We went to JTs Jamil Road location.Our salesman, DJ, was awesome! We ve purchased many cars in our many years together and we both said that DJ was the nicest and easiest car salesman we ve ever had! He wasn t high pressure, like most other car salesman we ve worked with in the past. He was friendly, professional and since we were there to buy 2 vehicles, he had patience and worked to get us the 2 vehicles within our payment range requests. Jimmy was a big help on that front as well He also was friendly and professional. They both communicated well with us and immediately called us back if we had any questions or they had any information for us. Lastly, Jared the finance manager who was there when we signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicles was, like the others, friendly and professional. He made the tedious paperwork signing easy. Thanks to the 3 of them, we got the vehicles we wanted and the payments we wanted without any hassle. They are really top notch guys!

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life ! I would run before ever going to the jt in Columbia . My husband and I both went in looking for a car . I was ignored the entire shopping process but was fine as it was my husbands first time financing a vehicle . The deal was signed and we left the dealership . As soon as we left with the car we noticed something wrong with the engine . Also my husband was starting a new job and all of a sudden they didn t have all the paperwork they needed to close the deal . Which why would you let us leave with a car if you didn t have everything. We brought the engine issue up to the dealership and they dodged getting the car into the mechanic every day they told us they would have a rentalFor us on 3 separate occasions we came to the dealership being promised a rental that was not there finally we just drove to their other location to pick up the rental where the car is still sitting . Fast forward 38 days we receive a check in the mail for his full deposit back . No call no email no text no explanation so we go to the dealership and deal with the most entitled individual yet who s demeanor was atrocious as he chewed chewing tobacco in our face as if it was our problem and not his . Between Jared and Cody you can see their entitlement blinds them to the fact that people are people and not numbers . I have looked on all of their sites looking to speak with a corporate office but to no avail could not find one . Soo I warn you to be cautious to what JTs you go to. I can tell you where we picked up our rental from was welcoming and kind and knowledgeable! Here in Columbia , you have to work with the people who look like you and not the ones who feel entitled by what they see in a mirror. What a horrendous experience

I had an appointment to look at a car they advertised online. The manager tried to run my credit for a car that I had no pricing or CARFAX on without my consent first. The dealership has a no wasting time approach but the person who was assisting us didn t ask basic car buying questions. I would not recommend getting a car here.

Had an amazing car shopping experience. It was super smooth. They made everything work out with numbers and getting what I wanted for trade in. Also didn t blow up my phone like other dealerships. Big thanks to Phil Taylor for being patient and working hard to make it all possible.

I purchased a vehicle on October 29, 2023, and this vehicle is not holding oil in it for under 30 days at a time. I have sent the vehicle to several mechanics to check plus I have had several oil changes. Last check I was told that the engine needs replacing due to the vehicle using up the oil so fast. The vehicle is a 2017 Kia Sportage EX. I am disappointed that JT's would sell me a vehicle with known engine issues and it's only been barely 3 months. Every time I go up there, I receive the run around for the work to be done to satisfy this issue once and for all. Now that I know, I will not be purchasing anything else from them since they cannot seem to hold up their end of the deal.So, I spoke to the Service Manager last Monday and they recommend that I wait until the valve cover gasket blows before they can do any type of repair on the engine that is using up oil at an unusual pace. So basically, I am supposed to drive around until the valve cover gasket blows and I am not comfortable driving to wait on something like that to occur nor do I know what that will be like if I am on the interstate going back and forth to work. I think it's risky but that was the solution I was given.

I went to buy a truck from the Columbia location, I came from out of state to buy the truck and had a appt for that morning to look at the truck. I got to the location, and no one had told me the truck was in the shop and was unable to be viewed. I do not recommend buying from any of the locations as the seem very unprofessional and do not know what is going on.

