Great experience very nice customer service from Christal. Didn't have a problem showing me the different units and getting all the information needed. Rates are also great!! Definitely recommend

We had no problems really with keeping our camper at this place, but just be mindful of price increases. The move in price is not the price that the unit will stay. I didn t know that when we first rented out our units. I do feel like the staff was friendly and I felt like our items were safe and that s what s important. I would recommend if you are looking for a temporary storage place, but long-term it could get very expensive.

I m sending this review for my experience dealing with Christal from Extra Space. This Manager is such a true valued asset to this company s team. Her level of professionalism is beyond measure and she puts the core values in the integrity, dedication, and also most uplifting customer service that I ve ever seen. If you re looking for someone that defines true character and doing what s best for her customers then go to EXTRA SPACE STORAGE and ask for Christal.

Couldn t be happier with our experience. The units are well maintained and you can t beat the price! The front desk staff is wonderful - Crystal helped us find the perfect unit for our needs and gave us the best price possible.

I was helping my husband to find a storage unit once he moved some furniture and other items and spoke with someone from two different locations. After thinking about the traffic in one area, we decided the closest storage to our home. Chrystal was very nice at the Clemson road location even though we had to change and she was very nice and patient with what we needed.Thank you Crystal for being so nice.

Great customer service from a very professional and trustworthy staff. Communication is exceptional. Very clean facility that s located at a great location making it very easy to get to, and it s secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone who values his or her personal belongings to be stored by a friendly and professional staff who values their customers.

Had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage! Lonnie Lair had the best personality mixed with a can do attitude! From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a brite smile and an eager to help mind set. If you need a storage unit this place is clean, convenient and well lit. Highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone in need of a storage unit.

If you are a consumer interested in using this company. I recommend to utilize it. I m an active military service member that has been using this company for 4 + years now. I ve never had a problem with my storage, everything is always in great condition as I left it. Miss Christal from the Clemson Rd location, is awesome. She s patient, understanding, a great help and flexible. Best decision for your next storage company.

If you have to store extra things while changing house, needed extra room, etc, this is the place to go. The quality of the storages plus the insurance on my items have left me stress-less on the protection of my items. I recommend this place to all that need extra space. 10/10 would always use again.

I reached out to this location for assistance with getting into my storage space. I explained that I was having a difficult time getting a lock off my unit . Not only did the Cristal reach out to me to provide help, she was a pillar in going above and beyond to provide me with a solution. Cristal was able to contact her property mgr . Steven, who waited for me over an hr to not only cut my lock but replaced it with a new key. I m so grateful for the service I received today.

I had an amazing experience with this facility! Christal was Great from start to finish!! She took her time and made sure I understood every detail before signing. Such a pleasant and inviting person. And she gave me a great deal on my unit!! My son and I left and we were still talking about how nice she was ! I would definitely recommend this place. I rented space from them for four years and recently moved out.Staff are super friendly and always available to help. Facility is well maintained with easy access. I would have continued my rent if it wasn t for price increase every four months. At some point it became unaffordable for me. Overall, recommend them highly.
