Friendly and efficient service. I had a nail stuck in my tire and had to get it plugged. Service was quick, no long wait. Be sure to bring cash only.

I came to Juans Tires to get my new tires that i bought from a local tire dealer installed. I am a single mother and saving money matters. Juans was the most reasonably priced service in comparison to at least four other tire companies in the Irmo and Columbia surrounding areas. They installed the tires that I brought with me with a smile on their face. This is not the first time I have used their service I have actually bought used tires from them in between replacing brand new tires. And the used tires I bought lasted me much longer than I needed them to. I would recommend Juan's Tires to anyone who wants great local service at a very competitive price.

Horrible service. Bought 3 tires and car was shaking. Called and was told it needed to be balanced. This did not work. Told to call Juan. Spoke with Juan who said take car back and call him to get tires changed out per warranty. When tried to call back my number was blocked. DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS " Police advised to sue and I will!!

Very respectful and friendly staff, they mounted two tires on rims for me. Added value stems and balanced them for me. I do not know if they offer military discount.

Definitely recommend this place! They have great used tires. Called earlier this morning to see if they had the size tire for my vehicle. Luckily they did and told them I would be up there right after work. King greeted me and knew who I was right away due to he spoke to me verifying he had my tires! They helped me out big time! these people are cheeters. they said initially $10 a tyre for balancing . I let them do the job. after completion they asked for 30 for both. I mentioned they told me 20 . the person said I am the manager and the other guys dont know the price. if I do not pay 30 they would remove my tyres and balance. the lier gave me wrong number of the owner.

King was very nice and honest! He kept my tire over night so he could have it ready for me the next day since I went close to closing and the new shipment hadn't made it in at the time. I got there the next day and he got me squared away. All with a wonderful smile on his face and such positive attitude! I will definitely return for any tire needs.

I was giving a tire with a slow leak I noticed some type a light on in my car instantly after purchasing the tires but because I m unfamiliar with cars I was not knowledgeable of what type of light it was. I thought I needed fluid, I later discovered it s my tire light and that one out of the two tires I purchased from him was constantly going down I attempted to call but did not get an answer Because his location is 40 minutes away from where I live I didn t go back up there because I was told the warranty was only good with my receipt and I cannot find my receipt so I will just take the loss this time. He and his staff was very pleasant and prices was reasonable but be careful of defaults.

Needed air in all 4 tires, had been there before and they were very nice. So I'm a returning customer. They check the pressure n added air in all 4 tires for $2.00.

You get what you pay for. Juan tires has 3 locations; Chapin, 5512 Two Notch Rd and 10227A Two Notch Rd. First, I went to the one at 10227A Two Notch Road to purchase a 26" tire. The tire was the cheapest price around the area. The service was pretty quick and I was out. A week later I decided to purchase another tire from that location. So I did and they mounted and balanced it and put it on. The problem was when they put my rim and tire on they put the lug nuts on backwards. So for a couple days I drove back and forth to work with no idea of the dangers...by day 3 or 4....I started hearing knocking noise coming from my vehicle..I was checking everything...the engine, transmission everything. So after talking to different machanics and friends...they said that it could the bad brakes and rotors. I go and purchased the parts for the front...took off the front tires and noticed that my brakes and rotors were good on the front...so I decided to check the rears...and I notice that my acorn lug nuts were installed backwards and I was missing a lug nut...I contacted them and they told me to bring the vehicle back. But I knew it wasn't safe to drive. I explained it wasn't safe and that the vehicle needed to be towed...they refuse to pay the towing. they wanted me to leave the truck with them but wasn't gonna compensate me for my transportation home, they attempted to say they didn't change that tire...but I proved them wrong...all in all...they were very difiant and did not want to fix what they tore up. I highly suggest that if you intend to us juan tires then be prepared to spend additional money to correct the things that they screw up.And in conclusion...once they "fixed" the issue...Noone even appoligized for any inconvenience. His exact words was "amigo...you good, see ya next time"....lolWhat a buissness...........

Went to get one tire told him my tire size was 225 70R15 he put a 225 75R15 on my truck which I didn't notice the difference at first until I got on the interstate and my wheel started shaking went back the next day he said he didn't have my tire size and he would call me when he got it but Im pretty sure he knew that before taking my money

Purchased two used tires this morning after working 3rd shift and they did not balance them. Tried to call number on receipt and it is the wrong number. Will be going back in the morning after work.

Cash only but was able to drop off my tire and go get cash. Tire was repaired by the time I got back. Can't do any better than that

I wasted my time by stopping over there to get my brakes done!!! They didnt have the tools to change my brake pads after I waited in the heat because the dont have indoor searing area!!!
