My husband and I have been coming to Golden Motors for years. Whether it be to buying new vehicles or for labor and parts.Kegan has always been so helpful and helped us out in ways we didn t know we could get out from being upside. His knowledge, energetic personality, and his positivity doesn t go unnoticed.I recently came in to Golden Motors to have new tires and rims put on my new Jeep Rubicon. I had so many question I didn t know where to start. Warren was the man who helped me out. Not only did we sit down and talk about best options for my Jeep, but also what look I wanted and what I expect to do with my Jeep. He took the time to show me different options for both tires and rims. My expectations were blown through the roof. Not only did they come in super quick and I was able to get them done the same week. He made sure I was happy and what to except with my new driving experience and made sure I loved it before I left.During my time with Golden Motors I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He is the Jeep Man. Chris knows all things Jeeps. It was great talking with Chris about more great option I can update my interior look and exterior. With all those great ideas he gave me, I can t wait to do more!Thank you to the amazing customer service from the first initial phone call, to the entering the building with smiling great faces, till the time I walked out. They make you feel welcomed and like family. My husband and I will continue to keep our business here for all our needs!

I had a great experience working with Warren Varnadore! From start to finish, the customer service experience was phenomenal! He showed so much enthusiasm to get the job done, it made me excited to see the finished product! I ordered a Decked drawer/shelf system to be installed in one of our work trucks! I left completely satisfied, and would highly recommend anyone to go see the professional staff at Golden Motors, you won t be disappointed!

Hands down the best place to get work done on a truck, Chris and Warren hooked me up with a rough country 3.5 lift with some 35 s. was told it would be a 2 day turnaround and it was! dropped the truck off Sunday night and got the call on Tuesday that the truck was done. They answered any questions I had and even sent videos of my truck while it was in the shop to keep me updated! i m very pleased with how the truck turned out. i d recommend this place in a heartbeat and will definitely be back!

I was referred to Golden Motors by a friend since I was relatively new to Columbia. I had just bought a new truck and knew I wanted to do something with it to better fit me, so I made a phone call. I was directed to Warren Varnadore, who couldn t have been more helpful and personable on the phone. I decided to come in later that same day for an in-person consultation with Warren. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, provided advice as needed, made contacts to suppliers on the spot, and showed me every piece and part that would go into what I was looking for. From the initial phone call, to the consultation, to the estimate, through procurement, and eventually the build, I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Warren stayed in contact via text and phone every day, and provided pictures and videos on the progress throughout the build. It s clear that Warren has a passion for what he does and the entire process went far beyond my expectations.

Absolutely the best experience. Chris and the rest of the staff are your go to guys for service. I brought my Gen 3 Tacoma in for some suspension upgrades, and boy they sure didn't disappoint. Everything from fair pricing to great customer service. They kept me informed the entire time with the process. My truck has never driven so well. Perfect set up. I'll see them for my ditch lights, and fog lights upgrade before deer season for sure.

Fantastic car buying experience! They listened to what was important to me and helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs. They had great add on options, several of which I decided to take advantage of (weather mats, ceramic coating). Keegan explained the benefits when asked but I never felt pressured to buy anything. Honestly it was so refreshing after previous less than great experiences in the past at other places. Highly recommend getting your car here!

I was hesitant to committing to finally giving my 2018 Toyota Tacoma a lift and tire upgrade, however after googling and finding Golden Motors I decided to give them a call.I initially spoke with Chris, who is with Golden Motors Service Department and explained to him via email sort of what I was looking for.Honeslty for the tire size and the lift size I was very unknowledgeable on what I actually wanted. Chris took the time to review and draft me up an initial quote and after a few emails back and forth, I came by their shop to further discuss options.Chris spent well over an hour discussing with me the various options of what could be done to my truck, and went into great detail and knowledge on each one. He kept a professional manner the entire time, did not try to upsell me or convey that more expensive was better, he simple presented me with options, and gave me his personal opinion of what he would do if this was his truck.With over 15 years of experience, I trusted Chris s opinion and went with his overall recommendation and could not have been any more satisfied. The results from Chris and his team far exceeded expectations and I highly recommend Golden Motors and their team to anyone. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and presentation is second to none.

