Randy and his team are absolutely amazing. He was very diligent about getting the required parts needed to repair my vehicle and succeeded. I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to have repairs made.

My car needed a repair near the gas tank door above my back tire, and when I met with Jim, he was very transparent and thorough about what the car would need done as well as how long it would take, even for supplies to come in. Initially, I planned to do the repair later, but I was really impressed and chose to do the repairs soon after with them. The whole experience was very smooth; while it took a month, I had constant text and call updates, and the rental car process was made so smooth through them. Picking up was a breeze again, as Jim explained everything to me, had me check my car, and they handled my rental car return. Made for an easy outcome for a not ideal situation. Thank you guys!

Randy & his team took great care, detail & skill with the repairs to my vehicle. They took every measure to ensure my vehicle was repaired to exact standards, which gives me peace of mind about the safety of the repairs and driving my car again after the extensive damage from my accident. Randy exceeded my expectations and the shop & he kept me informed every step of the way. I hope I don't need them again, BUT if I do, there's no question that I will go to them again. This is a shop full of knowledgeable, experienced professionals who care and want to help!

Joe Hudson Collision gets an "A". I was out of state when the incident was reported. My insurance had roadside tow my vehicle on a Tuesday and my vehicle was ready on Thursday. When I returned to SC I examined and drove my vehicle. NO ISSUES! Completely satisfied.

They replaced my whole rear bumper and then some from an accident I was involved in Thanksgiving Eve. Definitely would recommend it looks like I just bought the car all over again

Repair was very quick and efficient. Had my car in 4 days. Was communicated the progress of the repairs daily. They detailed the car inside and out. Can not recommend this shop enough

Randy with Joe Hudson's on Fernandina Road was Great !!! He kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. My vehicle didn't have the smell and/or look as it did, due to being stolen. I will recommend and/ or utilize if necessary.

We took our car to the one on Fernandina. Randy was awesome. He kept us update on everything going on with our car. The office staff was so nice. Everyone that worked on our car did a great job. Door does not sound the same. Rattles when I turn radio up. Did not do it before it was replaced. Don't know if insulation was left out! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommended to anyone.

Joe Hudson is the place to take your vehicle when damage is done. We did not have any previous experience with this body shop and was blown away at the level of service they provided. From the very initial contact to the end of the process we were beyond pleased. The communication and level of expertise at this business is a rare find. If you have the unfortunate event of an accident in you vehicle Joe Hudson Collision Center is THE place to go! You will not be disappointed.

Joe Hudson's Collision is great!Fast & thorough, they kept in touch with a timeline for repairs & updated it when necessary. I got my car back in better shape than before I had my fender-bender! They cleaned & detailed it; it looks better than when I bought it!100% would use their business again & will tell anyone who listen about my great experience. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and they knocked it out of the park!Thanks, guys!

Quite disappointed with this Joe Hudson. They are changing estimated date several time. I called (Jim) them to get a status of my car after 3 weeks. They say that they have 100s of cars in queue and cannot say when the repair would be done. :-( :-(
