****VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I took my 2014 f150 to get the driver door and radios fixed. Door was fixed radio remained the same and my entire windshield wiper unit quit working. Joe Hudson collision center said they didn t mess it up ( there was light rain the day I dropped it off; I was using the windshield wipers the day of) but they claim they had nothing to do with it (my windshield wipers are literally bent ). Also noticed some new scratches and dings ( it s my fault for not taking pictures and videos prior to drop off). If you have another option - go with it. TAKE PICS AND VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING AS WELL.

I didn t read any reviews upon making an appointment however, I must say the interactions received from Brittany via telephone to face to face was nothing short of amazing. To Mr. Roger, I greatly appreciate you going above and beyond so effortlessly. I can t remember the other young lady s name at the front but she was a sweetheart. Not only did they accommodate me but checked on me as well. The true definition of Customer Service which most places lack there of. Highly recommended!

Brittney was thorough with my estimate and prepared me for where costs may change once the repair began. She kept in contact with me regularly with updates and changes. The repair looks great and I will be bringing all my future repairs to this location. Excellent service from Brittney and excellent work on the repairs!

From the moment you call for an appointment until the moment you pick up your car I received nothing but amazing customer service. All questions answered they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and my vehicle came back, not only beautifully, clean inside and out, but perfectly repaired. I highly recommend Jim Hudson on Gracern for any auto repairs you need.

So very happy with every aspect of our experience with this company! Seems to be a rarity these days to be able to comments with 100% satisfaction with companies in this industry, but Joe Hudson s Collision center is rarity of a find to us and deserves our highest rating and complements.

I m100% satisfied with Joe Hudson s Collision. They repaired my car, not only to look like nothing ever happened, they did it in four days. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. They fixed my front bumper without a problem, it was fast enough service, wished they would continue to accept me but they stopped doing business with Progressive, whatever the problem is between the companies Joe Hudson will always get 5 stars from me because they re trustworthy and the man of their word! UPDATE: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION unless you get EVERYTHING in writing before it goes to insurance claims!! We are now being chased by State Farm, claiming the repairs were never authorized and that the car should have been totaled. There is no proof that SF ever gave clearance for the repairs. We have yet to determine if we can even re-insure this car with a salvage title. Needless to say we are beyond LIVID!!Car repairs are great!! And it is super clean!! Staff is very pleasant and courteous as well. Also, they smoothy handled our rental car process as well. Lastly, JH was the only place we could find that did not have us waiting well into Sept/Oct for repairs.My one issue is communication. We were not given the final estimate for review before it was sent to the insurance company. The car was almost totaled as a result of that figure being close to $3k more than what we were originally given. And I did not appreciate waiting all day three times on completion dates only to call myself and be told it was not ready. The 2x a week text updates were not useful at all as they only confirmed completion dates that fell through. I understand parts issues. I do not understand leaving the customer in the dark when they arise. I will say that this improved the last week of waiting after several complaints.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My girlfriend dropped her car off here June 28th and was told it would be ready July 15 and they would call if there were any issues. They never called. She called July 14 and they told her it wouldn t be ready yet. It would be ready July 27. She called two weeks ago and they told her they were painting the parts. She just called today to make sure it would be ready tomorrow and they told her it would not be. That the parts just came in this morning. The same parts they claimed to be painting two weeks ago. They also never called her to let her know anything at all. When we called the owner told us her adjuster, Roger, was on vacation but had been calling her with updates. That was a lie. She had never received a call from Roger or anyone from here with any information. The owner then told us that no parts had came in today, even though we had just been told that s why it wasn t ready because the parts just came in THAT MORNING. He claims the lady who said that was mistaken. They have no idea when the car is going to be ready (it was supposed to be ready 12 days ago) and my girlfriend is out over 1,000$ in rental car fees when she could have been driving her car this entire time waiting on the parts. They still have her car and they ve been absolutely no help with an idea of when it will be done. Every person gives a different story. I cannot stress enough how much you DO NOT want to take your car here. Unless you want them to hold onto it for longer than needed and have your adjuster never call you, go on vacation, and lie and say they have called you. Again, I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS.

Had to get replacement exterior mirror cover for my car painted to match the car. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. Came back quick and a very fair price. They've also done other body work on our other cars. Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Friendly and courteous from the moment you walk in the door. I called my insurance company and suggested they tell others to use Joe Husdons. While getting other estimates all over town, no one could get to my repairs until end of Sept to end of Nov. Joe Hudson got me in in a week and was without my car for 4 days. Great job with keeping us updated on where our car was during the repair chain. 5 stars just aren't good enough. Thanks Tom W.for your patience and upfront honestly!

The work took quiet a long time due to replacement part issues.. I had to take the car back 3 weeks later because of water coming into the car. My floorboards in both of the back seats were soaked and water on the right rear seat. Something had not been correctly installed. They were supposed to have cleaned the seat of the water stains. I stay away from reviews, but this one was necessary. We had a fender bender that was repaired through the other drivers insurance. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were given documentation saying we had 90 days if something fell apart or went wrong. We took our truck back because the edge seems we re coming apart and because we couldn t prove the work was done to maintain stability, they refused to do anything. I m addition to that, one gentleman proceeded to bang on the bumper so hard that it made the one good side come apart a little. My husband was furious, but we elected to bite our tongues and walk away before more tensions began to rise. Needless to say, we will still have to come out of pocket to repair work that was poorly done in the beginning. Prior to this, the old bumper took a licking and kept on ticking, so I m inclined to believe it was poorly repaired. **We HIGHLY recommend not patronizing this establishment unless you re ok with a company that doesn t keep their word and abrasively dismisses your concerns regarding repairs.

They worked with me to keep my Tacoma. I love my truck and it should have been a total loss but they took the time to make sure my truck came home. He is almost as perfect as he was before the accident. They would have made him perfect but with a limited edition truck some of the parts are not made anymore so it was no fault on them. Thank you to the crew at this shop for taking such good care of Kelso and understanding the love I have for him.

Staff very friendly, and work was quick . Only problem I had was they missed a spot on the front bumper I called and they fixed it same day. My radiator gauge was going going up the hot but they checked it out as well and called dodgeland to see if that was normal for and stated if it did it again to bring it back because the gauge don't go up to hot when they drove it on the interstate. So my experience was great!

Joe Hudson's team did an amazing job on my 2019 Beetle. It had received severe front end damage and I was scared it was unsalvageable, but they really stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond! It runs like nothing ever happened, the paint is flawless, and she looks like new again! They kept me updated the entire time, let me know time lines and what the expect, and anytime something came up I was the first person to be informed! They do an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair done! I took my car there to get some damage from an accident repaired. It took longer than expected because they found more damage than they first expected. Then they received the wrong part and when they received the right part it was the wrong color and had to be painted. So a 3 day repair turned into 10.They did a good job though and I'm satisfied with the repairs.

Used to be Carolina Paint & Body. Growing up my dad knew the owner real well, and that was the only shop we went to. Now, they'll low ball their price just to get you in the door, only to surprise you with "unexpected" items that they didn't mention before or check to see prior, and charge you even more. This has been a difficult review to make, as I still know a few people that work there still. But after witnessing this in person, I would prefer to take my vehicle elseehere, just to avoid the hassle.
