The technicians and crew at this location are BEYOND amazing. Full stop. From the ease of setting up and maintaining appointments, to the courteous and professional approach the whole crew exhibits every time I come in, I have been more than satisfied with the handling of my vehicle at Firestone - N. Beltline.Wait times for maintenance have all been reasonable, and I can drive off 100% confident in the work performed. To Charles, especially, and the rest of the team, who perform small miracles on a daily basis, THANK YOU!

Charles Lakin, the manager is amazing! I had a tire blow out in the interstate and was able to limp in after road assist put on my donut spare tire. I called Charles asking if he could get me in given I had to head back to Charleston for meetings. He worked me in quickly and did a great job!! He was so accommodating and very kind!! I highly recommend him and his folks at this location!!

This Firestone is convenient to my home and I notice that there are always many cars being serviced there. I was able to make an appointment to have my wheels re-aligned and my car was serviced immediately. I went next door for a meal and before I could finish it I received a text stating my car was ready.

My mother took her car her for a diagnostic. They told her what was wrong she paid the fee. I followed her to drop car off and to pick her car up. When we picked it up she stated she heard a knocking noise I told her just try and drive it. Once we got not even a mile from the store I noticed her tire was shaking tremendously. We called told her to bring it back. We had to drive like a snail in traffic that was busy. We get there technician checked it out knew what it was but got quiet. Someone didn't put all the lug nuts back on . They tried to say hers was bad now that is not an excuse because if the car was making that noise before she took it she would have told them at the beginning. They could have caused a major accident. We got no apologies just fixed it and kept it moving

Appreciated the ease of making an appointment that worked for me. Dropped my vehicle off on a busy Saturday morning. They kept me informed and my vehicle was ready in about two hours.

I recommend absolutely no one to take their car to Firestone and get any work done! They misdiagnosed my car and from the first day I took my car up there and drove it off the lot my car start going into overheat! I went back each week for a full month because my check engine light kept coming back on and the last time I went they stated I had a blown head gasket! The manager on Beltline identified my coolant was leaking but didn t know where it was going! They continue to add coolant to my vehicle. I ve reached out to upper management several times in regards to this matter and I have been extremely nice and patient and they seem not to care they want even take the time out to give me a call back it is saddening! I ve spoke with a claimant once and he stated that they weren t at fault and I ve asked to speak to higher manage I got nothing crickets! If it wasn t you guys fault why was I issued a refund!!!! Like stated a $600 dollar refund will not cover a 7500 dollar motor for a Lincoln MKZ! I hate that the dealership was backed up and my appointment wasn t until 3 months out! Again do not take your care to Firestone! I will continue to call until something gets done about this matter! Please share share shared!

Thanks to Firestone and their outrageous prices I've learned how to do my own oil change, change filters, replace a mirror, replace both inner and outer tie rods, and replace brakes and rotors. Their prices are higher than wiz khalifa and snoop dogg smoking together. The only good thing about this place is the manager Charles which is why I give it 3 stars. I also give it 3 stars because I never would have learned how to work on my cars if it weren't for their outrageous prices.

I don t post reviews. This place is so reprehensibly bad that I want to save others the trouble. Seek auto care elsewhere.I ve now spent 9 hours over the past two weeks waiting on the laughably negligent and slow service at this location.First came in knowing I needed a new battery. It took them 3 hours to drop a new one in on a slow day. Had to return the next week because I was still getting a warning message on the dash. Turns out they didn t run a diagnostic (despite my paying for one and them telling me everything was ok) before or after I received my new battery during the previous week s visit. If they had, they would have discovered that I needed a new alternator. Fair enough, but had to wait another three hours to get work done that should have been addressed to begin with.I m currently sitting in the waiting area after discovering I need yet another new battery. Could be due to the their initial negligence in letting me drive around with a bad alternator and not alerting me, but I now seriously question whether or not I received a new battery during my first visit and payment. Trust level for this establishment is that low at this point. Was just alerted that the new battery hasn t been delivered yet despite the fact that I ve been here for over 2 hours. So now 9 hours+ for them to install a battery and alternator over the course of 2+ weeks after not doing a job I paid for to begin with.

I dropped my car off for a vehicle inspection, balance and tire rotation on yesterday. I had to call about my car at 6 PM b/c I hadn t received a call. I asked about my car and was told it was ready. I told him, no one called and I was told, I m pretty sure we did . FIRST LIE!Came to pick my car up this morning and Grayson checked me out. I had to ask him what the vehicle inspection yielded b/c he d already given me my key and paperwork. He told me, I needed a brake flush and I then asked him, did they check my transmission fluid and he told me they couldn t check it b/c there wasn t a dipstick under the hood. 2ND LIE.I asked him to follow me to my car, and tell me what this dipstick is, OF COURSE, my transmission dipstick but of course he didn t even at that point offer to check it!That young man didn t even apologize for being wrong! He stated, HE didn t even know that and I asked who the manager was and he states, he was one of the managers ! I am female and I know about my car and this young man must have thought he had a dumb woman in front of him, this morning.I now and will always question Firestone s integrity b/c you have people and a so called manager lying about what my car has! How many other people have they lied to about their car? How many other people have they lied to and charged them for something they didn t even need?Ladies, please know what s under your hood of your car and always ask questions.I m going to cut their credit card up and I will never go to this or any Firestone b/c they can t be trusted!!!!

