The inside staff is friendly and create a nice atmosphere. That being said, they need better and knowledgeable mechanics. Went in for 4 new tires and alignment. After almost 5hrs (with an appointment) they finished my car. I leave and after a few moments to let my sensors adjust, my tires were overly inflated ( 32 psi required, 34-48 psi with all 4 being drastically different from the next) and my car was pulling to right bad. Called them as soon as I got home and was told to bring it in next morning, after another 2+ hrs, was told that the machines weren't working right the night before and that it was realigned and taken care of. Now, there's a bad vibration when driving, took it back again to be told my back tires were unbalanced and that it was good to go. Yesterday driving the interstate, the vibration is still there and my car isn't "hugging" the road like it should. I'm the only owner of my vehicle and I know it's not driving correctly. At this point, I'm going to take it somewhere else and have them remove all the tires from the rims and just start over. I'll take the "L" this time. My suggestion if you buy their tires, take them somewhere else to be mounted and balanced.

We made an appointment and waited 2.5 hours. When checking on the car, they had moved a vehicle ahead of us on the alignment rack. After shuffling they fixed that. However, we left and noticed that the windshield wipers had not been replaced as asked for and paid for. We called and they corrected that mishap. However, it leaves you worrying that other work was claimed to have been done but not actually done. The salesman customer service guy inside was amazing though.

Me and my team had a great experience with the Firestone location on Garners Ferry Road. They provide great customer service, timely, transactions, and great conversations. I am very pleased with the managers and staff, but big shout out to Gabe. He has went over and beyond to make sure our vehicles were completed. We greatly appreciate it thank you.

From the start the gentleman that initiated the entire process was exceptional with his knowledge and verbalizing my options. My car had to stay there for a few days as my tires had to be ordered - another process that was remarkably done. Gab took my calls the day my car was being worked on (the three times I called) with excellent customer service! When I arrived the service he gave continue. The customer service that Gab gave is a few and far between these days. His customer skills made it as if I was the only customer in the waiting room - It was packed with customers. Ervin did a fantastic job putting my tires on, balancing them and inflating them all to psi requirement. He meet me when I was there to pick up my car and explained fully how things happened with my run flat tire and went above and beyond in detail. I have been coming to this Firestone Center for years...It is the BEST place to have your vehicle worked on...Their staff is exception and knowledge. Thank you ALL

The service I received this time was much better than my last experience. Excellent customer service this time. Within 15 minutes my car was in the shop being worked on and 1 hour later, my car repairs were completed. Great job Garners Ferry Firestone.

Amir was very nice and helpful along with the manager. They have great customer service. I had initially had an appointment at another Firestone but for some reason that one didn't open on time so I called this Firestone and Amir was very helpful and told me to come on in and they would work me in once I got there both him and the manager did their best to give me the same quote I received at the other Firestone and in the end they saved me money. My service was done in a timely manner even though it was Christmas weekend. I was very pleased with my service and was greatly appreciative for all they did for me. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I didn't purchase tires but needed air. The gentleman was so kind he immediately asked if he could help. He filled my tires with a smile. When it's time for tires I'll definitely give them a visit, just because he made me feel good and his smile made me day There's nothing like good customer service.

After calling many dealerships and auto repair shops and getting no real information. I called Firestone yesterday and spoke with Paul. I explained to him what was wrong with my car and what it was doing and he knew exactly what the problem was. I really appreciate how informative he was and understanding. Thank you Paul.

I requested an appointment online for 10 am the following day, I did not receive any communication that the appointment was set for 10 until after that time had passed. I paid $134.35 for mount and balance of four tires. As I was driving back to work after picking my car up I noticed a sound and pulled over. Visually looking at everything while on the side of the road I did not see anything out of the ordinary. Once I arrived back at work and could take a better look I found that all of the lug nuts on my right rear tire were loose causing the rim to move around while I was driving. I then checked and on the front right tire two of the lug nuts were loose. The left front and left rear also had two of the lug nuts loose. I then called the store and was asked to bring the car back which I couldn't do as it was unsafe to drive. The gentleman I was speaking to happened to be the tech that worked on my car and stated he knew something was wrong with his air gun as he installed the tires.

Paul Huff is the most humble hard-working manager I have ever seen, always getting taken advantage of because the service manager (Ashley)never comes to work! But as the district manager said she is a proven service manager what has she proved? No comment! But the new guy Gabe is awesome! Great personality! the techs matt, jimmy, ervin, are just awesome I will not take my car anywhere else ,for my car to get service.The techs I named and Paul Huff are top notch!

Firestone is one of the most crooked places of business I ve encountered in a very long time, do not go to these establishments or you ll spend money fraudulently. I had my tires rotated/balanced because of a bump, they rotated the tires with a knot and separated threads in one (their tires) and sent me on my way to travel to Columbia from Charleston, which could have blown out and caused me my life and someone else s ..tried to get 1,500 for brake work Honda/Torres Shop said I didn t need. They replaced and alternator on one of my vehicles, it went bad because they changed the oil and caused a leak that messed the alternator up, now they want 1,500+ to fix something they caused ..BEWARE OF FIRESTONE, TOTAL CROOKS!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Did not under estimate my knowledge of cars because I was a women. Pointed out things that were overlooked by the last shop I was taking my car to be serviced and got frustrated with them and ended up at Firestone glad I came.

I went in sat 51/2 hours. Started to take car home, when smoke came out of exhaust and would not go over 45 miles without shaking. Had fuel system cleaned, new battery replaced, which was replaced with a 11/22 battery, cabin air filter changed, which upon looking at later, was not changed,, and oil changed, and tune up. Which I m not sure was even done now. Car is running terrible still.

Amar..the employee that assisted me was awesome. Helped me through the entire process. Clearly explained everything. Amar should be recognized for his outstanding personality and attituded and the way he was so helpful. He even offered me a ride home because I had to leave my truck over night. That is truly caring for his customers!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend this store on garnersferry rd in columbia.

The only mishap was that they ordered the wrong tires before I came in and I had to wait for the correct tire size to be brought in. But other than that I love the guys I love the service I love the fun atmosphere that they provide every time I come in they are great crew.

I feel very confident that they are doing their best job when I take Darby (my truck) to them.. Charles is awesome, as well as the others that work in the front. When the head is healthy, the body is healthy, meaning it starts with the guys in the front and works its way down to the technicians.

Don't recommend going unless you are prepared to be lied to consistently. I called them first thing in the morning at 730 am asked if I could bring my vehicle by for a oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. Paul told me it would be a 2hour wait so I dropped my vehicle off at 830. Time goes by I don't hear from them so I call at 11 to get a status check, vehicle still hadn't been pulled in but was told I was next and to give another hour and a half. So 130pm rolls around and I head over because I still had not heard from them. I get there and vehicle was still sitting in the same spot I parked it at 830 that morning. I ask for my keys because they clearly did not want to work on my vehicle and I get no compassion not even a sorry for the massive delay. Take your vehicle elsewhere if at all possible to avoid the 5 hour wait and no results.

Needed two tires for my Kia upon arrival Paul Huff the store manager displayed awesome customer service. I requested to have the service completed by a certain time Paul was able to complete the job 30 minutes ahead of the deadline. Thanks Paul for the award winning service you provided!
