Been getting my oil changed here for over 3 years. The staff is always respectful and remember me. They are quick, have good prices and make the overall experience enjoyable for an oil change! Great Jiffy Lube location!

Kenny and his team were fantastic! I had some questions about something I had little experience in and they were happy to help me through the process. They topped off my fluids and let me know about some potential upcoming maintenance I might need to watch out for, but didn t try to pressure me or upsell anything. Usually I just randomly pick a Jiffy Lube when I need something done, but I ll be going to this location from here on.

Went to this location for first time today. Had a coupon for 50% off but was unable to use it. Manager (Kenny) figured out a way to get me nearly as much with a different offer. Alex and other guys did a great job and even tried to fix my washer fluid issue. Happy with the service and smiles.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It is CRIMINAL that this place doesn t have a 5 star rating! I always have the best experience coming here. They always let you know what issues you have, how they re going to go about fixing them and they will work with you in every way possible. Some of the most generous people work here, literally everyone is nice. Special shout out to Montario and Kenny because they really helped me get my baby fixed, nothing but gratitude.

Mike and Britton were very professional and courteous. Mike spent a little extra time explaining how I can make my oil change last a bit longer in between services. They both did a great all around job.

The tech didn't replace all the oil and my engine almost locked up. Luckily I had since to check the oil as soon as I heard the knocking. This cost me nearly $500 to replace cylinder 3 spark plug. I have been a regular customer of this location for about 7 years now, but I will never be a customer again or refer anyone. So disappointing and costly.

The service was very quick, the store manager talked to me personally on what services I needed done. The entire staff were super friendly and made my time here as comfortable as possible. Staff was professional and very courteous. Came in for an oil change, and it was quick and easy . recommended an oil system cleaner, which was definitely needed after driving from CO to SC in 3 days .Thanks again Kenny .

Way way way to expensive compared to other fine factories. I feel like I was taken to the cleaners. I do not plan to go again. Many other places cost half as much.

Very unprofessional customer service whoever Kay Tucker is, the manager, at this particular store needs to be fired, she's super ghetto and a liar.I have already submitted a complaint. Basically without writing a book on this site, Came from jiffy lube, and 3 minutes later, turned the car off to go in the store, came back out and it wouldn't start . Completely not start it's ridiculous! Had to wait 3 hours for AAA to come, out at our expense, to tow home.After contacting the store to let them know what happened, "literally" around the corner. K.Tucker said she was busy and she would come when she could, of course the store closes at 7:00 she came about 6:30 after being out there all that time. She just came outand poured Coke on the battery and left. Never offered a solution to the problem never offered, " well let's get it back to the store and see if we did something wrong" or "Missed"somethingNope, just left . Rude and dumbI promise you guys if somebody doesn't respond to my complaint via, my email address or phone,which both I enclosed in my complaint . My lawyers will be taking over this. There is an array of charges of uncompleted tasks on this jiffy lube receipt, that were not done. They just listed them as"completed".Up and down the Google review list you guys have nothing but negative reviews, and the ones that are positive are probably fake or K. Tucker was off that day .

The employees here are very nice, so it's a shame I have to leave a bad review. I came here for a basic oil/filter change and had immediate issues as soon as I rolled out the parking lot. I left a survey and the manager tried to say that my issues were due to my bad O2 sensor. I've had a million bad O2 sensors, this is not the issue.Well, I'm currently sitting on the side of the road waiting to be picked up because my car is billowing white smoke and will not accelerate. They may have possibly overfilled my oil - I'll update as soon as I find out. It's just infuriating that they refuse to take responsibility for damaging my car. Do NOT come here.Update: yep, too much oil. Here's a photo for reference. Possible engine damage too. If they push back on this, I'll be glad to grab my lawyer!

