The mechanic Elliot was right on and communicated with me directly about the issues causing my road sway, asserting that it was my rear tires as opposed to control arms or sway bar, and he was right! I believe in Firestone. Each Firestone has different management. But my experience with the ones in my area have always been positive. They offer fair rates for the jobs done (& believe me I check with other mechanics). I also like the Firestone credit card. After I had to do bankruptcy more than a decade ago, Firestone was there and that card and the oil changes/tires/etc. that I needed built my credit back up over the years. I paid it off (with extra) every time and my credit rating became better than ever. Over the past year the CFNA card expanded and I use it now as a general credit card, and even though I pay it off regularly, monthly, the points I accumulate PAY for my oil changes and new tires, no joke!

Could not have asked for better service and professionalism from the staff. Rick is always extremely helpful and gets our vehicles on the road in a timely manner. That's why we always choose Firestone!

Rick and the management team at this location were very helpful and accommodating to get my tire service done on time. Switched from Mud Tires to All terrain and have been very happy with the ride. I will be recommending the Bush River location and Firestone tires to others. Thanks.

We were on the way home to NC when we stopped for gas .Car wouldn't start . Started calling around and ended up speaking with a Brett Barbour and told him our delilemia...Ended up only needed a charge BUT the fact this youmg man called us back to make sure we were back on road Speaks Volumes....We didn't need to go to his shop but I can only imagine the level of customer service we would have gotten in person. We need more Brett's in this world Thank you

I needed my tire patched. When I took it in to Firestone they said I needed 4 tires and an alignment. I did not need new tires. I left and went to Midas. They patched my tire and put it back on my car.

I could not speak any more highly of the service and work done by the shop. Alternator went out while I was driving down the interstate. It was at the end of the business day but these folks took my vehicle and parked it inside their garage overnight. They started the work at 7 in the morning and had me ready to go down the road by 9. Customer service was awesome. They went over and above in accommodating my situation. They communicated with me concerning everything that needed to be done and they were up front about the costs. I highly recommend them and their garage. Two thumbs up for Brett who was the customer service rep that I dealt with throughout the whole process. Thank you for a job well done!

The manager has a terrible attitude and no ability to perform customer service appointments was 2:00pm for set of new tires manager and ever tech was working on Manager personnel truck I was told wait time was roughly 2 hour it was over 4 (an hour a tire) manager and tech didn't inform me of damage and missing part and the fact the technician or manager decided not to inform me of the damage after charging me over 1200.00 to tear up my rim and nuts on two tire was figure tight It will be hard for me to ever use any Firestone location again

Told me I need rotors and pads on all four tires. Quote was very high so I decided to go elsewhere. Found out only front wheels need pads and rotors. Beware of extra work there you may not need and prices are unbelievably high.

Will not go to again, destroyed my $600 rim because they did not use the proper procedure or plastic collar when mounting the rim to the balancer. Only offered a 15% discount (a couple dollars off a mount balance on 1 tire only -_-) and a "sorry".... went to the Firestone off Killian after and they were awesome!!

Was charged $32.99 after presenting a company coupon for $29.99 oil change. My appointment was for 3pm, and I didn't get my car back until 4:30p. There were 2 cars in the bay area when I arrived, never thought I would be there that long for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Made an appointment to get two new tires/alignment the day before for 12 noon with Brett, as that s when they said they had availability. Arrived 10-15 minutes early about 11:48 am I gave them my keys and waited. Once the clock hit 12:35 without my car being pulled in l asked for my keys back and left. Overbooked the schedule and didn t feel the need to want to tell me that it would be awhile even though I was sitting right in front of them. Feel like that s common courtesy but what do I know. Wish them the best but won t be getting my business.

Ric the GM was very disrespectful and belittling for a situation that involved the pervious GM. He did not provide any leadership traits and spoke badly of his own colleagues at another Firestone that made me aware of the issues. He was very defensive over an issue that you clearly can view in the system as being on Firestones' negligence. I hope Ric learns how to speak with customers in the future because he escalated the issue even further.

I have used the Firestone on Bush River Rd exclusively for the past few years to service 3 different cars. I kept coming because of awesome customer service that I received from a guy named Aaron who is no longer there. I went in last week to have them replace a bolt that holds the brake caliper. I knew what the issue was and asked them to take a look. After speaking with Brent and Cody, I was quoted $938.00. I immediately declined the service and took it to another mechanic. The honest mechanic replaced the bolt and charged me zero! I now feel that Firestone tried to over quote me and fix things on my car that were not broken. I now feel like the past 5 service visits over the past few years were all over quoted. I took my car in to have them replace a 40 dollar sensor. They sold me struts and a wheel alignment to the tune of $1275.00. I want someone to look into this immediately!

MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFOREThis location is quite busy, even for a Tuesday morning. Several people went elsewhere when they heard how long the service would take.I got charged the price I was quoted so they're honest. That's rare from a mechanic's shop.The only sticking point would be that their waiting room's (which is quite nice, actually) phone charging station was not working or plugged in or something. Not that big of deal. And it isn't as if I said anything either, so it's kinda on me.

Life time aligent is the best thing to get from here. I changed my rating to 1 star. I went before my car decided to park in front of a tree off I20 to get oil changed and an alignment. They suggested I get new tires and in hindsight they didn't even bother doing the alignment and somewhere messed my tires up. Still waiting to find out if insurance will tell me what happened to my wheels to have my car uncontrollably have the wheels lock up and go straight into a tree off I20 in the left lane. Praise be I am alive still, within time frame I got to monitor myself still though. I will never go back to firestone and if I do the last place would be Bush river rd one. I still give some credit to harbison one they do good work I believe.

I visited this Firestone to purchase tires and an alignment. To be honest the customer service really wasn t bad. Dan and Brett seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. Here is my issue. When I looked back into the shop I noticed that my hood was open, weird for tires and an alignment right?Fast forward to when they gave me estimate it was going to be almost $1000. I drive an Elantra, but they said that my plugs needed to be changed and they could do it for that price. I declined because my car ran fine. Never had any issues like that (it s fairly new).The moment I leave my car has trouble starting. A major deal, so I ask Brett exactly what did you do under the hood and he blatantly lied to me and said we determine everything based off of mileage when I clearly saw them under my hood.I don t know what kinds of games that they are playing but when I checked the reviews I noticed that other people have had similar complaints about the same issues. I ve always heard about shops doing things to that extent, but this is my first time experiencing it.I will be seeking further action because that is ridiculous!Services: Exhaust, Wheel alignment

Tire shop with all bays full. Couldn't put air in my tire because they have no way to check pressure! What lol???? I know it's Friday but really? I won't be back. What else are they doing?

I have been a regular at this location for over 10 years. Ever since Aaron left, this place has went down hill.I have repeatedly called several times even up to two weeks in advance just to get an oil change and I am always told they are booked. I think it s kind of funny how since new management (Bret) took over that I can never seem to get my oil changed. However, before there was never a problem getting me in on a Sunday. Which is the only day I ever have off.It s a shame because I ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location.DO BETTER!

We were driving from Florida to Utah when we got a nail stuck in our tire. This place not only made sure that we were back on the road, but everyone working there on 10/29 was super friendly and made sure that we in a stressful situation.
