Todd at Giles Auto is where we take all of our vehicles for service and repairs. They are always honest, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great work at fair prices. Will be using them as long as they are open.

This is the only place I'll go for vehicle maintenance and repairs! Excellent service, they're very up front with pricing and they won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need.

I have been taking all our family cars here for 17 years and he has always done right by us. They do a fantastic job and are very reasonable. Truly honest mechanic, will even teach you a little about your car! Usually answers the phone quickly. Some friends brought their car here too and they were also happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Of note, it can be a little confusing to get to the shop. You pretty much drive through the apartment complex and then there's a gravel road between the apartment complex and the highway and that's what will get you there.

The Best Ever!!!Todd is fair priced, honest,fast service,tells you what's wrong good or bad and you can bring your own part and pay labor,or he can take care of it all.GREAT EXPERIENCES,USED him several times and never any problems..

Reasonable price for the work that was done, but I broke down a week later. Probably not the mechanic's fault, but I can't give 5 stars because of that.

My experience with Giles Auto for the last 25 to 30 years. Always good service, family friendly and they are no b.s. with automobile they work on because they treat all customers auto like it's their own. Thanks for your support and service Todd Giles

I had a problem with my car in the area while heading back to NY on a Friday afternoon. This shop was the closest to me so I stopped to see what was going on with it. Although they were full for the day he still took a few minutes to take a quick look and diagnose the problem so I could get back on the road and get home. Unfortunately I don't remember getting his name. However, I highly recommend this place. He was very honest and realistic about my options. If I lived in the area this would be my regular shop.

Todd at Giles Auto Repair is an honest mechanic that does great work. I highly recommend Giles Auto Repair. They have done a lot of work on my 2003 GMC Yukon from replacing a water pump and alternator to general diagnostics of other problems.

I cannot speak highly enough of these mechanics. In the past, my experience with other mechanics has been for them to speak to me like I have no idea what a car even is. But at Giles, from the first time I dropped my car off, Todd and Don have always explained exactly what was wrong, exactly what they would do to fix it and exactly why they were doing that. To be honest, some of it still went over my head, but overall I am more informed about my car and better able to make educated decisions.What's more, Todd and Don always go out of their way to do what is best for the client. They will tell you straight if your issue is one one you should live with because of the cost of the repair part, or if it's something that needs to be fixed right away or somewhere in between rather than trying to pad your costs and tell you that everything is an emergency. When I indicated that I couldn't spend more than a certain amount on a repair, Todd went out of his way to do extra research to make sure that, rather than getting me the best part possible like he normally would, he got me the best part for the cheapest price. I had been searching for a good mechanic in the Columbia area for about 5 years and I am so glad that I finally found these guys.

I was told bout this place by my father in law and I have to say this place I will diffently go back to . They are honest and explain the issue and solution in a way everyone can understand . Very Thorough and quick to get you back on road . I recommend to everyone !!

One word comes to mind, Scammer. Very clever at talking people into repairs that dont need to be done AND charging double to triple for them. Example-The brake job for 275? Wow! Thats a large price tag for 22 dollar brake pads. It takes all of 1 hour to do brake pads and if you put rotors on ALL 4 tires it takes an extra 5 mins per wheel. Again, Wow. I would not let my mother go back or her friends/family for nothing. Just go to a professional mechanics or a goodyear for a 2nd opinion, thats all I'm saying. It will be worth the weight in literally real gold with the money you will save.