Awful experience with this store and the Jiffy Lube customer service team.Brought my vehicle in for an oil change just before 3:00pm. That was literally all I wanted done. They called me back about an hour and a half later. I figured the work was done and it was time to pay...nope, they've been "inspecting" the vehicle the entire time and haven't even changed the oil yet. I agreed to two of several services offered with the understanding that the job would be finished in the next 15 minutes. I paid for the services and waited some more. At the 20 minute mark, I told them I really needed to leave, as I had been here two hours already and had another appointment elsewhere scheduled for 5:00pm. I assumed bringing the vehicle at 2:45pm would allow plenty of time for a simple oil change. They told me just a few more minutes...finally at 4:50pm, I told them to stop what they were doing because I absolutely needed to get on the road.At this point -- after they had the vehicle in their shop for over two hours -- they said, "just give us a minute, all we have to do is put the oil in the tank."Which begs the question....WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST TWO HOURS?!I told them forget the oil, just stop what you're doing and give me the keys -- I needed to be on the road ten minutes ago, I'll sort out the refund later. Ended up missing my appointment anyway.As if this wasn't enough of an inconvenience, the customer service team who "investigated" the case refused to provide any sort of reimbursement or compensation following this incident. I received the following message:"After careful consideration and reviewing this case, I m not going to be able to provide a full refund like you are requesting. It appears that the store did the work and you acknowledged it, as well as signed for the work. I m willing to provide a gift certificate for the bad customer service you received, but I will need a mailing address. The only last resort I have if you truly want to fight for a full refund is I could schedule you to come back to the store and have the district manager check the parts that were replaced. We order certain parts from certain manufacturers, and we have a way of seeing if it is our parts. If it is indeed our parts, then I wouldn t be able to provide the refund. If it s not, then we can speak about the full refund and the district manager will be terminating employees. It s just not our typical business practice not to do the work have the customer to pay ahead of time or in the middle of us doing the work with out their acknowledgement, and from what we ve seen it doesn t appear that was done."If the customer service team had actually watched the surveillance cameras, they would have seen that I clearly paid for the services before they were completed. Interestingly, when I pressed the customer service representative to explain to me exactly what the Jiffy Lube staff was doing between 2:45pm and 4:50pm if they weren't changing the oil as requested, she was not able to provide any sort of legitimate explanation.Jiffy Lube -- rest assured this review will be posted everywhere and a complaint is being filed with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Franchise Advisory Council and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. Needless to say, I won't be returning to any Jiffy Lube location again.Customers -- go literally anywhere else for your oil changes.

Decide not to come there any more. My vehicle was only 30k in mileage but they persuaded me to use full synthetic!Price has gone up too much. $100 for an oil change. It used to be $74 for the same service. After I used a coupon I found the price was $109. Time to learn how to do your own oil change! I did a synthetic oil change and they played a trick- putting a sticker of next oil change of every 5000 miles on my windshield. As you know a synthetic one lasts at least 7500 miles. If you don t pay attention, you ll change your engine oil way too early and fall into the trap. Sounds like a scam for someone silly like me!

I went here to get an oil change and a new battery. Karolina was one of the friendliest and most high energy jiffy lube employees I ve ever met. I ve been to several and nobody does it better than he does. Once he got the confirmation from my leasing company to do what he could do it was done and it was done well and quickly. I really appreciate all the work that they put in. They were very professional and made me leave with a smile.Service: Oil change

My experience was okay. Customer service wasn't that great. I understand it was a Sunday morning, and no one wants to work, but the grim faces and unfriendly attitudes were a bit off-putting. And basically made me feel like they didn't want to work on my car because it's an older car (and old beater). They managed to tell me 3 times before they even got it in the bay that if there were any leaks or issues they wouldn't give me an oil change and I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for service. So, I waited and got my oil changed because I didn't want to hit the road and travel without one.Otherwise, no real issues. Got the oil change, and my car is running fine. But I think next time I go for an oil change on a Sunday, I'll wait an hour (I was there at 9:15am) til somewhere else opens at 10am to get my oil changed for less and with better service.

I took my truck to Jiffy Lube last year for an oil change. No problem. I went back in January. The manager told me he was going to refuse me service because my truck had too much oil in it. He said the valve cover gasket was leaking. I informed him I never added any oil to the vehicle. I took it to Professional Tire and Radiator on Main St. He said there were no leaks, and it didn t have too much oil in it. He changed the oil for $50. I ll never go back to Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change