I am highly disappointed with this Firestone location. I have been to this shop 3 times since October 6, 2023 because my brakes are making grinding noises since being repaired at this shop. The issue is still not fixed and when I asked for a corporate number the guy told me that Firestone does not have a corporate number. They are the worst and if I could give zero stars, I would. They do not fix your issues and take your money.**UPDATE** No one has called me from the store location or corporate about my issue with this store location. Please do not go to this company to get your car repaired.

Charles Lakin help fix my situation with my Camry. Do not got the Harbison location they lied and told me stuff was wrong with my brakes when there wasn t a problem with my brakes. Only go to the beltline location the store manager Charles Lakin is great and will ensure that everything is taken care of properly with your car.

They told me it would take an hour for an oil change and it took over two hours. I prefer the location near Killian.

I took my vehicle in for an a/c check. I attempted to tell the guy at intake the issues and what had already been done however he was busy talking to someone about his insurance and didn't have time to speak with me. After 4 hours I received a call stating that there was no leak but I could try adding freon and it should blow. When picking the vehicle up, I was given no follow up info or recommendations. I received a survey and filled it out with my concerns. I received a call today from a representative who stated he was "tasked" to give me a call about the survey. After explaining that I received no info or resolution, he continued to say that he assumed and that he should have explained on Friday that I needed a compressor. If I needed a compressor, not sure why i would be told to add freon and try it. The overall experience from intake to pick up seemed like I was an inconvenience and disturbed their day. I will get the compressor, but it definitely won't be with them. I shouldn't have had to fill out a survey 3 days later to find out what the issue was with my vehicle.

False advertising. I am very disappointed with my oil change experience at Firestone. I booked my oil change after seeing the $29.99 deal for standard oil online and calling to ask Firestone how to set up a standard oil change. Upon arriving at my appointment, I even told them once again that I was only getting the standard oil change. After waiting over two hours for my oil change to be completed, I went to pay and I was told my total was over $70. This is over double what I was expecting to pay. I questioned it multiple times but was told that Firestone (or at least that location) only has a synthetic blend oil change, not a standard oil change (which is what I asked for before they took my car). The man at the counter was nice and at least gave me a few dollars off so my total came to $63.73, but this is still double what I had expected to pay. I will definitely not be going back to Firestone because of this experience.**Update** - the Firestone manager did reach out to me and refunded half of my bill so that I did end up getting the $30 oil change. He was very kind and apologized several times for the mix up.

For the third time, after an oil change here I am not able to get the drain plug out of my oil pan so that I can change my own oil. The drain plug is supposed to be barely past hand tightened in order to be sealed correctly. This has happened on three different vehicles and it could potentially damage my oil pan and my engine. Not to mention my immense frustration with not being able to change my own oil. Furthermore, I am changing my oil right now because the trouble code from my check engine light is possibly due to an incorrect oil weight or a low quality oil filter which is also likely due to my last oil change here. Don't waste your time here, go to Goodyear or a local mechanic instead.

Asked for an oil and filter change and tire rotation That s it. It was the first scheduled service for a new 2022 Lexus RX350. Total bill was over $130. One charge was $22 for an inspection. I didn t ask for an inspection! Why would I? It only had about 5,300 miles on it! I seriously doubt it was truly inspected. Bend over if you dare pull into this place!Service: Oil change

I did not have a long wait time for service The staff had Pleasant attitude's and deliver great customer service.Service provided was a oil change. My husband warned me not to go there, as they had really screwed up his car a few years ago. I figured for an oil change and a lightbulb it would be OK. I made an appointment for 11 am and indicated I would wait. And I sure did wait. After 2 1/4 hours I asked if they knew how much longer it would be and was told, 30 minutes - is that OK? A few minutes later I looked outside and realized they hadn t even moved my car yet, but while I pondered leaving they finally moved it. If I hadn t asked, I can only imagine how long I would have been waiting. When my car was done more than 45 minutes later, I paid, and they started to launch into the recommendations for further service. I was very annoyed, and told them I had no interest in their recommendations after waiting so long. I tried to tell them that their appointment system needs some work but the guy practically threw my keys at me and angrily said, just go without giving me any of my paperwork. Obviously I won t ever go back there. If they had told me when I got there it would be 3+ hours even with an appointment, I would have made other arrangements than sitting in their dirty waiting space.

The place is clean and they'll squeeze you in, last minute, if they can. The wait is fairly long though so, if possible, call ahead an make an appointment.

They were supposed to fix my car, I took it in at 9 am. Told me it would be ready today. Called me at 3:30 PM. and told the tire arm on the other side needed to be fixed too but they didn't have the part and it would take 2 or 3 days. I told them to order it but go ahead and fix the first tire as I needed my car back today. He said he would. Then I call at 6 to ask about the car and they told me they hadn't started working on the car!!! I will definitely be going in to speak to the guy who lied to me and the manager of the store, this is totally preposterous to just out right lie to customers. I will never go there again and let people know how they treated me. That's just dirty.

04/11/2022 New Management, maybe? I have always had great confidence in the Beltline Firestone location until my visit on 04/01/2022. The brakes on my 15 year old Pontiac with nearly 140K miles needed attention. Firestone advised that ALL 4 brakes needed EVERYTHING BRAND NEW, totaling $1,200 but after several courtesy discounts it would cost me only $1,036.63. Second opinion quoted $336.12. Bottom line, my brakes were NOT anywhere near as far gone as this Firestone dealership lead me to believe. I am so very disappointed.
