Called during after hours for roadside & after getting a spiel of them putting a hold on my credit card and this stuff I agree to it. He then tells me he would have to get my info and then we can get a tech out and we can get pricing in the morning. Who orders roadside service without knowing what it will cost?!

Flat tire on I-65 Whiteland Tire & Fleet Service had what I needed at a fair price and back on the road in 45 minutes. Cannot say enough great things about them. Great service! 5 stars hands down!

I bought a set of steer tires for my simi truck, only lasted 17,000 miles. $800 waisted!! Had to get new tires out on the road. I bought them back to Joe, he said they will have the tire mfg to look at them. I've called them over &over. They won't tell me anything. Bad business to deal with. I really can't believe they don't care about customers.

So far a 1 star is nice. We had a tire put on and less that 24hrs later it is junk. We are not over loaded, have not had brake failure, have not hit anything. All things we were accused of in the phone conversation. We still have not received our invoice and it has been over 24hrs. I called and asked for it seeing how they put a $750 hold on our credit card, which they said they didn't. I checked...it is there and being held. It seems they know were are from out of state and maybe thought we would just take it. I am not sure. I would be cautious using this company. They were prompt to show up and did good work as far as we thought. Follow through and customer service is poor.

Needed a spare put on my trailer, in and out about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for your truck and trailer tires, last time I was through I used Love's and was there 12 hrs for 2 tires, Jim Whiteheads best one from now on.....

Great experience. My daughter is a student at USC and I live out of town. They were awesome. Made it a very easy and smooth transaction. I highly recommend them.

Went to get my alternater checked and an interstate car battery since the Interstate store on Garners Ferry Rd closed down. Owner wasn't available for special pricing but the staff checked my truck and determined the battery was the problem. They gave me a price and installed a battery at a much lower price than I had expected. About the time they were finishing the manager got out of the meeting. He verified that the price was including a substantial discount yet just wanted me to be satisfied and talk with him personally any time I need work on my vehicles. They will be getting my business in the future. I was well pleased with the positive and fast service I received.

These guys work mostly on fleet vehicles, but they popped up on my phone as closest to me so I gave them a call. I told them I was looking for a full alignment first thing, so I could be on the road for a camping trip by noon. This also included throwing on the new wheels and tires I already had mounted and balanced. Again, they do mostly fleets, and I had just gotten a lift the day before. They said they could knock it out and they did it, the whole time not acting like it was an inconvenience for them. By all means, dont just assume they are fleet only! They WILL help you, and you will go back anytime guaranteed! I only take my truck to the best places, and its about that time I pay them another visit!

I recently took one of my fleet vehicles here for an alignment because I had a blow out. Turns out I did not not need an alignment they gave me a printout to show me everything was fine. You can't put a price on honesty! I did end up buying new tires for the rear axles.

They replaced the tire on my work truck, but they definitely didn't have any sense of urgency, nor was anyone overly friendly.

We take our fleet of vehicles here for maintenance. The staff here is friendly and they take care of you with minimal wait time. We do call and schedule appointments so I'm not sure how long the wait would be for walk ins.

Charged for thing they never did. Said the put new bearinf on front. A month later found out they did replace what they said. Right front bearing were never replaced. I was day away from tire falling off. This wasn't the first time