We had Golden Motors upgrade our son's "new to him" truck with a set of tires and rims for Christmas. He thought we were just coming for a consultation, but secretly my husband had been working with Warren and Chris for over a week to pick them out and have them in stock. They went above and beyond in a million ways. From the thorough check of his existing suspension, to the videos they sent showing progress and their findings along the way, to the reveal which honestly almost made the 15 yr old cry, to the swag bag they gave him full of decals and gear, we can't thank them enough for making this such an awesome experience! The whole team there is great, but those two made it an unforgettable day for our son!

I traveled almost 9 hours to buy a Camaro from Golden motors. My experience was amazing. I did the whole deal over the phone and the salesman was great. The knowledge of the car was incredible. Our experience with this dealer was it 10. Everything was as described And went. Super smooth. The deal was phenomenal. The salesman Kegan was a great guy and drove the car onto the trailer for me. I would definitely buy from them again.

Christopher did an amazing job with inspecting my truck and explained everything that I needed. I was very confident with leaving them my truck for service and was overjoyed to get a call that it wasn't going to be as much as expected after they err further into the inspection and servicing my vehicle. That rarely happens with other service departments. They're very honest and was genuinely looking after my best interest with very fair prices. Zero complaints and most definitely will forever use them for all future services! Thank you Chris for being informative in explaining all my needs and honest. Overall great experience!!!!!

This was a great experience. I came and got my vehicle detailed for the first time, it was quite the experience. My vehicle looks pretty much brand new. That was my first thought when I looked at it when I arrived to pick it up after getting it detailed. My vehicle look like it is in great condition. My vehicle was detailed from wheel to wheel, screw to screw, door handle to door handle, window to window. I look forward to more experiences getting my car detailed. Great job !!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful experience. Christian Brothers, our regular mechanics, sent us here for a shock/strut job.Their pricing was fair, they were timely with the work and when the job took a day longer than expected, we were offered a discount...without having to ask for it.We would return there in a heartbeat and we will when the next car reaches the age of needing that type of work done.

Golden Motors Chris Guerry What and excellent experience. I called earlier this week and spoke with Chris about getting my Gladiator lifted, he was extremely helpful and very professional. Once we decided on a plan of action and set the appointment everything went exactly as planned. I dropped my Gladiator off at 8:00 AM. Chris said he would call me around 4:30 if everything went well; by 2:00pm Chris sent me a progress video , totally unexpected again fantastic customer service!!! Chris called me at 4:00pm and informed me that his team had finished my vehicle and it looked fantastic.Y all it was AMAZING. I picked up my Gladiator up at 4:30, Chris walked me out to the vehicle and explained everything that took place .AMAZING Customer Service.I have several things I plan to do in the future and I will definitely take my Jeep back to Chris and his team.Thank you Chris and your team for quality work and absolutely amazing customer service.SincerelyCliff Corley

This is the 3rd truck that Golden Motors has done for our family. They worked with my husband to get the "LOOK" that he wanted and the smooth ride that I appreciated. They even made sure that the sensors on the new tires worked with his truck. The value received for the cost is exceptional. Chris in the service department picked out the wheels for the truck and they look great. The truck looks "mean" now instead of just like any other truck on the road.

I went in for a 3.5 inch lift kit and the service done was amazing. My man Warren helped me out and showed me the best way to handle this process through his experience. I love everything about them and the service they gave me. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

I was genuinely shocked by how easy, straightforward & honest my experience was with Dex at Golden Motors. I called interested in a great truck I found online. Dex was straight up with me, kept his word, didn t care I had my own financing, and worked with me to close that day(well after hours.) I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, given my experience with other dealerships. I m happy to report it never did. I won t buy with anyone else!

I worked with Chris to install a trailer hitch and some tow hooks to my Jeep Cherokee that I recently bought. He was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process. My usual repair shop referred me to Golden because it wasn't something they did, and their recommendation was spot on. Looking forward to working with them again for my next upgrade(s). Highly recommended!

Golden Motors is the go-to place for my Truck. Chris and John treat you like family and they're work is second to none.Golden just put on a 3.5in suspension kit on my Tundra and it drives better then when I bought it. Due to the work they do, I drive over three hours to have them to do install.Thank you, Chris, for taking care of me, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Had an amazing experience thanks to Warren. Used lifted truck bought somewhere else was never right, and the dealership couldn t figure it out. Rides like a whole new truck now, Golden figured out the issue and made the perfect recommendations. Gained a new repeat customer !

MJ spotted us checking out a Miata across the way, although we didn't plan on actually shopping. Went ahead and asked about a price, and we were on to test drives.
