Went up there to get an estimate on my car November 13, 2023 had pictures took as well as paperwork done for the estimate. The receptionist stated they would email me when finished. No one never returned my call or did they email me the estimate that I came up there to receive. I called on November 27, 2023 inquiring he told me my information wasn t in the system and he did not have anything on file for me. I would not recommend this place at all.

They replaced a camshaft sensor in my truck. It seems to be ok. Just got it back yesterday. I did wait a long time to get vehicle back. Three weeks. Luckily I have a second vehicle to drive because if I didn't I would have been in trouble. I had to take the vehicle for a good wash when I got it back. I guess from the muddy roads. I don't know.

I was referred to this place for auto repair after collision and they did a good job on repairs, so when we needed repair done and we went back for that and that was a mistake. There's always something with this place, There are always 2-3 people calling out daily which hinders the work done on your car, It's surprising they are in business. Sounds like a change in management and staff for allowing slack workers.

A little high on price $611 to get my car out. But very nice and helpful employees especially the lady at front desk. Hopefully be able to get my car out today maybe they can work with me. Very clean office and nice atmosphere.

The woman who answers the phone is very rude and seems like she hates answering the phone lol gave her my VIN number and she told me they would give me a call back with an estimate and I never received a call. Totally fine I will definitely spend my money elsewhere. Beware!!

So here was my situation.Thursday night my car started driving really rough and I was unable to go over 30mph.I m new to Columbia with no friends or family to help me out if i was without a vehicle long term. My job is 30 minutes from my house and involves mostly highway driving. So I was looking at a very bad situation for myself if I could not get my car fixed quickly. I had to miss work just to try and get the car repaired.I called and spoke to Travis at about 7:45 am Friday morning. Not only did they allow me to drop my car off at such short notice, they diagnosed it, and fixed it all the same day! I was able to pick my car up at 5 pm and paid such a reasonable price for the work they did! I m very grateful for this shop and will be returning for all other services! Finding a good shop in a new area is hard, but I found mine!Service: Engine repair

Lonnie Robert's Auto Services is an awesome place to get work done on your vehicle. I've had my car there three times for various repairs and found their work was excellent. Travis, the owner stands by his word and is very honest with you. Brought my car (Mercedes S600) to Travis. Left it with him for at least 1 day, plenty of time to do the necessary checks to find out what's wrong you'd think. He was supposed to give me an estimate for repairs on the steering-gear / front wheel suspensions of the car, where you could clearly hear the front-left suspension squeak. Never got a quote from him, call back or anything. For no reason at all. If I would not have been polite or I would have offended them in any sort of way, I could have understood. But here I simply never got a call back for no apparent reason. If they don't care to perform the repairs or give you a quote due to lack of time or something to that extent, why not simply tell the customer right away instead of wasting his/her time while holding his/her car for an entire day on their premises?? Is asking for a quote in writing (for a repair which could have easily costed a couple of thousands bucks) too much to ask for these days?? I just don't get it !! Even after calling Travis again and reminding him that we had agreed upon getting me an estimate, he gave me the go-around. Conducting any business like this, they don't deserve getting me as a customer, my trust or my money.

Got my car in on a Friday afternoon and was able to pick it back up Monday! I can't complain about that, pretty good turnaround time.

Took my care to this business thinking it was a reputable company for a new clutch to be put in the car and they kept it for 3 months before ever touching the car. I called the business for a total of 15 times trying to find out when the car would be ready for me to pick it up. After the 13th call Travis Roberts owner of the business finally called me back and said the car would be ready on Monday that was on a Friday. If there was anything lower than a "0" I would surely give it less than a "0".

Hands down the best repair shop I ever been too!! The staff is super friendly,professional, and caring. My car broke down on my way to myrtle beach they made it a priority to get me on the within a hour. I never had a company treat me like family until I visited Lonnie s auto repair. Went from 5 stars to 1 star. Had work done previously that was excellent. Recently called twice about 2 different issues and was told someone would call back. Both times never heard from them again.

Not only do they take good care of our company vehicles, at Ace Glass, but they have gone above and beyond for me personally.. I was stranded on the side of the road recently and they were there in minutes and had me rolling in no time. They are fair and honest people. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Highly recommend!!!

This entire team is awesome. I've known Travis and their family for a couple years now and they are very detail-oriented. Straight Shooters and I'm not going to how to scam somebody for a couple extra dollars. Whenever I'm always kidding around and everybody has a great sense of humor.

This is truly the best auto service in Columbia! Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy! Their prices are fair and the ENTIRE staff is the friendliest group of people you could ever meet. I would highly recommend this company!

I appreciate the people that work here. Travis Roberts helped me get my husbands motorcycle to his shop after his accident while he was in the hospital. It was a very sad & scary time but with Travis helping me out it made things easier on me. Thank you so much!

Needed my truck towed this morning due to it not starting and called these wonderful people and they sent a tow truck over and 10 minutes later he arrived and was very polite and towed my truck to my desired location. Was very happy with their great and speedy service and low price as well, would use again!!!

These guys are on it. Any time I ve been here I ve been taken care of. I had them diagnose an A/C issue in my truck. He told me the problem and how much it would cost up front. Travis had the part in the next day and had my truck repaired in about 4 hours.
