If you are looking to purchase a Land Rover or Jaguar, I highly recommend working with Dale. He was absolutely wonderful through my entire sales process, and was never once the "pushy" cars salesman we all dread. He was responsive, attentive, and very respectful. I could not be more thrilled with my experience working with him, and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new vehicle.

A few years ago I visited and had a key fob replaced on a Land Rover. I do remember it taking almost a week to get a hold of anyone in service to return our call and make an appointment. Finally, got it in there and got it done. It wasn't anything special. Everything went fine. Waited an 1hr. -1.5hrs.We also own a Range Rover and we've been calling and leaving messages with service with no return call to get our vehicle serviced. I'm done trying to give this place business. The reviews are either excellent or people are never coming back again. I'm just shocked because this is supposed to be a high and luxury dealership/service.Not sure what's going on with this dealership...but yeah we're gonna move on and find another place.

I ve been taken care of much better at a non luxury brand dealer. Service and Sales need a lot of work. I won t buy another Land Rover just solely due to the fact I can t get it serviced. I would not waste your time with this place, especially with the pricing of the bean and hourly rate. Sales and Service get at most a one star. Luis is a great salesman, he s the only one with any common business sense there that I ve experienced.

I was to find a great deal on Land Range Rover Evoque. Juan was my salesperson, and he was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle. Juan did a great job of communicating the benefits of owning a Range Rover. Overall it was a great experience and I will be reaching to Land Rover Columbia in the future.

Fantastic experience! I couldn t be more pleased with the vehicle and the service provided by Jaguar Land Rover Columbia. Yesterday I was able to purchase a truck that I have wanted since I was 19 years old. A White Range Rover HSE with two tone tan Interior. I came in about a month ago, no appointment and was connected with Daryl from sales. I gave him VERY specific details of what I wanted within a budget. He communicated with me and stayed in touch with updates of what he found, but never demanded I come in or pressured me to run my credit or impulse buy etc. Overall it was a no pressure easy experience once he was able to find something for me. I am very particular about making sure im getting a fair deal and crossing all my tees, Amita the sales manager went above and beyond to compromise with me and provide options to make sure I was happy. 10 of of 10 we will be back

Absolutely horrible, 1 star is too much! The service was so atrocious and the service manager non-responsive the entire time we owned the vehicle. Although we love the vehicle, the service was so atrocious that we ended up selling our vehicle and replacing it with another brand that has a more reliable service experience and better service employees. Until and/or unless the Columbia area dealership improves their entire ownership experience they have lost a customer indefinitely!

The team at Land Rover Columbia (in South Carolina) are great. They were so helpful in ordering my wife's dream car, setting up great day of collection and working through good financing options. Just purchased a used Audi Q5 from salesperson Darryl Cruel. Every part of the buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Darryl was knowledgeable and helpful while not being pushy or overly aggressive. Friendly and moved the process along quickly and transparently. Will be our preferred dealer moving forward.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. They are SHADY and pushy at every possible turn. Don t expect any type of customer service when you purchase a vehicle from them, once they ve made their money they do not care about anything and are absolutely unhelpful. I will NEVER buy another Land Rover from here or anywhere else.

Darryl Cruel and Blake were both great to work with. Patient but also followed up, didn't feel pressure. Darryl was very informative and answered the questions my wife and I had in an easy to understand way (a few were technical). He is very knowledgeable and really knows vehicles, finance process and was overall a great guy to work with.

They have a great staff there that makes you feel like family if only more dealerships had a great staff like them. It was a fantastic experience working with this dealership. I sold my car to them and it was smooth as butter. They gave a fair & reasonable valuation and didn't try to haggle me. The paperwork was super quick and I got the cheque in less than an hour! Clinton King was very courteous and made the whole process very easy for us. They treat customers with respect and attend to their needs unlike many dealerships. Overall, a great experience!

Experience Overload-I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years and I have not experienced service quite like this. From the moment we arrived for our test drive the sales person was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable and very informative. You could tell he loved his job. Once we agreed to the sale the paperwork was easy, they worked to get the best deal and the finance individual was out of this world. So personable and genuine I was shocked. I returned my Landrover Discovery for a return repair follow up. As the news and cost was brought to my attention, I felt defeated and disappointed! Then my customer service rep Catherine stepped in and saved the day, my wallet and my vehicle! She is top notch and one of the BEST, most professional and courteous member of I have EVER had the opportunity to work with since the purchase of my vehicle! She made me feel like a VALUED, gold tier customer and truly intervened and resolved the problem as well as process! I m hopeful that the dealership will recognize and reward her for customer service and retention she DESERVES them both!
