Ted P. And Jeff K, help me get my mother a power wheel chair. Working with them was great they helped me through the whole process. My mom's United healthcare insurance would not approve the wheelchair for almost over a year. Because they wanted her to use thier approved vendor. I contact the approved vendor and they never called me back . Ted, told me to converting her to traditional Medicare and within a few weeks the chair was approved. On 7/29/23 she now has a Vector HD power wheel chair.Thank you Ted and Jeff

It is a pleasure to submit a review regarding my experiences with Freedom Mobility Center, Inc. From the onset, I was quite impressed with how Ms. Cathy kindly took the time to explain the intake process and the steps to acquiring an electric wheelchair. A huge benefit was that their staff members would come to the home to assess the client s needs and ability to utilize the electric wheelchair in the home and transport it. The staff members who conducted my in-home assessments were Mr. Ben Strange and Mr. Corbin Murray. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, but their personalities and ability to put the client at ease put them over the top. Though I am a very voluptuous female, they saw me for me. Never once did I feel neglected or belittled. Their compassion and warmth made it easy to disclose any needed sensitive information for an accurate assessment. Even their follow-up telephone calls were enjoyable and thoughtful as the in-person appointments. Before arriving, Mr. Murray was informed about our five (5) furry children. He gets the biggest hug for enduring my 8yr old male Shih-Tzu named Diego. Diego stretched out in Mr. Murray s lap and demanded to be the center of attention. Mr. Murray obliged and continued with the appointment, including two (2) other virtual staff members. So, hands (and paws) down, Freedom Mobility Center, Inc. is truly client-focused.

As a Physical Therapist I have worked alongside Freedom Mobility for a little over a year now in the Charleston SC area. I can honestly say that Freedom Mobility deserves 5 stars and more! They consistently exceed expectations. All of my patients that I refer to them have nothing but positive feedback! Ted Price along with Jeff Kersey make a wonderful team and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs powered mobility assistance!

My new wheelchair just arrived. From the Columbia SC office Ted Price, consultant and Devon who delivered it could not have been more helpful. Ted advised on the proper chair for my needs, he hit the Mark! Devon delivered the chair and patiently taught me how to use it. He adjusted the seat height and mover ability until I was comfortable and confident. They stayed with me while I practiced with the chair. A higher level of service is not possible and I Thank them

After years of trying to understand the complicated process of qualifying for a power chair, I now have my dream chair, a Golden Compass HD in red.I found an angel in Mr. Ted Price at Freedom Mobility Center in Columbia, SC. With all his knowledge and experience he patiently explained the steps necessary to get my power chair. And he didn t stop until he helped me all along the way.It s a true blessing that I found Mr. Price and the superior staff at Freedom Mobility Center. I love my new power chair and I m enjoying the ride.

I am an Occupational Therapist and I have been working with Chris Stephens, ATP. He has been very helpful and responsive to the needs of my patients. His knowledge and ideas are valuable, and he is capable of handling the most complex wheelchair situations. Keep up the great work!

Had an in-home assessment by Chris. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. He made the process relaxed and stress free. He could see my needs and was able to discuss them during the visit. I would not hesitate to refer him and your company to others. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee.

Chris Stephens is an excellent ATP, also is a Physical Therapist Assistant, who has a great knowledge of power wheelchairs, mobility devices, and the needs of handicapped individuals. I have worked with Chris for years, and recommend him highly.

Jeffrey Kersey met my mom in Charleston to deliver her chair and adjust it. He also did extensive teaching with her and was very patient as she was extremely nervous. I would highly recommend this company as they do care about their clients and their well-being.

The Columbia rehabilitation clinic and I personally have worked with Ben , Karl, and all their staff for over two years now. Their expertise in wheelchairs and their empathy and caring for the patients is outstanding. They are efficient, professional and I would highly recommend freedom mobility For anyone who has any wheelchair needs.

In the words of Mary Poppins may I say...super Cali fragile istic expi ala docious. Chris Stevens is awesome. He goes above and beyond to be sure you are happy and satisfied with your chair. He is efficient and works with your insurance companies to be sure to get your chair asap. Professional but yet personable. Thanks Chris Stevens !!!

I'm so excellent for the new Wheelchair I received from freedom mobility. Mr.Ben was great to work with. He covered everything the Wheelchair, a new toho cushion that I really needed. To everyone that worked with Mr.Ben and freedom I would like to say thank you for TVeverything .If I know anyone that needs help with getting a new wheelchair are new cushion are anything else could you with Freedom Mobility is the best place to call

I m a physical therapist that works with Freedom Mobility, specifically Ted and Justin, and we are blessed to have them in our area. They have discovered the need for power mobility devices in this community and have done an excellent job. If you are in need of a power mobility device, this is who you need to talk to!