I bought a vehicle from Phil back in June. He was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward the battery dies on me while at the Dr one day when I was pretty sick. I went to the dealership and they helped me with a battery no extra money out of my pocket. I've gone back a few times with questions and the guys in front are always willing to help and they always have a smile on their faces.

Second time experience better than the first theis sales associate Phil was really helpful in getting me in a vehicle and accommodating to my preferences and needs. I would recommend going an talking to Phil for your next, easy, and quick car buying expierience.

Just brought a 2011 F150 truck on 10/27/23 and paid cash. After I found that the key fob was not working, I let the sales associate know. He told me it was just the battery. He gave me a few dollars to get a new battery for the key fob. I then went and got a new battery. The key fob still didn't work. So I contacted JTs AutoLand today on 10/28/23 and attempted to get a new key fob ordered. They transferred me to the sales manager and he stated that because I brought the car AS-IS he can't help me with this issue and he will have my sales associate contact me today. If I don't here back from them today. I will be returning this $15,000 vehicle, over a $50 key fob. I will leave a follow up review with the outcome.Update:I recently got an oil change and found out that the vehicles oil filter that was on there was for another vehicle. Now I'm getting my breaks done and found out that the lug nuts are not the correct size for my vehicle. This place is trash.

The guy we worked with was nice but not honest. I asked a question about being a co-signer for my son. I told him that I could not put anything on my credit, he said that it would be a soft pull. They ran my credit 10 times the first day and about 10 or 11 times the next day. That was very excessive and that was not considered a soft pull. They will do what they want with a smile on their face.

I had been looking for a new SUV online for months, I had a free day so I just started riding around to see what was out there. Joe Kritt came to my rescue immediately, he asked me to list everything I wanted in a car and showed me a few on the lot and went as far as to take us to the Lexington store to look at a car he KNEW I would buy. Long story short, I bought it.Joe was informative, professional, an avid listener, and WORKED Andy to get my monthly payment in a range that I was comfortable with as a newly single mama. I had my 15 month son with me and he spoiled him rotten with snacks while we did the paperwork. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Joe made this process so easy on me!

Salesman was evasive and when told of a potential problem he denied the possibility. Told us he would be right back with proof and sent in someone else to try to distract us. The car had a bad battery when he sold it to us. He told us it would be taken care of. It was not! We had to have folks jump start us numerous while waiting for him to take care of it . Finally we bought a replacement battery ourselves with his assurances that reimbursement would be simple. It has taken days of phone calls and reassurances that it would only be another day or so. Finally in desperation we ignored him and returned to the dealership. Even in person we couldn t get away from the feeling that a less persistent person would not get reimbursed. Delays at the dealership were darn stupid for a place of business. JT on tv doesn t appear to be the kind of guy that would encourage this sort of behavior in his business.

Found a car on their website. They had priced it low and changed the price. They were nice enough to let me have it at the original price. Good business! Reese Nichols, our salesman was great to work with. The finance manager was great also. We were in and out of there in no time. It usually takes forever to buy a car. I highly recommend them. Good folks!

When I first arrived, Blake greeted me at the door and was very pleasant from start to finish. He was able to find me the car that I needed and guided me through the whole process. He answered any questions I had and was able to address any concerns as well. So glad I purchased my car from JT S Autoland. It was a very easy process and they were very accommodating! If you happen to stop in, ask for Blake!

I worked with Jeff Filer who helped me find a late model Nissan Rogue within my price range. I had given him a list of items I wanted in the car and he contacted me as soon as he found one matching my list. Jeff was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process and was genuinely concerned with helping me find the right car. He dealt with me honestly and professionally. I would absolutely work with Jeff again in the future and recommend him to anyone needing assistance finding their right car.

I set up an appointment to look at a specific truck. By time I got there on Saturday it was sold. Tommy assisted me in checking to see if there was anything else I liked. He found a fresh trade in drive me to another location and brought it back. Well beyond what he has to do. Highly recommend asking for him. Heck of a honest salesman.
