The first place I call for all my parts and the prices are unbeatable.If you don't know something they'll help you figure it out.Great customer service all around a great company to do business with.

I own a AutoBody Repair shop and have spent Thousands of dollars with HC group. With that being said I recently got defective new parts from them , broken headlights, rusting chrome bumpers 1 week old and they refuse to help with the problem. They always blame it on us saying we broke the parts etc. So now they are charging us list prices on parts saying the shipping went up. That is a lie because I got another shop to price check for me to see if they was over charging. Watch your invoices everyone! They have a Very Very bad unprofessional attitude when you question their parts quality! I will take my business elsewhere! By the way, the chrome bumper was for a restoration job and was in the original box on the shelf for 3 months. Point is, the bumper was inside my building out of the elements of the weather for 3 months! We installed the bumper as we were finishing up the restoration and parked in my yard for 1 week in the weather and the rust was running off the chrome front bumper inside and out! But H C group said it was my fault! What about the other two headlights you owe me for that you sent broken in the box that you refused to replace?!? Oh, that's my fault also! So they upped the price on all my invoices charging me more because they replaced one chrome bumper that was defective after my wife and I had to complain for 30 minutes on the phone and they blamed us for there defective part! They thought I wouldn't catch them charging me more! Their excuse was shipping went up! NO YOU LIE AND CHEAT! BAD ATTITUDE ! I buy from 20 plus different vendors and never have issues like this. All we ask is that you do the RIGHT thing and stand behind your part if it is defective. But obviously you don't do business that way.
