You have to see it to believe it. I strongly suggest you give LR Columbia a call. I ve been working with two dealers in ATL and Juan and Steve are head and shoulders above. They just get it done. Their problem-solving skills, genuine spirit and professionalism are a model for the LR dealership community. I appreciated the experience, and since I drove from 160 miles away, the dinner spot recommendations. Brothers & Beer is worthy, Juan!

My entire experience at JLR Columbia was great! Friendly, polite staff with exceptional service. Fair negotiations, quick sales process and very little wasted time. The only dealership I have EVER been in that I actually enjoyed the experience! Would highly recommend! My wife loves my Rover and now she wants one, we will be back!

We had the best experience here, our salesman Darryl Cruel was amazing, he put every effort into making our purchase perfect, he devoted all of his attention to us and made us feel taken care of. My salesman Juan couldn t have been any better. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and seemed incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn t a Jaguar or Land Rover. This was probably the smoothest buying experience I ve ever had. The sales manager Blake, finance manager Amita, and GM were all great to work with as well. I would highly recommend checking this dealership out for a new or used vehicle!

Very disappointed once again! Visited a year ago and had issues with the service women. Now new staff and even worst! Was calling since Monday for an oil change non stop phone rung out and left several messages. No call back! Today I tried one last time, had the pleasure to speak with James D'amico to schedule an oil change. I first addressed calling since Monday and he failed to answer, then I asked could he schedule me for an oil change and he did that but I have to wait until Dec 5th! Hung up called Jaguar dealership in Charlotte was scheduled for the next day. You guys need to do much better problem!

Terrible service department. Hard to get timely appointments. Mis-diagnoses issues and tries to charge thousands of dollars to fix something that s not broken. Poor communication. Rushes through service and leaves parts unattached. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

For the past 3 times I sent my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and recalls I ve asked that the dings (covered under my warranty) be fixed. When I bought the car I paid for additional warranty to cover door dings, tires, and key replacements. No dings were fixed after I mentioned all of this to them. They even kept my car over night because the guy had to continue to repair the dings . They sent someone other than the guy I corresponded with to deliver my car back to me. The guy hurried and left. I looked at my car and NOTHING had been done to the dings.

This is an awful dealership and has soured my experience on Land Rover as a brand.They rarely answer the phone (unless you call sales), and the parts department does not return phone calls. I spent $11K in repairs on my LR4 between Feb 2022 and Feb 2023, and it still runs terribly.Since spending that much on dealership repairs still didn't get the job done, I found a new Land Rover mechanic. Guess what? They don't answer his phone calls either.

I m usually a very patient person. But, I tried for three days to speak with someone in the service department to schedule service for my truck. Even left a message. Never received a call and no one ever picked up. I ll go back to Jaguar of West Ashley. They value customers.Update:I had to change my review. Giving the staff five stars for rectifying the mixup with customer service. The service was excellent. Everyone was so professional and I would recommend this location for your Jaguar needs.This location is under new management. Very attentive. The location is neat and clean.

As soon as we arrived at the dealer. Juan greeted us. Juan was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We already knew the vehicle we were there to see and test drive. There was no pressure to buy. There was no ridiculous mark up dealership price. The process was simple and painless. We purchased the vehicle and we re extremely happy with our purchase. It was worth the drive from Aiken to Columbia. Thank you again Juan.

Took a family member s F-Type in for service and was really impressed with the team at the service department. Shout out to the nice lady who checked us in (missed her name!) Katherine, Devan, the service shop (didn t get to meet the tech), detail team who washed it. Very good visit, and price was reasonable. Will be back! Jason

Updated 9/15/2024: After dropping my wife s card here on 8/14 I was called days later to let me know something happened to the key and it is no longer working. Not my problem, because it was working when I dropped the car off. So fast forward to 32 days later we go to pick the vehicle up and the steering wheel is locked, and the check engine light came on. What a complete waste of time. Would have been nice to get a loaner vehicle, but it s funny how they never have any available. Was planning on spending 6 figures on a new Land Rover, but that money will not be spent with this dealership. Worst dealership ever. To have 4 stars with the incompetency that I have witnessed is absurd. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Lastly, I have called the GM Steven Bell twice. and never received a call back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.This place was once great, but after being acquired by JTs Kia the service here is horrible. Not the same Land Rover mechanics. Just got an oil change, rotate and balance and now a service light is on. Not happy that I have to bring it back. Called and left a message, but no one ever called me back and that was a week ago.

