Cam was great in helping me find my new hybrid Camry. He's very personable and has a good sense of humour. The whole staff and workplace were very congenial. Most importantly, I love the car and drove away feeling good about my purchase.

My service was amazing from start to finish. Nicholas Was amazing. I got really bad news about the status of my car and he made sure I had all of the information and was informed of all of my options. He checked on me several times as I waited for my dad to arrive to pick me up. And honestly went above and beyond!

Initially, I had an issue with services rendered and went in to talk about it. They made it right and we have had good service since them.Recommend paying for 3x oil changes for $180 instead of $120 each individual time. That price is absurd for oil change and tire rotation.. but it's very reasonable of you pay for 3.. just a gimmick they have going on to ensure you keep coming back.

I took my car in for a 515 appointment today to have my car checked out for some issues I was having. The service advisor that worked with me was nice. I forgot her name, but she was great. As far as everything else I would not Recommend. When I got there with my car I know for a fact I had a MINIMUM of 100 miles ( Maybe even 115 but I ll just say 100 to give them some slack) until empty left in my gas tank. When I got back in my car to leave, I had 32 miles left until empty. I asked one of the service advisors why my gas light was on and he said because the guy working on my car test drove it, but he would have only test drove it maximum of 30 miles. I then said well something is not right because there s no way my gas light should be on. When I was on my way driving home. I also noticed most of my stuff in my passenger seat was in the back. I had a hat that was just thrown on the back floor, I also had a box of makeup that I had in my front seat that they put in the back but half the stuff in the box fell out, but they did manage to put the box back in the front seat but without picking up the stuff that fell out. I also had some things in my passenger front seat that they just left on the on the floor. I guess my concern is why there was two people going for a test drive in my car when It should only take one person to take a car for a test drive. Then just to find out all my gas was ran out is just suspicious. Just seems to me like I spent two hours there for two random people to drive my car around and run my gas out.

I ve bought all my cars, and had them serviced, at Midlands Honda for around twenty (or more?) years and have ALWAYS had outstanding service! They pay attention to details, ask the right questions and respond articulately to the questions I ask, and their service warranties have saved me a lot of money! Their cars have protected our children, have been passed along to them as they became adults, they ve endured years of carpools, sports teams and hungry passengers, have driven across the country, and we ve had NO real problems with them (a bumped fender over the years, but no mechanical problems), so I ll continue to be a loyal customer as long as they ll have me!!

Yanira Zeno was my service advisor during my last service, and she was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and provided amazing customer service. I'm very grateful that I was able to work with her, and I feel that my vehicle is running much more smoothly and safely, especially since I travel for work quite a bit and drive around often with my toddler. I highly recommend Midlands Honda Service and especially Yanira Zeno as a vehicle service advisor.

Josh reassured me that my car would be thoroughly examined and repaired. He kept me informed on what was being done and they even test drove it on the day I picked it up to be certain everything was working properly. Although the repairs were costly, Josh professionalism from start to finish made me feel it was worth it. I m happy to have my baby back and running

The Service Department did a good of taking care of me. Connor was a professional to the end. No need to but he kept apologizing for the upward pricing of the service and assured me he wished it was more he could do to reduce the price. I just appreciated his concern for me and the cost for what seemed to be something real simple. Good job Connor. I know you don t control the pricing.

Midland Honda was not my first choice for servicing my Odyssey. However I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Booking appointment was easy and quick. The service advisor Alex was courteous and knowledgeable. The best part was that he discussed the estimated work in detail with the actual pictures of current condition. He guided me what was utmost urgent and what could done later. Also Midland Honda sends those pictures and estimates via messages. Their waiting lounge is comfortable with good entertainment. There is a small separate place for kids too.

Honda has always taken wonderful care of my vehicle. My sales person, is always JIm. He has been consistently efficient to getting whatever I need done. I have never had any discomfort being in the atmosphere. The service and the people have and always have been pleasantly impressed. Excellent service!! I will remain to take my vehicle there!! Nicholas Griffin was the service rep who helped me. He was polite and friendly. He was flexible with my schedule. He responded to my questions about tire rotation and taught me something about tire tread. He also removed any concerns I had about the safety recall they handled. I was clear on what other routine services were performed and he went over the inspection list and invoice with me. Thank you Nick!

He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and gave excellent customer service and care. I have been fortunate to find an honest auto shop. Would not take my Honda anywhere but here!

Check in was very quick and easy. However, I had an appointment on a Friday and told them I would be willing to pick it up the next day. They weren't finished with the car until Monday, which was frustrating. The service itself was for a recall, so it was free which was excellent. They didn't try to sell me anything or force me to get additional services done to my car either. Overall, I would recommend, but keep in mind that it may take longer than expected.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Wonderful experience! The person checking me in was Will and he was great at providing detail information and making sure I understood the process. Getting a video of your car and what they did was pretty cool. Will definitely return there for future service issues.

This was my first time purchasing a car. Midlands Honda was great! They were willing to work with my budget and were awesome with customer service. They worked swiftly with payment and paperwork as well! The staff there is by far the best and for it to be my first car buying experience they are a 10/10. I went to a different dealership first and Midlands Honda blew them out of the water with hospitality and customer service!
