue to do all my automotive work with them!

Robbie and his staff will make you feel like family. Very courteous and straight forward never any hidden costs!They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.Whether its an oil change to ac charge to a new starter they are quick and professional and usually can give you a ballpark figure as to costs and typically come in under it!

Had been told the front left wheel bearing needed replaced by a master mechanic in Charleston and before I could get it done the hurricane came, so while evacuating it made me nervous listening to my car so I went in and they correctly identified the source of the problem (right not left). Fixed the problem, cheaper than I expected and extremely quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

NEVET EVER EVER go to this place!!!! They will hold your car for months even for a simple tune up, act like they fixed other stuff on your car when in all actuality they break and damage parts that you didn't even ask them to fix, then try to charge you for services that you NEVER requested, and won't notify you of the extra cost until you get fed up with then giving you the run around and try to get your car back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 1999 Saturn to this place with what I suspected to be a bad alternator. They checked my car out and decided it was in fact the alternator that had gone bad. They replaced the alternator very quickly for the price quoted and did not try to get me do a bunch of other unnecessary stuff to my car. I was very pleased with the service here.

I've used LR Automotive twice during the last 4 weeks to do auto repair work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (I have 194,000 miles on this vehicle).The first time was to repair my muffler which had fallen off. They did this repair work and didn't charge me anything because they said they believed it may have been their fault that the muffler had fallen off in the first place. You see, about 6 months ago I had them replace my catalytic converter and they suspected their technician may have unknowingly not attached the muffler properly. Now, how many auto repair shops would be that honest with you? I can assure you...not many!The second time was last week. They replaced my water pump and they did it as they always do...courteous and professional service.I've been using LR Automotive for years and I would recommend them to anyone that needs repair work done to their vehicle.LR Automotive...thank you!

Poor decision making when I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer has brought us to this awesome place. I have had great service from here. It's a 25 minute drive out of my way but it's worth it. This is my go to repair shop.

I am very upset and unhappy..I was charged 90.00 dollars just for them to tell me "you need to take your vehicle to Dodgeland" for them to fix it because we can't get to where it needs to be repaired..L and R have worked on my son's 2008 Dodge avenger 3 times. And today they charged me 90.00 dollars just to run a test to see what's wrong with it. AND tell me you have to pay it before you can get your vehicle Needless to say I want take my vehicles there again. WHAT A BIG RIP OFF !

They're very friendly, helpful, and rational. They won't charge you for anything you don't need done and won't try to sell you on unnecessary fixes. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done on your car.

I would leave zero stars if I could.Had my truck since June ( yes I allowed it I take my fault). Just getting it back today 10/12/2020 Jim Bo was just lying to me for months telling me the part would be here today truck would be fixed by end of the day.. Next day no part. He would say it's on the way it never showed up. This went on for months... Very horrible serviceService: Electrical repair

I wish I can remember the service adviser's name, but she is terrific. I never had issues with getting an appointment for our church bus to get maintenance. She's the best.

Traveling through town on our way home to Florida, our Toyota 4Runner started having a vibration at high speeds. LR Automotive got us in with no wait and friendly service and promptly diagnosed the problem- a universal joint. Highly recommend!

They were so quick to help me... said they would call me back and they did... also they didn't charge me for things that were out of my control... and the lady at the deck is so nice and funny.... will always return because they have the best bang for my buck

They've had more car for four weeks. I hate being a jerk to get things done. I know a timing chain is a pain. The staff is very pleasant but each week nobody followed up. Very stressful.
