My loyalty over the past several years was demolished today.I went in for an oil change.5.7 quarts of synthetic blend.I was not happy with the fact that they vacuum the oil out of the engine.I was told that it is because if there's ever a leak at the drain plug they know it wasn't their fault.I later found out about some lawsuits that have occurred because of techs not replacing the drain plugs. (Not this location)I used the stay in your car service intentionally. No pricing on the walls, but I have been coming here for so long that I knew it was about $35-$40.In fact, the Midas next door is running a special for the same oil change for $24.99 + tax but I chose Jiffy Lube because I wanted to stay in my vehicle.To my surprise and anger, the tech came back with a price of $109!After a long argument I ended up paying $71 just to get out of there.Needless to say, what they gained today by ripping me off they will lose over time without my business.With 4 cars at our house and the information being passed onto others it shouldn't take long.I will say that the techs working on my vehicle were fast and courteous.

Quite literally the worst experience I ve ever had with car maintenance. I called ahead of time and was told I would be out in 15mins. That promised quickly turned into a well over 2hr experience of nothing but sitting in my car on the track. Come to find out they did not even as much as have the necessary resources to carry out my transmission fuel change. I waited so long my blood sugar was dropping. A young man there was kind enough to offer me a snack. This is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. Thankfully I was given a small discount as an apology for my inconvenience.

Absolutely the worst and probably most expensive place to go for an oil change. I brought my car in and had the oil replaced. Approximately two weeks later I noticed there was oil on my garage floor. I called Jiffy Lube and was told to bring it by, which I did and then I was told they could not tell where the oil was coming from that it might be the oil pan gasket and I was sent away. When I got a chance, I brought it to another service center that said they would need to run the UV dye to know exactly where the oil leak was coming from. Since I don't put many miles on the car, they said to bring it back after a couple of weeks to let it circulate. I did this and they said it was the oil drain plug that was leaking. I called Jiffy Lube and was instructed to bring it back in again, so I did. When I got there, the tech looked at it and after cleaning the oil off and then running the car a little it was confirmed again that it is the oil drain plug that is leaking. I was told that if I did the tech a 'favor' and went to the dealer and got a new drain plug that he would replace it and they would also cover the cost of the plug. The closest dealer is quite a ways away but I needed this taken care of, so I made the trip and brought back the plug with the invoice. Then I was told they needed to call the manager and after speaking with her they told me she was her way in. Once she finally got there and spoke to someone on the phone for a while and also went out into the shop for a while, she told me that they didn't touch the drain plug so they were not going to replace it. After wasting a large part of the day I was basically told that even though the drain plug was leaking right after an oil change that Jiffy Lube would do nothing for me at all despite lying to me and telling me they would. I informed the manager that I would be putting in a complaint with corporate and also make sure to post reviews detailing my experience. She flat out refused to give me her full name after I said I would be putting in a complaint with corporate which I have already done. If you want somewhere that stands behind their work, then I would highly suggest going elsewhere. There are lots of places around that are cheaper so you would think you would get the best service when you pay a premium but that is definitely not the case. I just hope this review spares some other people from my experience. Now I need to take this to a mechanic to make sure they did not strip the threading of the oil pan causing a much bigger problem which appears to be the reason she said they would not replace the oil plug. They are obviously worried about a bigger repair bill. One of the reviews mentioned a lawsuit about oil plugs with Jiffy Lube which after this does not surprise me at all. If it does end up being something more serious then I will certainly be looking at my options to pursue this in other ways.So basically, a tech admits responsibility committing to rectify the problem and then the manager refuses to follow through on that even after I went and got the part for them. A part that I was told would also be reimbursed and never was. Now the manager is clearly grasping at straws trying to make excuses in order to refuse to fix the problem.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone worked together to get me out quickly. Great job! The waiting area was clean and there were snacks available for free. I will return!

