Called for an extra unit to down size and was very pleased with the service! Had a wonderful conversation with Eli and Michael and they both are so very pleasant and they will most definitely take great care of there costumers. Thank so much guys. Very grateful costumer. Highly recommend!

Eli's recommendations were tailored specifically to the size, location, and security features I required, all while staying within my budget.Eli's customer service truly sets him apart. His attentive and personable demeanor made what could have been a stressful decision an absolute breeze. Not only did he ensure that the rental process was smooth and straightforward, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for the facility tour. The unit he suggested was spotless, easily accessible, and exactly as he described. Throughout the entire process, Eli was there with a friendly smile, ready to answer any questions and offer practical advice. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to their customer's satisfaction, and for that, I cannot recommend Eli at Extra Space Storage highly enough!

I Had the pleasure of having Michael assist me with my storage unit. He was very helpful and patient with me. He stayed by my side and explained the contract to me thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I'll definitely be referring other people to use Extra Space Storage and sending them straight to Michael!

I feel so safe leaving my stuff here. The manager Eli tells you everything you need to know. Even though he is the manager he is willing to do grunt work if it means helping you feel like your storage is on overwatch. Highly recommend!

Had a bit of a hiccup (lost key) - totally my fault - and expected a real pain to remedy it. Eli Thomas recalled the account, and fixed us up in mere minutes! The service here has been outstanding throughout the time we ve had the unit. The unit itself is tidy, comfortable, and access is easy.Ask for Eli and get the outstanding service you never expected to find in a storage facility!

I needed some extra room for things I have collected over the years. Micheal was very helpful in finding me the perfect room. If you ever find yourself needing more room to put your stuff, definitely holler at Micheal cause he knows his stuff about rooms to keep your stuff in

I have used extra space storage for a couple of years, and it has been awesome. I went into the office for some help downsizing, and Cameron was extremely helpful with the process. If you're looking for a safe place to store your things, make sure you check them out.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The office and the units are very clean, which is always a pleasure to see people who take pride in their property. Eli and Cameron are both friendly people and gave me a warm greeting when I came in. Cameron was very professional, personable and customer-focused. He was very helpful by providing a variety of options to help me find what I needed. He took time to show me the unit and explain everything I needed to know. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone. Thank you Eli and Cameron for making my experience so amazing! I recently visited this location and had one of the best experiences. I wasn t sure which size unit I would need for all of my junk. But with the help of Skylar being so nice to show me the different units, I was able to pick out the perfect size unit just right for my budget. Absolutely fantastic: Eli was super accommodating and helpful. The transaction was smooth, and the prices are very reasonable. I am quite pleased with our choice of Extra Storage. Besides, who doesn't want to do business with a company on Sparkleberry Rd? Makes me smile every time I think of it.
