The car I purchased had several cosmetic issues like scratches, dents, cracks, and missing parts on the seats. But I didn't mind because they tried to fix some of that. I was told the part for my seat would be ordered in January and it is April and I still have not received it. The first day I took my car off the lot and drive it home I noticed the brakes were bad .... I told them about it and they said bring it back and we'll fix it .... I did just that .... at first they tried to tell me nothing was wrong so I had it checked by another dealership who confirmed the brakes were bad ... so I took it back to Keinos and They kept my car a total of 4 days saying they found other stuff wrong with it and they had to buy new parts .... When I did get my car back it was still doing the same thing .... My warranty company had been charged $635 and I paid an additional $100. I took it to a CERTIFIED CHRYSLER DEALER and they inspected it for the parts that had been charged and THE ORIGINAL PARTS WE STILL ON THE VEHICLE and THE MOTOR MOUNTS ON THE CAR ARE BAD! The parts and labor billed we're never done!!! And when I tried to call and talk with them about it, They made it seem as if I made it up or this was me trying to get over on them!They are nice folks! They are quick to sale you a car when you need one but BE CAREFUL AND GET IT CHECKED THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU BUY! CAUSE THEY MIGHT TRY TO SAY IT WAS YOU WHO MADE THE DAMAGES OR YOU"RE MAKING IT UP!***Update**** 11/24/2015HAHAHA!!! Guess who just got their car out of the shop from fixing the SAME BROKEN PARTS KEINO'S SAID THEY FIXED IN MARCH and AGAIN IN APRIL! MEEEEEE! .... THAT LIE ABOUT THE $635 JOB THEY SUPPOSEDLY DID IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR ON MY TRUCK WAS JUST CONFIRMED AGAIN ... SMH when you try to support black businesses and you get this kind of foolishness to happen to you. THANK GOD FOR THE REAL CERTIFIED MECHANICS AT WILSON DODGE AND CHRYSLER! They have been helping me fix alllll the problems this truck had when I got it. And they have showed me every part they have had to replace before they took it off and the difference when the job is finished so I know they are telling the truth!