This was my first time coming to jiffy lube for an oil change and Kenny was the best! I called earlier in the day and he was so nice and helpful over the phone and was the exact same in person when I arrived. The service was fast and the customer service couldn t have been better. Found my new oil change + services.Stopped this morning (9.5.23) for a differential flush and instead of, sure we will take care of that for you, this guy asked me what year my car was and how many miles on it, I told him and he says you don t need that service right now.Is good to see that honesty still exists.You just got a new customer.Forgot to mention that this two guys are friendly and with a good sense of humor.

Service was amazing! I was Serviced by Kenny and he was extremely impressed at his knowledge, service and advice he gave me. He got me in quickly and informed me about the services he was doing on my car and why. He also vacuumed out my car judgement free lol 10/10 highly recommend! I've used this Jiffy lube for the past 3 services for my vehicles. The staff is usually phenomenal. This time, a man kept staring at me suspiciously through the window. I felt something was off, I look through my compartment and my check book is missing. I've already closed them out with the bank, but seriously!?! I even left the book on the center console so nobody had to go through my compartments for anything. This guy was looking for something to steal. Complete trash! And as I look through, I'm missing a few dollar bills from my center console. Taking food from me and my kid. You're going to get yours, right? See you around.-But the main guy on the team is awesome at his job. Let's not get that twisted. It just seems that he needs better help.Service: Oil change

Came in at 1:30 to get rear brakes replaced. After about an hour, I was informed I needed my brake caliper replaced. The guy behind the desk told me it would be another 10 minutes for the part to arrive which was about 2:45. (It should have been assessed what all was needed at the time the brakes were ordered) After another hour of waiting, I asked one of the technicians for an update on the part and was told someone went to Autozone on Two Notch to pick it up. O'Reilly is right up the street though. At any rate, it is now almost 5:00 and I'm still waiting! Nobody has come to give me an update and my patience is wearing thin. I will not be back.Update...finally left about 5:20. Guy says there's air coming from under the hood but they've bled all the brake lines and there's nothing else he can do! My brakes are damn near to the floor and it wasn't like that when I brought it in. My handbrake also doesn't have any tension when pulling it up when it did before. Most expensive oil change ever. Quoted a price of $89 for full synthetic. With a $12 off coupon it came to $92. Was out of town and in a hurry as I was a good 1,000 miles over my change time and had a limited window of time to get it done. Never again Jiffy. The dealer charges $60 with a tire rotation. No true up front pricing, hidden add on and constant foolish up selling. Actually wanted me to pay $15 more for a engine flush as I was over my oil change mileage. Had to remind them it was synthetic. The car is under warrant else I could let it go 10k. Fool me onceService: Oil change

The service was awesome here!!! They found a major problem with my tire (it was splitting and had a large bulge). The owner took the time to show me the tire, explain what was happening, and answer all my questions. I felt respected and heard. As a woman, I don't commonly feel that in the car care industry. A++++ I can't recommend this Jiffy Lube enough!

Store manager, Steve, was extremely helpful and very professional! I live in Charleston told him my oil was low and then I had a scheduled maintenance coming up and didn t want do a full oil change. He suggested topping it off so that I could get home safely. He got the job done quickly and efficiently! Great experience!

I was stranded at the laundromat next door with my three year old grandson. I walked over to see if they can help me. Immanuel came over and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. I was going through a great deal of other issues, and he assured me that it will be alright. Jiffy Lube is blessed to have this young man on their team. I was a Service Advisor for nine years at a Honda dealership, where customer service is our culture. Immanuel is definitely the type of employee who will fit in at Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort. Great experience this morning! They really were in-depth when it came to doing an overall i inspection on my vehicle. They also explained my options in a way that I could understand them. Great service, great workers. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change.

Had a great experience at the Hardscrabble location. They were attentive, kind, efficient and got us in and out. And because we had to go out of our way from our normal dealer they even offered an additional service on the house. Wonderful staff.

Super nice and efficient staff. We were a ways away from home and had issues with our oil level due to our dealership screwing up. They solved our issue and got us cleaned up and out quick. Highly recommend this team!

Super friendly staff, professional attitude, and got our vehicle done in less than 20 minutes. The 20% military discount is pretty nice as well. Plus, they're open on Sundays. I will definitely continue business at this Jiffy Lube.
