The associates at the Firestone Complete Auto Care located on Ft. Jackson, in Columbia , SC were knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous to us and every customer who came into the store. Service was provided in a quick and efficient manner. Prices for services were reasonable.

Very courteous and informative. I was kept informed throughout the whole service. They rechecked the situation before proceeding with a service and decided it wasn't needed. That saved me money. When I need service I will definitely be back to let them do it.

The service experience from online booking, reservation confirmation, to the actual service is always seamless. Wait times are virtually non existent and Rick, and Jonathan and the team are always on time, personable, and informative. You never have surprise recommendations on your next visit because if they notice anything you are well informed about those services with pricing before you leave. There is another Firestone closer to me but I m always willing to drive on base for servicing. The service experience is just top tier.

Great and prompt service. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They listened to my issues and made immediate recommendations to locate my car problems. They performed the needed diagnostic analysis on my car and pin pointed the cause of the issues within a few hours. They made recommendations as to the steps I needed to do to resolve my issues. Appreciated their knowledge, professionalism and timeliness of their service.

I ve been having my vehicles serviced here for a year now. Haven t had a bad experience at all. They are a great team and willing to work with you to find the best solution. They listen to your input and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Most recently I just ordered new wheels and tires for my truck. The TPMS didn t want to sync properly. They took the time to trouble shoot everything and got it running with the computer system. Top notch guys there.

Courteous team of professionals, fast, and informative with what is going on with your vehicle. One of the top 10 cleanest bay workspaces I have seen in over 20 years. Not too busy or overcrowded the few times I have walked inside. Definitely worth the money for a friendly team to fix or perform maintenance on your vehicle.If you're in the area, it is worth the time to try out the experience for yourself!

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff...the ease of making a appointment which was given to me the same day...I also will bring my wife car when it's time to be serviced. Wish they had a coffee machine to serve the customers while we wait.

If you have a Tesla, don t waste your time scheduling an appointment here, they don t have the pucks to lift the vehicle up with. After I scheduled an appointment for new tires 2 days prior, but once I showed up to drop off my car, the service manager notified me that they Can t work on my car. He said someone was supposed to call me to let me know Of course that didn t happen. The service manager was very polite and remorseful so I give them that, just a major inconvenience.

Amazing service, wonderful staff, quick turnaround times, and solid prices. I took my vehicle here after some other guys kept charging me an arm and a leg without fixing my vehicle, and I wish I brought it here from the get go. This place is my new favorite repair shop now.

I am very impressed. The shop is clean, the workers have excellent customer service skills, and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Doug was my mechanic, you could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained in detail the things he did and even gave me recommendations on things I can do in the future to keep my car running good. Jonathan at the front desk was very punctual and polite. Anytime you call them you ll get an answer. They won t try and get you to buy things you don t need and they got the job done on time. I will now use this location as my mechanic from now on!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very convenient location if you live or work on Fort Jackson. Nice and friendly staff, competitive prices. Got 4 tires, lifetime rotation and balance, 3 wiper blades and a cabin air filter for what i would have paid for just the 4 tires at another location.

Too high and they always pack and want you to leave your car. You go in for one thing and they recommend you for five other things that you don t need done right at the moment.

They are super nice here. What a wonderful experience. I understand that taking your car to the shop is stressful and nerve wrecking. But they made me feel very comfortable being a female.Special thanks to the mechanic that was a Drill Sgt pitching me The Position of Attention!!!

The Firestone place is long overdue. A place to drop off your vehicle in the morning and pick it later in the day. They do all the routine types of maintenance you need.The walk to work was a nice change as well. The team is friendly and take care of the customers. Definitely worth it!
