Galeana was able to help me after I had been turned down by several other shops due to my car being already broken down and due to other body shops not accepting 3rd party insurance companies. Turn around time was a week and half & I was satisfied with the end results. Thanks again , you guys made my experience less stressful as possible : )Service: Body & Trim

My experience and customer service I received at the shop was poor. I was patient and understanding due to Covid parts took longer than expected. There is still no excuses for the poor communication and bad service. Due to my vehicle sitting up in the shop waiting on parts my dash got messed up. John the manager still haven t reached back out to me on fixing the issue. I have paint chips around the driver side of the vehicle where it was supposedly done professionally by the shop after my accident. I have fenders that are not even snapped correctly together. Even though I took my vehicle early from the shop due to it being almost a year at the shop, it s no excuse for how my vehicle was serviced. When I took my vehicle from the shop it was only waiting on two bumper pieces and fender flare for passenger side, that should ve been missing because my accident was on my driver side. By far the worst service I have ever had.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Well we are officially Jeep owners! After ordering our Jeep, it took 7 months to get it, but it was worth the wait! Thanks for the great service and the updates through the process!Looking forward to enjoying JEEP LIFE!

Good customer service. Quality of actual work was lacking. I'm going back soon to see if they can redeem themselves, but this will be the fourth time for the same repair.

The folks at Galeana Body Shop are awesome. They were able to diagnose my damages and get me in for a quick fix! End product looked great and they even fixed some noises the dealership across the street wouldn t bother with. I recommend 10/10!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

John went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. My car has been in their shop 2 times and both times they did a great job. Everyone has been very professional and kind. My car looks great and can't tell it was ever damaged!I drive a GM vehicle but was referred to them and I am so happy I decided to use their shop.The service manager Jeff also did a great job getting my car taken care of.Thank you to all the employees who have helped getting my car repaired!Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Michaela & Amanda were amazing. They ordered the parts needed to repair my car in a timely manner, provided a fair estimate, and fixed my car within a reasonable amount of time. In a stressful situation, they put my mind at ease.I would definitely use Galeana's Body shop in the future. Wonderful genuine people are hard to find. Galeana body shop did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. When I got it back, I could not tell that it had ever been wrecked either in the car s appearance or in the way it drives. The staff there are also amazing. They were very kind, very helpful, and very understanding any time I called to check on the status of my repair (special shoutouts to Makayla and John). If your car needs repair, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for the quality of their work and the quality of their staff.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

This is the second time I used galeana body shop to repair one of my vehicles. I didn t consider going anywhere else, I just called and asked for service and was told to bring the car right over. They gave me an estimate that was provided to the insurance company. There was nothing I had to do to have the car repaired. They even handled the rental car for me. The repairs were completed in no time, John handled everything. The car looks like new. Can t even tell the car was painted. Amazing quality of work and all I did was drop off the car and pick it back up. They did everything else. These guys are fantastic and I ll never go anywhere else. It was a real pleasure working with John Elke, Collision Center Manager and Michaela Hood in the office. Both are very professional and their level of personal attention is the absolute best. Not only did they take care of a paint problem that I have been dealing with for a couple of years in my 2009 Ram truck but they also went the extra mile to correct a problem with the headlights. All at a very reasonable cost. I will use them in the future for all body work in our other two different brand vehicles. Excellent service!Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend Galeana Body Shop. Adam was very professional and friendly. I appreciated how quickly they repaired my 2017 Sonata hybrid. It was very convenient that the body shop was close to Enterprise, and I was able to leave the rental car at the shop when my car was ready for pick up. Galena made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction before I signed the paperwork. My car looked brand new when I got it back. The car was cleaned and washed. The service was excellent, and I have no complaints. Thank you so much Galeana for an outstanding job!

I called on my lunch break to see when I could stop by to get a quote for fixing my bumper. The Shop Manager, Mr John, answered and said to come on by and he would look at the damage. I stopped by and he came out to the parking lot. Someone had side swapped my bumper and I was sure it would several hundred dollars to fix. He examined at it and said, hold on. He came back with cloth and solution. He rubbed the cloth with the solution and was able to smooth out the paint and you could not tell the bumper was ever hit! I was so excited and I asked how much I owed him. He said I didn't owe anything! That was awesome! I definitely recommend this shop, honest and decent people.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience at Galeana! While having my car looked at for an equipment malfunction, the Service Manager Karl Eibling noticed some paint bubbling on the hood of my car. Though I had noticed it before, I didn t realize it was a problem that would get worse, and my warranty had just expired a few months prior. He put me in touch with the Body Shop Manager John Ehlke, who was able to petition Chrysler for an extension of the warranty to cover the work. I can not recommend these two more highly. They were professional and super attentive. My car was returned in 3 days looking better than ever. Thanks, Galeana Service Department and Body Shop!

Technicians and Painters were absolutely amazing, explained everything I asked about! Office staff went above and beyond, my vehicle was originally worked on at another body shop in the area and the did not meet my expectations. I am so thankful for the staff and their dew diligence to get my vehicle back to the original quality prior to the accident.Service: Body & Trim

They gave me the run around like crazy. Told me my car would be ready when it wasn't. I was told one price then paid a totally different price. Customer service skills along with communication skills is a must in this business and I was handled all wrong. Don't get me wrong the work was good but I had oil stains on my material seats, my steering wheel cover was black from oil and a stench was left in my car..smh. If I can help it I wont go back and I won't recommend to anybody..

Amazing experience! I was on a road trip to the beach when I hit a loose tire. The undercarriage shield of my car broke off and was dragging. I took it to Galeana, and they took care of it before I could finish eating my bagel. Now I m back on the road and I will make it to my family reunion. Galeana service was 5/5.

On Wednesday, the very sweet lady in the body shop office took my 2020 Kia Rio right in. It needed buffing, and sprucing up. The technician was a God send. He without hesitation fixed my car up on the spot. They were super accommodating, nice, and professional. They were a delight to do business with. DO NOT GO HERE. Our car has been in twice and it is still coming back with a check engine light. They are not returning phone calls, no communication, providing false statements on receipts of what was "fixed", refusing to take accountability for their work, showing indifference to our situation. The staff was great and very friendly! They completed the repairs in my vehicle very quick and effectively! You couldn t even tell it had been in an accident! I will never take my jeep anywhere else. They repair fast and properly. A repair I thought couldn t be done was done in a timely manner and looks back to new! AMAZING job! My car went in busted up and my car wouldn t even turn on! When I got my car back it was cleaned and repaired to the condition before the accident! The repairs were fast and on time. I am very pleased with my experience here - the staff are professional, responsive, and went out of their way to connect with Kia's customer service people to help me with my issue.