OK, I am not normally one to write reviews and normally am not impressed very easily. BUT, I took my Jag in for its first service earlier this week and was SO IMPRESSED. It was a combination of so many things...a mechanic who struck me as very honest and forthright, a service liaison who was so very accommodating (she even walked my elderly mom who is 82 to the car, which she left running with the AC on so Mom would not be hot). Then there was the comfortable waiting area stocked with free snacks and drinks. The whole building was also so clean. The bathroom was spotless. The service manager even remembered me from over a year ago. I do suppose that none of these things on their own would amount to anything noteworthy. But, when you sum all of this up...I can honestly say that my experience was OVER THE TOP GREAT.

We purchased our car here in 2020 (great experience). My 40K service could not have been better! Easy to schedule, very friendly, great staff! The extra help at the end of my service to make sure everything was working properly was unexpected! Completely satisfied and will be back - to buy again and for service!

Buy your next Land Rover from Gm Steven Bell and Columbia Land Rover ! I brought a 22 defender last year with the old ownership and I had a bad experience and I was contacted recently by the new Gm (Mr. Bell) personally and he treated me like I was family instead of a deal packet! He personally greeted me at the dealership at the FRONT door step and fixed the problem immediately! It was the BEST customer service I ever received in my life !!!! He went above and beyond to make sure ALL of my needs were met and personally walked me in to the service drive and even drove me to my destination HIMSELF! While my vehicle was in service! He even sat me down and took time out of his day to ask me about me past experience and apologized again for the past experience I had ! I highly recommend you come and buy your next land rover here. I know I will come back again for a 2023 new body style rover soon ! Thanks again to Steven and Land Rover of Columbia !! Sincerely a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I ve had great experiences here. I ve brought my f-pace for regular maintenance and more recently to fix a coolant problem. Each time they have been thorough with communication and everyone is very friendly. They have done a great job getting my car back in shape & in a timely manor! Thank you!

The experience I had with this dealership from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal! I d been in the market to purchase a vehicle for a few weeks and I was at my absolute wits end! I worked with Jonathan at this establishment and from the time I scheduled an appointment to test drive my vehicle of interest to the very moment he placed the car keys in to my hand, his professionalism & attention to detail was unmatched! I m elated with my purchase & I m thankful to have worked with Jonathan who is an absolute beacon of light at this dealership!

I booked the first complementary service (18,000 miles) for my wife's Jaguar XJL at Jaguar Columbia. As I live some 60 miles away, I planned to drive over and wait for the service to be finished, rather than to drop off the car and return later.I was2 hours late for my appointment - my fault, I got the date wrong - but I was greeted with smiles and assurances that it was not a problem.They directed me to a very comfortable , well equipped lounge area to wait, where I enjoyed snacks and drinks whilst working on my laptop.Within just over an hour I was called to the service manager's office to be told that the car was ready, service complete and washed and vacuumed.Overall a very satisfactory experience. I would certainly recommend Jaguar Columbia.

Great service. Not pushy, didn t push hard to sell me things I didn t need for a used vehicle, very professional. All in all, was a rather quick experience. Luis Fernandez is hands down the best salesman I have worked with and that s saying a lot having bought and traded in over a dozen vehicles over the years. Would most certainly buy here again.

I visited the dealership on February 14, 2022 and the experience was great. Catherine and Tony from the Service Department took very good care of me. I was given updates of how the services was going throughout the time that I was waiting.While waiting for my car to be services I enjoyed a cup of tea and breakfast bar from the complimentary snack area., which was great since I did not have an opportunity to stop before I arrived at the dealership.I would recommend Jaguar Columbia to family, friends and anyone else that is in the market to purchase a jaguar.

Katherine took great care of me. Had a scheduled maintenance- oil change, brake fluid flush and cabin filter us a couple of minor adjustments that she took care of gratis.Comfortable waiting room with great coffee machine and work was done in a reasonable time with car washed and vacuumed as well.Tnx for a smooth service
