Great customer service. Sam the service rep did a wonderful job taking care of getting my car serviced. He kept me informed on progress. Service was completed in timely manner.Would definitely be going to him with my next service. Thanks to Darryn as well for great customer service. Friendly and great attitude!

Tanner from Jim Hudson Lexus of Columbia is Excellent!He was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. He was patient, responsive, helpful and respectful. This location is awesome with friendly service providers who love what they do and they care about their customers. I would recommend anyone!

Tanner did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and of understanding our needs. He answered all of our questions honestly and respectfully. Our service technician also did a thorough job of inspecting the car and explaining issues during the video inspection. Overall, a great experience.

Last week I took my vehicle to Jim Hudson Lexus to take a look at my sunroof. Erik greeted me right away with a huge smile. We sat in his office and discussed the issue. Once we finished he escorted me to the waiting area where I sat and waited for the service techs to check my car. It wasn't very long before they were finished. It was a simple fix and I was back on the road in no time. Erik was absolutely amazing I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing and makes you feel like family while he is doing it.My experience was fantastic. Thank you Erik!!!

This was my first visit and I am thoroughly impressed! From the technology technician to the service department with Tanner was A-1. When the service on my car was completed,Tanner took the time to explain what was done and what the next service steps would be. Oh and the technology technician Jacob was superb too. Even though we couldn t get the app working he put in the ticket and made sure I was aware of the process. Thank you for that Jacob.

Always so happy to help and very accommodating. I had my car serviced and they came to pick my car up almost 2 hours away at my home and then gave me a wonderful loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced and repaired. They even brought it back to me where they picked it up from, such a life saver! Wonderful service and the only dealership I have had to offer this service !!

Erik has been my service advisor several times and he is absolutely great! I really feel like I m talking to a friend when working with him. He all but makes me forget the invoice shock for routine maintenance when it s time to pay but I happily pay every time because I know and trust my vehicles are in the best of hands and care. Thanks a million Erik & the rest of the Jim Hudson team. As long as my vehicles have wheels, I will be rolling your way!!

Danny, thanks for providing the high level of customer service and support we enjoy during each visit. In our opinion if we invest in an high quality vehicle such as a Lexus, the expectations are high quality service and support. We've experiences with other dealerships, both maintenence and sales. We prefer Jim Hudson LEXUS. Thanks Danny, for continuing to maintain the level of standards Jim Hudson Lexus has provided to us for more than 13 years. They ve always been great and I really appreciate the loaner vehicles they offer. This last time I had a service request for something odd that I thought I heard. Jared listened and agreed to have it checked. Turns out I was right and they were able to fix it.

Danil is absolutely the best!!!!! I ve had my RX for approximately 2 years and my experience from start to finish has been phenomenal, but I again would have to say Danil is top tier. He is very responsive even on his days off. He is professional, prompt, informative, and he always treats me and my family with respect! I have referred other friends and family members to Jim Hudson and as long as things continue as they have I plan to be a long term customer.

Danny Chupek was very attentive to my service needs. When I asked to purchase some touch up paint for my door trim he investigated and found that the door trim protective strips were nicked and not the paint. He proceeded to apply new strips on his own which demonstrated to me he takes ownership in his service role. I really appreciate that and he is my primary contact for service needs in the future.

Jim Hudson has Great Customer Service from the time you enter into the building until you depart. I love it how they take good care of their patrons who are waiting on their vehicles from being serviced or purchasing a vehicle. They have an open kiosk with variety drinks cold and hot; plenty of yummy snacks. If you need to work and need internet/computer, yes they have a space for you. If you would like to watch TV they have a place for you. Everything is just so nice and clean. I appreciate Dan C. for his Awesome customer service and to my special car salesman, Ashley Thompson, whom sold me 3 cars, she literally ROCKS!!! I advise anyone who is looking for a reliable and quality vehicle, please stop by Jim Hudson Lexus on Killian Rd. Oh yes, they stand behind all of their vehicles and services you won't be disappointed. JUST ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE Service: Oil change

Although I was not a regular customer of Melvins, when I arrived at Hudson Lexus, he immediately took care of me. Got me all checked in. Got me a loaner car and sent me on my way. Called me when my service was complete. Went back in very efficiently, checked out, I was so pleased with the service Melvin provided.

I just have to say that my service advisor Daniel is absolutely the best, he keep my informed on the process with my vehicle being fixed. His communication was by far the best I have ever experienced with a dealership. An tyler my tech, the video he sent on my service was amazing it was kind he took his time to share this with me an he took care not to get my car dirty. Thank you both.. I would highly recommend you both for a vehicle needs. This past week I had a great service experience with Jim Hudson Lexus. They addressed my concern with care and kept me informed for several days while waiting on a part.Tanner, my service advisor, was pleasant and professional along with the other staff. I recommend Jim Hudson Lexus as a third time customer.
